The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Loved the character of the place. Breakfast was tasty. Liked the location as it was out of the main part of town but easy to get into whenever we wanted. The pools were cold but refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is old. Photos is not fair. It looks a lot more butiful on photos then it is in real. Restaurant has not so many different types of food. Breakfast is good.

The location was okay, not far from the city, but there was construction going on in the street, and the area didn't look very clean. The hotel is clean but please beware that there are mosquitoes in room. With this hotel price given, this is the standard service you receive. The air conditioner’s filter required to clean on our first night, unpleasant smell and cause my nose allergy, but the staff immediately resolved the issue after we raised this to her in the next morning. It's a bit far from the city center, but the facilities are complete, there's plenty of parking, the staff are friendly, and there's a swimming pool, TV, and refrigerator. However, the hotel doesn't have mountain views and there are quite a few rooms in several buildings.

The rooms weren't large, and the pool was outside the restaurant, so you had to run out of the lobby to swim—a strange design. The hotel's location was terrible; it was too far from attractions, and there was a huge parking lot in front of the hotel, requiring a long walk to get around. Breakfast cost 100 pesos, and was sometimes good and sometimes bad.

This was my second visit to Chiang Mai and my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is super nice, the hotel seems very old but the rooms are very hygienic! The kittens at the hotel were super cute and clingy and felt like they were home every time they went back to the hotel. It was a very nice stay, I would definitely stay at the same hotel when I go CNX again

Everything was great! The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

Friendly staff who always greet you when you come and leave the hotel. All drinks and snacks in your room are free. The hotel and room is clean and the location is good. We have block our room 3 to 4 mths ago n requested all 3 room to b on d ground floor. Booked for 2 K bed n 1 twin, upon arrival we were given 3 K bed and wasted 2 hours sourcing out the room we ask for. At the end 1 double was upgraded to deluxe room on the 3rd floor wich the hotel got no lift.

The hotel is in Nimmin area which is very convenient to roam around. The service and room are good. The breakfast provides several options from cereal with milk to local northern food. However, the room looks a little older than what I saw in Trip and they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste which are quite inconvenient.

This hotel is located next to Manning Road and is a house with a pure Thai-style decor, which is quite charming. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The only thing is that for breakfast, you can only choose one of coffee, milk, or orange juice, which I don't quite understand. Everything else is pretty good.

This hotel turned out to be the best I stayed at during my ten-day trip. It's a two-bedroom apartment, allowing for privacy between guests. The facilities are a bit old, and while the second bedroom is bright, the master bedroom is quite dark, almost a bit spooky. The breakfast is rich, and everyone gets a free cup of coffee. It's fine. Very nice location, staff were mostly nice. The hotel looks very nice, but actually the rooms aren't that comfortable. They are really dark, not very private, the shower is a hole in the ground. Soundproofing does not exist, hope your neighbours are quiet. Not sure i would stay again.

Traveling as an older couple, we especially appreciated the breakfast. The facilities were very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Friedly staff and nice location in central Chiang Mai, walkable distance to many restaurants and cafes, specially at night is more lively. The room has everything needed. Decent quality at this price. One thing to note that, the room isn’t soundproof. You can easily hear people walking and talking. The floor is made of wood so you will hear cracking sound. So far it was good for 1 night.
