Location was good, hotel facilities a bit outdated but overall good stay with friends.

The pool is perfect, crystal clear clean and the pool bar is great, especially during happy hour (which runs for quite a few hours). I had a pool access room which was 5 steps out the door and drop into the pool

Food, facilities and location are great. Location is very convenient and a short walk to everything you need. Staff are welcoming and work had to keep the resort and pool clean. The pool area is the standout

Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk to Jungceylon (shopping mall) and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and massage shops right outside, and a 7-Eleven nearby

The breakfast Buffett had a good assortment and was good for the price of 500 Thai baht. Location was convenient to visit other beaches such as Bang Tao, Patong and Surin

A nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle but not to far away from great bars, shops and restaurants. Very clean throughout hotel, rooms have a kitchen so you can avoid eating out everyday if you choose

I I stayed here with friends back in June. The resort is in a quiet location near BangTao Beach, which was nice for a more relaxing stay

The good thing you can cook as kitchen with needed tools are available

However, our first impression wasn’t the best, the toilets in both bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned and had stains of sand and other obvious residue when we first checked in

However, the location is 45 minutes from Arab street. Good breakfast with Halal food. More focus on cleaning is needed. The king bed size is smaller than any other hotels I have booked earlier

There's no atmosphere or activities, and even the hallways don't have air conditioning. The room lighting is dim and unpleasant. Overall: If you're a family looking for a large room at a great price, I recommend it

Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient

The resort is located 2 mins from a quiet beach with 2 areas with life saving patrols. The resort is opposite a taxi service and near good and affordable restaurants, and a 3 min walk from a small supermarket

Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool

40 apartments around a beautiful and large shaded pool. There are comfortable beds, chairs and lounges right on the water. The apartment is very well appointed, cleaned twice a day, peaceful very clean and quiet

It unfortunately left us with a disappointing final impression after what had otherwise been a good stay

The condition of the villas are not good though, they are dilapidated inside and for what they charge for staying here it is very disappointing

After explaining our position, the charge was eventually waived and we were allowed to leave. The situation felt uncomfortable and stressful, especially being in a foreign country and under time pressure

The discussion took nearly 30 minutes while we were on our way to the airport, which was stressful as we were concerned about missing our flight

For this reason, while the property itself is nice, our checkout experience significantly impacted how we feel about the overall stay

Breakfasts were good and hearty. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. We were especially touched by the breakfast they packed for us when we had to leave at 5 AM 🙏🏻👍🙌🏻

The room is spacious! Sometimes hotel rooms barely fit a bed, but this was completely different – you could practically dance in it! We had two rooms connected by a wide corridor that featured a built-in kitchen

This is a wonderful hotel right on the seashore – the view is breathtaking! However, you can only swim during high tide; at low tide, you have to walk to the neighboring beach, which is about a 10-minute stroll

The food and beverage options are plentiful and the quality of food and service is very good. Do take advantage of the Beach Club and enjoy the sunset there at least once

Clean, excellent breakfast (pastries a little dry), really good strong drinks. They cna set up a DVD in ur room and have DVDs available in library. We truly enjoyed our stay here

This place is amazing! We arrived late at night and were greeted with welcoming staff, cold towels, cold drinks and home baked cookies. Our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable

Trilogy restaurant serves food thought the day. I mainly ate there for dinner. The food was delicious and flavorful. This hotel was very accommodating for shuttle service to Dream Beach Club which is minutes away

We had a pillow menu available too. The resort is compact without feeling crowded and the central pool helps give the place a feeling of calm. My wife enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool to do her daily laps

We had a great stay here at Breezotel, you can find restaurants within 5-10minutes walk (or you can just order takeout via Grab). Although the price is affordable, the room is spacious and clean

With some very nice side dishes to choose from. I also ate a bacon cheeseburger here which rivals any on the island. I understand that this could come across as hyperbole is amongst the best I've ever eaten

The hottest and best shower of my entire 2 weeks of holiday so far. Hotel was clean except for some hairs that were on the floor. Smoking permitted on the balconies and rooftop. Stuff was helpful and friendly

The restaurant serves good food, and both breakfast and dinner is good. I love the egg-stand where a chef makes your eggs (and bacon) to order. Super nice and friendly staff that always does their very best to help you

I stayed in room 409 from February 21st to March 3rd, 2026. The room was quite cozy, the beds were like something out of a honeymoon suite, and the entire interior was clean and well-maintained

There's a laundry self service two minutes away, a small food market five minutes away and a store (Supercheap) right in front of the hotel. 10 minute walk to Bangla, 15 minute walk to Patong beach

My only minor complaint was the lack of a chair on the balcony, but overall, everything was spotless. Everything was precise, consistent, and even overly meticulous in some aspects

There's an uphill climb, but it's gradual. Downhill, you'll immediately find the beach, and in the evenings, there's a market-like setup along the road and beach. Nearby, there's a massage parlor and a 7/11

All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly helpful, proactively offering assistance with everything from carrying our luggage to helping us change rooms when we were traveling, and even assisting with communication with taxi drivers

The mini-bar is well-stocked with a good variety, and prices are reasonable. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. One pillow is soft, the other firmer. The bed linen is high quality

The granite tiles throughout the hotel retain heat well, which keeps the floors warm and the pool toasty. You do have to wait a bit for hot water in the shower, but the pressure is good 👍

I don’t recommend bathing in the pool - the water is not cleaned or filtered, there’s literally sand at the bottom, and sometimes paper wrappers float in it
