The breakfast is great, the staff in the hotel is amazing (thanks to Bumbim a lot 🙏) Cleaning is great and is done every day 😱🙌 The pool is also good, we also got free juice in the afternoon

I’d like to start from the good part: the staff was very kind and very responsive

Much appreciated The breakfast was honest- simple and little choices but good The room was ok but the overall appearance of the hotel is not the best. It’s old and the amenities are not very good

The bed wasn’t comfortable , instead of getting a one bed I’ve got two joined together and as the mattress was suuuuuper thin as well as all blankets and pillows , I could fill the edges of two beds or my foot was stuck in between

Though I must say that the stuff was very helpful and fixed all the issues with the AC etc but still when you are on holiday it’s not what you want to be bothered about , just relax and not to worry about the smell or noise

Great modern Hotel, conveniently located. Thanks to friendly staff members Fah, Gift and Korn, my stay was as smooth as can be and every question I had was answered. Thanks for a great experience!

The only small downside is that the hotel is not wheelchair accessible, and there’s a steep hill to conquer on the way up from the beach – but once you’re there, the view and the feeling almost make it worth it

The pools and grounds are fantastic. The location (despite the hill), is very good. The food has always been on the ordinary side, but as breakfast is fine

None the less, I enjoy many good memories here, and hope that my small feedback helps to encourage some better development in the future

The Not So Good: • Transport: Because the hotel is tucked away from the crowded main hub, summoning a Bolt/Grab can be a bit of a challenge and can be pricy. Plan your trips ahead of time

The Good: • Aesthetics: The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. • Location: You can’t beat being steps away from the sand. • Staff: Exceptional service; everyone was so welcoming

• Food: One of the best breakfast spreads I've had in Phuket. • Convenience: 7-Eleven is right at the doorstep for snacks and supplies

Conclusion: Good value for money, recommended! The room has an excellent location with a 180-degree sea view

The buffet breakfast was amazing , all the staff in the hotel were helpful knowledgeable, caring and a pleasure to deal with. Location right on patong beach, bangla rd 15 min walk. Would come back again and again

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great

Nice hôtel. Clean, the stuff is generous. Not far from kata beach there is a free shuttle bus. Many restaurants around we really enjoy. I firmly recommend you this hotel. See you next year

We love this hotel. There are lots of vegetation around the hotel. The layout of the room is great. The breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle provide the hotel to the beach was wonderful

The hotel not really in good location. The beach is about 15 minutes walking but it’s very small beach, no way to sit and relax. The room smell bad , not clean and the staff didn’t are about it

Location is very convenient near shops and food markets and just 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms with pool access are great with nice bed. Temperature of the pool was great. Breakfast was very good with ample times

The airport pickup was excellent. Definitely worth booking in advance to save any hassle. I stayed in the double villa room which was very spacious and clean

Great location close to the airport but still like a holiday resort. Nice big room but no WiFi for two days and water pressure for the shower was terrible. The pool was nice but the water was too warm

The TV and aircon had problems for both of the days I was there 😢 Some Reception staff had limited English which wasn't a big problem but it would be nice to have better English

It's just an average place, comparable to a 200 RMB hotel in China. You can walk to the airport and to the beach, both within 20 minutes. Breakfast was quite sparse, nothing much to eat

One row behind the poolside villas which would have been nicer but maybe noisier. The pool was lovely and clean and sunbeds were mostly covered by a sunshade if you wanted one

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Patong Beach, the famous Bangla Road, and shopping malls, which is its biggest advantage. The room was spacious enough and had a small balcony, which was a nice touch

However, the room facilities were just okay, a bit dim and lackluster. The bedding, towels, and bath towels all seemed a bit old. The surrounding area was also a bit noisy

The rooftop view was good, and the swimming pool was decent. Breakfast was standard, pretty much what you'd expect for about 880 a night

Gig hotel location was in the alley which is noiseless when you need to sleep peacefully. It's only abt 5min walk to Jungleone shopping n central mall n walking steet. Recommend you talk a grab to the beach

A very loud air conditioner and also the hotel stands near the Tiger Muay Thai stadium. I just can't sleep without earplugs.

My stay at 77 Patong was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, super close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, both within easy walking distance

The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door)

There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay

Nice hotel as we had a deluxe room with a balcony but no table and chairs to sit on the balcony😱 We asked for 2 x xtea pillows as we both get acid reflux, and they wanted to charge us 100 bhats each.😱 Good location.

If you are mindful of a good night take advantage of their earplugs offer. All in all, I would stay again. Pick your room carefully and always make sure it is a Deluxe with Air conditioning

After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

It was one of our best and most memorable stays. Very nice room with a large terrace towards the entrance pool and it was very enjoyable to use two beds, one in the room and the other on the terrace

Very nice hotel, well located, very clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet! Mini bar re-filled every day for free!! Have booked for 5 nights and just extended my stay for 9 days!! A minute walk to the beach! Definitely highly recommended!!!

We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle

Stunning hotel, spa on site is very nice, staff are super helpful. Room was perfect for my needs and location was great, I could walk to the beach in minutes and Jungceylon was also a short walk away

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves)

I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well. We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show

The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

It's only around 10 minutes walking distance to Patong beach. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They even serve clients Icy towel and cold water when they return back to hotel due to hot weather

Book a room preferably with ocean view you won't regret it. The breakfast buffet is very good. The only downside is that the rooms are located on cliff so you need to walk up and down on cliff to go anywhere

Excellent service! Almost every suite comes with a private pool, and they even prepared a turndown service for my birthday.

Check in took an hour or more- the hotel is a maze with at least 3 lobbies - staff were friendly and the views were spectacular but that apart we were very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel is good enough for short trip, old but clean. Have to walk at least 10 minutes to reach Phuket town, if you take grab there’s soo much traffic so the best option is to walk in the scorching sun hehe

Stayed here during a work trip while attending the Thailand International Boat Show near Yacht Haven Marina. It is a decent budget hotel, and overall a comfortable stay

The only minor issue is the presence of mosquitoes in the rooms, due to the hotel’s proximity to the beach and being surrounded by trees
