Such a great hotel! Everything you need! Great bed, stunning pool and breakfast. Staff were lovely!! Highly recommend.
This is the hotel I stayed at for 0.5 nights.
If you walk down the alley from Chala Number 6, you'll find Chala Number 2.
I tried to check in late at night, but there was no staff, so I almost had a bad experience. ㅠㅠ
Luckily, the WhatsApp number was posted on the door, so I sent a WhatsApp message and the Chala Number 6 staff came. Just for reference~
They provide free snacks and other things, and...
We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Chala Number 2! We stayed for 6 nights, and our room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for restful nights. The staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to be helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
Each morning, we looked forward to a delicious, full breakfast, and our in-room fridge was restocked daily with complimentary...
Nice little hotel. Free snacks but no coffee in the morning though… will miss the gym and pool in the mornings :)

We especially loved the location of this hotel, a very quiet street but so central and easily accessible by foot to the walls. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful. The room was absolutely stunning. We would have no hesitation returning to this hotel.
Great and delicious Breakfast! And very friendly staff with a 24-hour service center. Highly recommended
Staffs very nice and polite, the vibe is excellent and we love it. And dont forget the little black cat "Lucky".
Very good apartment and our kids love it
Amata Lanna is a wonderful small hotel to stay at. The staff headed by Kenlaya, with Icey and Jang her excellent assistants are extremely helpful, friendly and kind as is the rest of the support staff. Breakfast is included in the cost of the stay with cold items to chose from and cooked dishes prepared for you from their Thai and Western food offerings.
We were taught by the staff to make krathongs...
Resort is very clean and quiet, located outside the old city. But it’s very easy to assess to old city by taking Grab. And the staff are friendly.

The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. I had originally booked a room with two beds but for some reason C-trips had changed that booking to one bed. The first night I was alone and my friend came the next night. They only had rooms with one bed in them the first night but the lady at the front desk not only booked me a room with two beds for the next night but also moved my luggage...
It’s at the opposite side of downtown
So u know
The accommodation is very good, comfortable to sleep in, very good value for money, clean and no smell at all.
The location was very remote, although the room was big,the nearby area just awful
the room looks not like the photo provided on the website
We think it's not very clean. On the first day, we started to have itchy bumps. Our son also had bumps all over his body. The room is beautiful and quiet, but the only problem is the cleanliness.

Good hotel for the price. Good base and a quiet neighborhood.
It's about the standard of a typical domestic chain budget hotel. It's clean, not in a remote location, and the room facilities are fairly standard. The decor is simple, and everything is fine. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is next to the pool, offering a pleasant dining environment. It's a hotel without any major highlights or shortcomings. The only downside is the lush vegetation...
Very good! Unlimited complimentary water, a wide variety of breakfast options, and plenty of parking. Most importantly, the bed is super soft and the pillows are incredibly comfortable (like they 'suck your soul in').
This was my third stay at Por! The rooms were as clean and hygienic as ever, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were all very polite, the hotel was safe and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. My friends also really enjoyed this hotel.
The room was a bit dark, but the hotel environment was very nice. The pool looked clean and beautiful. The breakfast was so-so, not very tasty, but the staff were very friendly and helped with booking a car.
I only stayed there for one night but it was really nice. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice shower and comfy bed. You get free water and juice and the breakfast was also good. The staff was very nice and helpful and gave me good recommendations on where to eat and what to do. I’d definitely would like to come back

The Hotel was perfectly situated for our needs - we were attending meetings just a short walking distance away.
The hotel was clean, the pool was refreshing, and had a suprise garage for our motorcyles :)
Friendly service and check-in. We had one of the rooms at the back of the hotel which look more like long term stay rooms. The beds were comfotable. Although the hotel is next to a busy highway, the room was very quiet.
Everything is very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wifi is too tooo tooo slow…
the location is too far…but we compensate it with tours…
no convinenient store in sight
Situated not far from markets and department stores. We got the room at the back side, which is quite old. The cupboard was smelly and hangers were not provided.
Next day cleaning was provided but the room was still untidy. New towels were not provided. The bathroom had not been cleaned.
Overall it was okay, just don't expect too much.
Breakfast was worth what we paid for.

It was a clean, spacious and comfortable stay for me even though it’s not located near the night markets and touristy places. but all those places can be reached by grab/bolt bikes so no big deal.
Staying at Napatra Hotel in Chiang Mai city was amazing. Their service is excellent. For further my visit to Chiang Mai, I would love to book Napatra again. However, the location is a bit far from the main city, although communication is good enough. Hope anyone can book at Napatra and enjoy their stay.
Clean and big room. Easy and fast check in and check out process. Provide free snacks in fridge. Large parking space for those who drive car
Every thing great but have a thin well as well
Even a bit far from old town however Location is 5 minutes walking to Jing Jia market. Very good environment and provided free coffee and tea at the morning.
The room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. The front desk offers luggage storage, and there's free coffee in the lobby. It's a bit of a distance from Nimman Road and the Old City, but this means it's nice and quiet without any noise. Eating options nearby are convenient, and you can walk to JJ Market.

