Chiang Mai City, 6, 10 Soi 8 Charoenprathet Rd., Muang (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The service was quite good; they helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. The environment and hygiene were also fine.
You get what you pay for! The price matches the value. The only thing is the bed was a bit small, very typical for Thailand...
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It's right next to a night market with lots of great food options.
Good staff and hospitality. We stayed one night. Car parking is also big. recommended for family trip.
The location is great, very close to 7-11 and Big C. Although we didn't have time to explore, we just needed it for a layover the night before our flight.
The problem was I'm not sure if it was the orientation, but it was very hot. Even with the AC on, I didn't sleep well all night. As for the facilities, the mattress didn't feel very comfortable. But considering the price, we thought it was acceptable
Clean rooms, friendly staff, unbeatable Night Bazaar location.

Chiang Mai City, 123 Charoen Prathet Road, T.Changklan, A.Muang, Chang Khlan (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and the staff are incredibly polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast spread is generous, and amenities like the pool, fitness center, spa, Bodhi Tree Thai restaurant, and 1921 Steakhouse & Bar cater to every need. A Bib Gourmand recommended restaurant, just a 5-minute walk to the right from the hotel entrance, serves incredibly delicious and satisfying dishes (reservations...
The view from the room is quite therapeutic and beautiful, and the balcony is spacious. However, the soundproofing isn't great.
Overall, I found the service to be excellent; the staff were all very nice and proactively helped with luggage and other things.
Perhaps the hotel is a bit old, as I found the bathroom to be quite cramped.
The location is decent; it takes about ten to fifteen minutes to...
Beautiful and very photogenic, but the room's facilities are a bit old-fashioned.
Great location, nice swimming pool
Service: Terrible. It felt like they couldn't understand anything I was saying.
Cleanliness: The restrooms by the pool were so dirty, I couldn't even look at them.
Facilities: Pretty good.
Environment: Still comfortable, especially enjoying the breakfast under the Bodhi tree with a gentle breeze – that was really pleasant.
Right before check-in, they offered us an upgrade. The room was originally 5000 THB a night, but we offered 3000 THB and they agreed, so it seems there's room to negotiate. The suite isn't separated into different rooms, it's one large open space. It's a lot bigger, but it doesn't feel as good as having separate areas.

The environment and facilities are great, but the front desk staff and cleaning ladies are a bit slow, so there's usually a long wait.
Return stay at this hotel.
Everything is as it was previously.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is excellent for my itinerary.
Breakfast selection is small but sufficient.
Already planning to come back for my next trip.
This hotel is located around the new embrassy of USA, branch of Chiang Mai.
The elevator at work is acting a bit strange and isn't very stable. Also, there isn't much breakfast available.
very nice hotel and new at quiet serburb area of chiang mai. friendly price and room is big and confortable.
i would stay again if i go to chiang mai next time.

The breakfast is very poor and monotonous. Only toast, one type of salami, juice, fruit, one way of preparing eggs, which are served in a cold dish. During the last visit they at least arranged sun loungers by the pool.
Great location, but the facilities are really outdated. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere. It felt like a hotel from the 90s! The staff were very friendly, but this place definitely needs a renovation.
The shower was nasty and had showercurtins. The bathroom was stinky.
But the room was big.
The hotel is in a good location in the old town about ten minutes walk away from the Sunday night market. There’s an area for parking and a swimming pool adjacent to the parking area. There’s rooms are a bit jaded. The place could use a make over. I found the lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. For the price I think it’s worth it for a couple of...
Staff were really helpful, guiding is bike rentals, salons, food and places recommendations. Bike rental shop was right across the street, as well as convenience stores and restaurants.
The room was spacious and bright, but it lacked basic amenities for guests. Perhaps it hadn't been occupied for a while, as there was dust on the table and chairs, and the air conditioning remote was unreliable. The soundproofing wasn't great either; I could hear the TV from next door all night, which made it hard to sleep.

Very good sevices and clean hotel
It was alright. The service here is pretty good, but the main draw is the price – it's not too expensive, not too cheap, just right. If others agree it's decent, then I'd recommend checking it out.
The front desk service during check-in was absolutely terrible! The woman at the counter acted as if I owed her money. Once I got to the room, though, the environment and facilities were pretty good, and the room itself was very spacious, which was a plus. The only real issue was the shower water – it was incredibly unstable. No hot water, just fluctuating between hot and cold. I nearly froze to death...
The room is spacious and pretty good. Great value for money and the environment is nice.
The service was terrible. They didn't even clean the room on the second day. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and they demanded a 1000 THB deposit, whereas other hotels only ask for 300 THB. It felt very unwelcoming towards Chinese guests. There were no bedside tables, and in both rooms we stayed in, the water temperature in the bathroom kept fluctuating between hot and cold, which could easily...
The hotel environment is great. It's about 2km from the Old City, and easily accessible by songthaew or tuk-tuk. The pool doesn't get much sun, so the water felt quite cold. There are no power outlets in the bathroom, which means I had to blow-dry my hair outside, which was a bit odd. From the bed, I could only see half of the TV screen. The cleanliness was good, but the housekeeping staff consistently...

