Great price for value. The structure is a bit old, but good and clean enough. Pool is clean but in shade for most of the day so a bit cold. WiFi in the rooms is practically not existent
My stay in Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel was awesome as it’s near to Maya Mall & One Nimman. 15mins Walk to The main Old City a tourist attraction
One of those older hotels that has huge rooms which I prefer . It’s a little dated and looks like it needs a little sprucing up . Housekeeping didn’t do their job well , as there were blood stains on my bedsheet amd I had to call for a replacement. Then when I got to go to sleep , the pillow case had a hole in it! Haha .. just have to laugh out loud . Ask for a room away from the lift , was allocated...
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and friendly, and the location was excellent, close to Maya Mall and Nimman Road. Getting to the Old City by tuk-tuk only took about ten minutes, which was incredibly convenient.
Great location, comfortable even if a bit ran down. Ok buffet breakfast. I will comeback.
Classic old style hotel, but still quite clean and modern. Good value. Nice mountain view. The pool and gym are really tiny. Crossing the superhighway is a bit of an issue.

Everyone is friendly!
It's convenient living in this hotel
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to One Nimman, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and massages! The room size is generous, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Nam, who was incredibly warm and welcoming! The gym and pool facilities are also more than adequate.
Location is the best thing of this hotel. It is right smacked in the heart of the tourist area with many cafe, Michelin restaurants, shopping and Spa.
The only this that upset me about this stay is that the hotel which is supposed to be good for their 24hrs use room (check-out within 24hrs of your check in time) but i was advised that i can only check into my room at 7pm as the previous will only check...
The overall hygiene was good, but they don't provide slippers or toothbrushes. Luckily, I came prepared, otherwise, it would have been quite inconvenient. The room was on the third floor facing the street, so it was noisy, but they had earplugs in the room, which helped on the second night.
Great location, rooms are nice and large. A bit pricey though. Low score for value.
This hotel is in the absolute best location! Nimman One is right downstairs, and there's a night market right below too. Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center is just across the street, and Chiang Mai University is within walking distance. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Chiang Mai for the first time!

Close enough to maya center and shopping area. lovely neighborhood behind hotel, but room was not as expected for an upgraded room.
Very nice hotel with a good quality price ratio for your stays in Chiang Mai!
Love this hotel will be back again I come chiang mai
Everything was great until my last morning when someone tried to open my room without warning at 7am. There has been warning of theft from some hotels in Thailand. Reported it to the front desk counter and did not get a polite reaction and the lady keeps on denying that the staff will never do that.
Facilities: So-so, hot water was unstable, and the room wasn't very big.
Hygiene: Standard.
Environment: Good location, but a bit noisy since it faces the street.
Service: Decent, they responded promptly.
The location is great and very convenient, within walking distance to a large shopping mall. The breakfast was good with many choices. The front desk staff's service was standard, responsive to questions.

It’s ok for the price. Good location.
Good place to stay staff is warm and welcoming and place clean
Love the environment and the receptionist was great and helpful
Good location to the center of Chiangmai,
Even, it is quite old and some wood-old smell.
Good budget hotel.
The receptionist is very helpful and friendly to help me in getting contact with Thailand Travel Taxi. As I faced big trouble with 12GO. They didn't arrangement for my transportation frim the hotel to Chiamg Rai Airport. I was in the rush to be there for my next flight to Singapore. But thanks the guy tt waa on duty on 2nd Jan at noon time. 🙏🏼🙏🏻🙏😁❤️
The room is spacious. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for solo travelers and family. The location is also great, many eateries nearby and close to railway station. Would stay here again next time.

This is a really great place to stay! The pillows are soft, the bed is soft, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable – everyone slept so soundly. We were very impressed. Overall, I loved it and would definitely stay here again if I have the...
Comfortable and Clean Hotel. There is a Lotus Supermarket less than 100 meters from the hotel.
Good room Friendly staff. Near train station. Room so good. Overall value for money. Comforting mattress 😁 so deeply slept. 💤 (Deluxe room)
Triple room, very spacious, and cheaper than other places even though we stayed on a Friday-Saturday. The breakfast was good. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Chiang Mai!
I stayed in the hotel for four nights from 8/18 to 21. I had the same rice noodle soup every day and the buffet breakfast was really not good. This was the worst hotel experience I have had in Thailand.
Grate room and property but during the day that i visit it has lot of problems like power cut,

Exceptional Stay at dusitD2 Chiang Mai!
We recently had a truly exceptional stay at dusitD2 Chiang Mai and were so impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality we received. Booked room here Sept 24-27th. Due to flood in city, only stayed 1 night. Was told by front desk manager, they would issue refund through Expedia, so I could move to non flooded hotel. I’ve now been given partial refund, month and half. Appreciate the service your staff gave us, to get out of flood zone. Really well handled.

