Cozy budget hotel near the center. Recommended for youth and families without children.

Located 49 km from the airport, just across the promenade from the sea, 2.5 km from Patong beach on the West coast of Phuket island, at the entrance to the Bay of Patong from Karon Bay.

Consists of one 4-storey building and one 2-storey block.

Total area: 3 200 m2.

Only 63 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Our favorite hotel; this is our second time coming here with our two children. We love the location, right on the beachfront, though I recommend walking further along the beach for swimming because the water is cleaner there. The staff is amazing; they entertained our children as best they could, they cleaned every day, and they were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent, and I recommend them. Overall, this hotel is a great find, a great price, and a great location. I hope to see you again next year.

Could not fault the place south beech not so loud as north part nice staff clean laundry service very good and cheap pool was good breakfast ok other little restaurant and bars near by 7_11 store 4minutes away

This is a beautiful place just outside the hotel where you can see the ocean, the market is also nearby. The staff are nice and friendly.

The facilities are relatively old, the door requires a key, the hangers cannot be taken out, and it is inconvenient to dry clothes

Good but aging hotel. Do not expect luxury, as it looks much better on the pictures but still good and wide rooms.
Swimming pool was amazing.

Breakfast buffet was rather low on quality. Not worth it if you expect quality food.

They somehow had no cold water in the evening, I guess they used tanks and water supply was short due to heatwave and some kind of shortage.

Aircon was very unpleasant and made us sick.

No elevator and stairs were steep and felt dangerous.

Location was great. Close to Pattong but not suffering of being too central which would come with many downsides.

The staff was super professional and nice and helpful. I would give them six stars to all of them. Not a single wrong thing about them.

Room was very spacious and clean. Our room had ocean view and was near to road but still there was no noise and we could sleep peacefully. There's separate pool for kids too and both of them were so clean. Food was excellent and all the staffs were very kind and friendly.