The hotel is beautiful, but the facilities are terrible. It's really poor value for money. A room costing over 2,000 RMB with these kinds of amenities is just ridiculous!
An absolutely fantastic resort in Chiang Mai! Besides the swimming pool, they also have a library with tons of books and beverages. It's wonderful.
Highly recommended! Lovely stay and time really stand still when you stay here, it's so peaceful and quiet that I can do my yoga and meditation all day long. The staff were wonderful and helpful, breakfast was more than enough for us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
Great city escape to the well furnished and designed hotel. Bed is super comfyyy and room is very nice.
Located in the quiet backstreet even in the middle of old town square. The architecture is traditional local villa style, nice layout in the backyard with tropical greens, the atmosphere is simply decorated with good old days crafts.
Local staff are sincere and empathetic which is Thai people’s excellent quality.
A perfect hideaway for a relaxing break while experiencing the culture of Chiang Mai
It’s super nice boutique hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Superb breakfast. You can get true quality time for resting and relaxing. One thing to complain is that their service people has limited English capability. Sometimes they don’t get what you request for them.

Hotel is very close to train station, very convenient. I also the cafe next to hotel, very cosy and chill.
Got quite a good experience here since a lot of people are staying.
I had a very pleasant stay at At the Train Station Chiang Mai. The location is very convenient, especially if you are traveling by train, because it is only a short walk from Chiang Mai Railway Station.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Even though the hotel is close to the station, the area was quiet enough to rest well at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check...
It’s simple clean room, quiet. Close to all the places I wanted to go.
For this price, a hotel with a swimming pool is quite a surprise! The facilities are probably on par with a Hanting Inn from about 10 years ago, but given how cheap it is and how convenient it is for an early train, I really can't complain.
This hotel, located right next to the train station, truly hit the perfect spot for me. I booked it because I had an early 6 AM train to catch. There aren't many convenient food options around the hotel, but being directly opposite the train station, there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven. The hotel has a swimming pool, which my kids absolutely loved. Decent budget hotel in a great location close to the Old Town, with a pool and newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor. For only 40 US$ in peak Christmas season a VERY good value for money.
Right near Chiang Mai gate, the hotel is central to everything. The staff are the friendliest and most responsive of any hotel I’ve stayed at yet on my travels. Beds are comfortable and any issue was fixed with great efficiency. Breakfast was tasty too. Great value for money.
Great hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. We got a delux room for 5 nights and feel it’s the perfect size! Staff helped us up to our room with bags which was greatly appreciated☺️
This is a good, basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable, which is what matters most.
The room was simple and functional. Everything worked, and the temperature control was easy to manage. The bed was decent enough for a few nights' sleep.
We had the breakfast, and it was a standard offering—coffee, toast, some eggs. It got us fueled up without any fuss.
The staff were polite...
Nice hotel about 5mins walk south of old city wall, hence the name.
We had a warm welcome and a nice big room. Toiletries and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge provided.
Swimming pool was out of action so no idea if any good.
Breakfast had a good selection of food with fruit toast, eggs and tea coffee etc.
The hotel has a great location. There are massage parlors nearby, including men's massage parlors. However, all of them close at midnight. Regarding hotel facilities, the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

Loved the hotel! Tucked away in a tiny street surrounded by trees and away from the busy road but not too far to walk to the trendy Nimman area. The hotel is beautifully decorated and full of character in every corner. My favorite is the pool and the spa area. Staff are all very nice and helpful. If you want to have a good night's rest from being out the whole day, this is the place.
The front desk staff speaks Chinese. The Chinese lady with glasses was very sweet and helpful. The hotel is about 1 km from Nimman Road. The front desk staff would drive us to the intersection in a golf cart and pick us up when we returned, which made us feel very warm and welcome.
This is such a great boutique hotel to stay in Nimman area. It’s located in quiet area, far from the main road but near enough to maya mall and one nimman. The room is spacious with balcony.. and equipped with smart TV, which is such a bonus point if you just want to just relax in the hotel. All the staffs are very helpful.
