The hotel's location is pretty good. Even though it's not directly in the Old City, all the day tours offer pickup and drop-off, so it doesn't feel out of the way. This hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City, right by the moat. It's a charming and comfortable place. Firstly, it's very close to the train station, and it's super convenient for getting around the city and reaching various attractions. If you are a cyclist, this is the best hotel in Chiang Mai by miles. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, rooms are big and functional and you have DIY area for your bike as well as a proper bike cleaning facility.

Great set up for cyclists. Good location with 15min walk to Nimman restaurants and nightlife. Easy access for rides in any direction. Room serviced every day. Only complaint would be the noise other cyclists make when leaving for those early morning rides. Not the fault of the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cycling holiday. The views from the upper floors are fantastic, with Doi Suthep to the west. It's also very close to shopping centers, and you can easily stroll to Nimman Road, then do a Citywalk at Chiang Mai University. Initial welcome was poor. The staff were not very welcoming and we had issues parking our car which upset my girlfriend. The pool area and outside decoration was very nice, however the room itself was not good enough. Not clean and a very strange layout with the sofa not facing the television - which was old and unusable. The steps to the bed were steep and dangerous.
