There is a largish water slide that is fun and a small little kids slide that is good for toddlers. The beach is steps from the pools with free beach toys available to play with

The rooms were clean and in good shape. The room had a kitchen sink, dishes, microwave, and a decent size fridge for a hotel room. The balcony was nice with a table and chairs

For the price point, location, and amenities we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The room was large with a nice sofa bed. There are 6 different pools that our young kids had fun playing in

The hotel restaurants are not too bad but I thought were pricey-ish. The massage place right on the beach was great and very reasonably priced about 300-400baht for an hour massage

We were given a complimentary room upgrade ( to a pool suite) that exceeded our expectations. The hotel overall is beautiful

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine

Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht

the hotel was great but since it is located on the hill, it was VERY hard to get a grab/taxi

The amenities were also excellent, especially the pool and common areas where we found ourselves spending a lot of time. It’s a perfect hotel for couples, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket

The hotel is on a main road but didn't make any difference as when you were inside you could not see or here it. Ate in the restaurant on the beach which was amazing sitting by the beach and chilling on a night

My stay here has been enjoyable. I stayed here with my family of 8 Pax. Enjoyed the resort with nice views, good service, friendly staff and facility. The resort is a bit dated but fairly maintained

The high tea was absolutely superb. We visit England often and have enjoyed many high teas there, but we have never had one as good as this

There was an incredible variety of desserts, along with delicious sandwiches such as club sandwiches, salmon, and crab. The tea selection was fantastic, and they also offered coffee and many other options

Just a stone's throw from Karon Beach, the service here is excellent, and there's always a pleasant surprise when you stay again. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Phuket. It's affordable and very clean

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road

Great service from everyone, especially Nok Yung, Lin and Bee. Rooms are good, however you can still hear some of the street. Location is good, close to everything, perhaps a bit close to the main road

But when we checked out, house keeping asked us to explain about this matter, why missing out one face towel. This made me felt so embrassing and we didn't and even took any single thing from the room

The rooms aren't new, but they're very clean. There's a large, clean pool on site. There's a very good massage parlor on site. And most importantly, the best restaurant on site

This hotel was really great! They have a swimming pool bar which was really nice. I can’t swim so it’s nice that it’s located at the shallow end of the pool. The food from the restaurant is very tasty

The price of this hotel varies greatly between the off-season and peak season, but the hotel facilities are truly excellent. The rooms are laid out with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom

A very nice serviced apartment, very comfortable, with an excellent location. There's a 7-Eleven, restaurants, and a pedestrian street nearby, all within walking distance.

The hotel itself has three swimming pools, and the reception hall is very spacious. The breakfast in the morning is also quite good. The location is also very convenient

I'm very satisfied with the room; it has three bathrooms and three balconies. The location is great, with a 7-Eleven, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a pedestrian street all downstairs, making life very convenient

It was a great stay at Beyond patong hotel, Spacious rooms, everything was so nearby, beach just 2 mins walk, lots of Indian , Turkish, Italian restaurants just within 500 mtrs, Bangla road just 5-6 mins walk

Very close to every spots in Pa Tong area. All walking distance for sure. Hotel offers beach towels and bag as well for you to enjoy the moment in the beach! I felt room was little humidity.

They have in-house tourism desk,and they prepare itinerary for your adventures. Overall had an amazing stay , and would definitely recommend everyone!! See you next time!!

Only thing is that there is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the top. But there's a small car to bring you up with your luggage and whenever you don't feel like climbing up yourself

My Daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every mintue, ideal location although it does have steps up to reception and to the rooms but there is a services to be taken to your room via an vehicle

We did have a thai massage are the hotel which was just what we needed, a little different from massages in the UK but definitely did the trick and would go back again

Both rooms were spacious and gorgeous! The breakfast was hands down one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had!! And we loved that they had shuttle transport into the city, it was very helpful on our trip! Would come back😍

The best part of our stay was the kids’ nursery — fully equipped, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and caring with my child. He was always happy and excited to go there

Bathroom was like a spa bathroom, with massive bath, shower and lovely vanity. The pool is amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, your usual Thailand breakfast with a mix of western and thai options

Good place for a vacation. Laid back, close to the beach, a lot of food optins and massage parlours in walking range. Clean pools, not too deep, maximum level 1.2 m.

If something is finished, there is no refill. Specially this one who puts a lot of make up on. I speak Thai but she didn’t realize I do. The other one leaves me standing talking to her and goes to pick her grab order

3/5 The hotel has two pools, they are clean and well-maintained, but the pool bar has been closed for a long time. No entertainment in the hotel. 3/5 Rooms are cleaned every day, even if you don’t want it

When I raised this to the reception, they laughed at it and didnt take it seriously, spent half my vacation crushing milipedes. The breakfast buffet was fine, plenty of options, but again, not a 4-star

One issue is sunbeds, get down to the pool after 9am and towels left out but no one visits all day. Staff try their best to manage this but unfortunately a lot of the hotel residents were very selfish and rude

The hotel was very nice and we had a pleasant stay. The only downside is that we were suppose to stay in a Seaview room, but I can only call the room that we got "partial seaview" at best

However, we were initially placed in a room with a connecting door, and unfortunately the soundproofing between these rooms was very poor. We could hear everything from our neighbours, which made it uncomfortable

Restaurant & Drinks We stayed on an all-inclusive package. The buffet food was consistently nice and well presented, although there was quite a heavy focus on fish, which may not suit everyone

We raised this with reception and were quickly moved to a room without a connecting door. This made a huge difference — it was completely quiet and perfect for the rest of our stay

There is a shuttle bus but you need to be there at the right time. The location otherwise is good, being very close to Kata beach and lots of shops/night market

We had an overall very good stay at Novotel Kata Avista. There was one unpleasant incident during our stay which I prefer not to detail here, as it was handled professionally and elegantly by the reception team

A lot of the furniture is cheap, hollow and outdated. Things are awkwardly placed as well e. to open the curtains you need to undo the curtain tie which is right below the ceiling lamp and I banged my head on it

The room is large and had a great sea view with some nice sunsets. However, the sound proofing is awful. There was a lot of noise coming from both the lobby and the pool area. The rooms really need a refurb

Unfortunately this was a common theme. We noticed a pool table in the lobby and I was excited to have a few games. The pool cues are broken, the table is awful and all the balls just end up at the sides

Beautiful Resort and a great view with excellent customer service

The resort overall was good and well maintained. The topography and layout inside the resort are very nice and give it a pleasant, peaceful vibe. However, the room did not have a window, which was a drawback

The food was good, and there was one Indian staff member at the reception available 24/7, which was helpful. Overall, a decent stay with a few limitations

The accommodation was clean, roomy, and had a great partial view of the ocean. I received a very wonderful birthday greeting on my bed. They also surprised me with a lovely fruit platter on my birthday for breakfast
