Everything was perfect about the hotel, very good service, very clean and tidy, rich breakfast, nice swimming pool. Not very far from the beach, many restaurants around and 7/11 shop just opposite the street

Really good choice food was excellent Cleaner in every day clean towels can't fault the room at all Staff were lovely very helpful

The front desk staff were also very clear when I inquired about things. During my stay, there were also various dance performances and complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, definitely worth a shout-out

Very nice place for a family stay! Have all the amenities we need, and the park is amazing! Beach, cafe, restaurants, supermarket all in walking distance. And the personal pool is perfect for children to cool off

I can’t say that I’m very picky, but for me this hotel is worth a maximum of 3. Breakfast is monotonous, you won’t die of hunger, but the choice is minimal

Their rooftop is also a good option for a drink with amazing sunsets. They sometimes have live DJ music and pool parties though it is super quiet at night

The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice

The breakfast was great, and the facilities met Hyatt's standards. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family two-bedroom suite, but the smaller room had no windows

The public areas weren't huge, but the pool was spacious. The beach is right across the street; even though the sand isn't the best, it was nice and uncrowded, even in peak season

The hotel's beach has too many rocks; it's good for catching small fish and shrimp after the tide goes out, but not suitable for swimming

Views from the hotel are probably the best part of the hotel. The location is on the beach but have to go down the stairs which is very dark at night. Some lights would make a big difference

My husband and I stayed for two nights in February 2026. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view and a superb location. The rooms felt fresh, clearly recently renovated. Everything was very tidy and clean

Surin Beach is the best! You just walk down 20 steps from the hotel to get there

Very clean hotel. Nearby attractions are about ten minutes away by taxi. Great for sunrise. Good for leaving luggage after checkout and going to the airport late at night. There are many good restaurants within 1km.

Good but sea view is not that great

The room smelled fresh, was cleaned daily, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival. The amenities were perfect especially the beautiful pool and well-equipped gym

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the housekeeping team was outstanding, always friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Executive Room, which felt absolutely luxurious

The hotel has an infinity pool on the top floor with great views at night. The breakfast in autumn offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options. Most importantly, the owner's service is excellent!

Should have been suite, sea vies. When we got to check in, they said that we booked for 2 people. Shower drains very slowly and hot water was Luke warm

The room wasn't new and had a sewer smell, but the hot water was always good and the pressure was good. They cleaned it every day, and toiletries were constantly replenished, even if we didn't need them

I had the most amazing time at CCS Hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and arrived at the beginning of May (slightly off-season), so the hotel was quieter, but the staff were still so accommodating and welcoming

Very central yet hidden in a quieter dead end street just few minute walk to the beach through the main street full of clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Smaller but cosy rooms with comfy bed and little balcony

Unfortunately I broke my leg In Thailand and this hotel was so great to me they made everything possible to accommodate for my disability and made me feel completely comfortable

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs

Overall, The Nai Harn is an incredibly welcoming hotel with very friendly staffs that also serves incredible food which is also situated next to one of the cleanest beach in Phuket