The room was fine, but the hotel's 'pool' was tiny, impossible to swim in. Breakfast was great, and the front desk staff were responsible and friendly. It's excellent value for money and very convenient for exploring the old city.
Loved the hotel so much! Quiet, peaceful, clean, cultural, great breakfast options, 8 min to the airport and many other tourist spots! Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional staff too :) and don’t even mention the cozy bed by the window!
Great experience at this hotel, small but very nice hotel. I enjoyed the pool area and my girlfriend loved getting to wear the traditional dress and take pictures there. Also, the breakfast there was excellent.
The staff were warm, attentive, and very detailed, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety.

A Perfect Family Stay in Chiang Mai
Looking back on our trip to Chiang Mai, I truly think Oriental Siam Resort was the best part of our journey.
We traveled as a big family — nine of us including my mother and my sister’s family — and it turned out to be such a joyful and relaxing experience. The kids had so much fun going back and forth between the second-floor rooms, playing together and enjoying...
We had a wonderful stay at Oriental Siam Resort in Chiang Mai! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully, offering a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is peaceful and quiet, about a 20-minute drive from the city center, which was perfect for us. The resort is also very child-friendly, making it an ideal choice for families. We would definitely...
Nat, Kobby and the team have created something special here. The layout and grounds of the property are beautiful and the villas are clean and well appointed. They are a bit older, but that's absolutely fine as a modern room wouldn't really suit considering the surroundings. There's not a whole lot to do nearby but it's the perfect place to relax and an easy grab ride away from town. The staff are...
Almost felt like staying with family. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From we first checked in to when we left, we felt genuine warmth, and that they enjoyed working in hospitality. It was quiet and calm, and the location was just long enough outside the city to feel like an oasis, and just close enough that we felt in the city. Great experience. Thank you for welcoming us...
A Splendid Experience at an Idyllic Resort
For two months, my family and I had the pleasure of enjoying the beauty and hospitality of this resort. What a privilege it was to stay in different villas, tailored to our ever-changing group of 4, 3, 2, or occasionally just 1 person. This flexibility truly made our stay special.
The resort is absolutely breathtaking: a lush green oasis filled with trees...
Relaxing atmosphere in nature with excellent Thai hospitality. It was an oasis where I could rest comfortably in a very clean room (actually like a Thai house of my own with patio and back deck, a large bathroom). Their restaurant is by their small pond in which you can admire watching beautiful fish, big and small, swimming around; an added beauty to the already well cared nature. The pool is small...

The hotel was pleasant enough, but for a 5-day stay, no one ever came to clean the room. There was no bellhop service and no parking available.
The atmosphere is great, the service is impressive, and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is the lack of parking.
Fantastic value for money stay in Chiang Mai, super luxurious and really great location. Helpful friendly service throughout
Highly recommended
Really lovely deluxe boutique hotel, just 3 minutes walk from Thapae Great. Spacious rooms, friendly service and very stylish. I’d definitely stay again.
The room was incredibly modern and stylish. The bed was also very comfortable.
How can I describe this place? We were traveling as a family, but we had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor... But someone helped us, so it was good.
The boss downstairs was very nice and gave us plates when we ordered takeout.
This room is red and yellow, and it feels like living in a cage.

Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler. The vibe was super chill and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was clean and the location was perfect for exploring everything nearby. Definitely a solid choice if you are traveling alone and want a comfortable place to crash.
within the budget HK$80/night. Near the Thapae Gate and Sunday night market, very convenient. Location with lots of bars & pubs, very noise at night
As a solo traveller it didn’t feel very safe because it’s on the red light street. It is okay though.
A good hotel and I would stay again. It is located in Loi Kroh Road, a busy bar area in Chiang Mai. The card needs to be inserted for the lights and air conditioner to work. But the fridge stays on. The hot water is not that hot. That is why kettles should be provided so you can boil hot water to shave. Also, why do a lot of hotels not have sink plugs I like the location though….
Being 68 years old, climbing to the 5th floor was tough. The key said 4th floor, but the front desk was on the 5th floor. The toilet was also difficult to flush, which was a big problem, but I just had to put up with it since it would eventually flush if I waited long enough.
The room was very nice and clean. My only minor complaint was the duvet cover came off the blanket a bit while sleeping, haha. Someone came to clean the room during the day, which was very much appreciated!

The accommodation was great! I loved that the bedroom was separate from the living room. The location was also excellent.
This is more condominiums than a hotel and I don’t think I would use the word “resort” at all. The room was clean and facilities are fine but with a little maintenance and attention the could be fantastic.

Good condo with a kitchen, although you can't actually cook in it. The apartment is large and bright. If you have your own transport, everything is quite close; without it, getting around would be difficult.

This hotel needs a makeover, or a full renovation that brings it up to date with modern hotel standards.