It was my second visit to the dim sum buffet, and I am so in love with it. The menu varieties, the taste, the staff, the service—everything is excellent. I can't wait to come back!
As soon as you enter, the hotel is spotless and gives a warm and refreshing sensation. We were four adults and paid extra to upgrade to a Royal Two-Bedroom Suite upon arrival.
The room was large, with two bathrooms, and was very convenient.

Reviews say there were a lot of mosquitoes, but as long as the window screens were kept closed, it was still quite comfortable.

The room was spacious, and the overall decor was dark-colored. I only booked one night to experience it. The front desk wasn't open 24 hours; it was more like a guesthouse. Most of the staff were foreigners. The environment was okay. Breakfast was partly buffet style; the server would bring a menu for the main courses.
Three friends traveled together and chose this hotel. The hotel is a small and beautiful Thai-style hotel with lush and beautiful greenery. I enjoy it every day on the way out or back to the room. It’s just a long strip of six or seven three-story buildings, one family on each floor, with a big balcony, and the room is as big as the description, a little nicer than the picture, the restaurant is cozy...

This hotel was surprisingly good! I only booked it because my first choices were unavailable, but it turned out to be excellent. First off, the location is unbeatable. Nice surrounding

Great view
Overall a very good stay. The service was excellent and the suite room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is a real highlight. It is central, convenient, and ideal for getting around Chiang Mai.
A couple of downsides. The pool was quite cold, and the sauna was not operating during my stay. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Due to the central location...
The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to MAYA and One Nimman. Despite our room is facing the nightlife and main road, the noises are bearable and activities end by midnight.
Some fixtures required upgrades and maintenance. Great service by the friendly staff. Our requests were attended promptly.
Very Central with shopping centres beside the hotel.lots of street food surrounded the hotel..

This was a great stay for a family with little kids. Breakfast had a lot of variety but wasn't anything special - basic buffet style. I wish there were more Thai options.
Hotel is a little old and dated. Room size is big but modern comfort is missing: no bedside plugs for phone charging. No coffee machines. Taps and showers are old and slightly rusted. Breakfast choice was also limited. And worst was the parking! I am a little handicap and when I parked at the handicap lot, the hotel said I need to move my car as there was limited space for buses and vans to pass. Then...

Overall it needs updating and some tender loving care! Old doesn’t have to be dank and musty. The rooms albeit large felt dark and moldy.

Garden, cafe and pool area all absolutely excellent, very relaxing after a long haul flight, bedroom clean and comfortable. Restricted food options due to private function in evening was only disappointment. Enjoyable stay, thank you.
Hotel also used by groups, so standard is good and it's rather cheap. We had a corner suite which was quite large, but a little bit old fashioned. Breakfast is good. The pool and garden are quite nice. A 10-15 min. Walk to the Maya mall and nimman area.
Tucked in away from the chaos around the Maya Mall but within walking distance. Lovely landscaped grounds with beautiful pool. Be aware of the hotels in this area are all over a flight path so you will definitely hear lots of airplane noise.
Rooms are either around the 3 story building arranged around the pool but no elevator. Otherwise there's a tower building.

I want to say a big thank you to Holiday Garden Resort!

Great pool and garden area. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Beautiful spaces. I appreciated their attempts to be environmental (no plastic bottles).
They don't have laundry by the kilo, only individual shirts being pressed. So that was really annoying for us, our dirty laundry piled up and we had to go through a lot of inconvenience to get cleaned.

A slightly old hotel with services that are suitable for the Accor group. Fast check-in, spacious room, many breakfast options, clean swimming pool. Bathroom with enough hot water, cold air conditioner. The disadvantage is that the location is a bit far from everywhere. Breakfast has many choices and the taste is quite good
The room was quite old, and the curtains were so worn that they could not block out the light properly. At night, light was still coming through, making it difficult to sleep.
Excellent location: It's only a 180 baht taxi ride from Chiang Mai Airport and about a ten-minute walk to the Old City. There's a supermarket just to the right when you exit, and a fresh market about 150 meters straight ahead to the left, which is great for buying fruit.

Great location, right by China town. Comfortable room.very pretty.
Just a 5-minute walk to Warorot Market and 7-Eleven, where you can find cheaper beauty products at Win Cosmetics. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old City and 10 minutes to the Hat Street. The guesthouse is clean, tidy, and has a lovely environment.
The hotel's location is excellent, right near Chiang Mai's Old City Chinatown. You can walk to all the Old City attractions from here. The price is very good value for money, and the room was clean and very quiet. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit hard, and for a double room, the bed was a little small. So, try to book a king-sized bed if you can.
