The environment and location are both pretty good, very close to Kata town which makes dining convenient. The service is also nice. The hotel breakfast, however, caters more to Western tastes.

We spend 4 nights including New Year Eve. The room was good, but I'd like to highlight the staff. They were very helpful any time we had a request

Pool Access Room The location is convenient, but our stay had several inconveniences. The slope up to the rooms is extremely steep, so we relied on the buggy service (5–10 mins wait each time)

Nice clean hotel, great location, great breakfast. Only negative and it’s a negative to take into account if you have any mobility concerns is the fact that the hotel is built on a hill

We were right up the top which required a mountain climb every time we had to go to the room. On the plus side the view was great from the top

The beach is right across the narrow road from the hotel, it’s not that beautiful but it’s full of beach restaurants where you can enjoy sunsets while drinking a cocktail (something you can’t do in Kata or Karon because there are no beach bars or restaurants)

We had a fantastic experience at The State. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do more to help. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the food in general. The rooms were absolutely incredible

We were allocated a room right at the end of the hotel. My husband’s knee is not the best. So we are if we could have room closer to reception. Reception staff were rude when I ask if they have an adapter

Her answers abruptly said go to the shop. Staff at restaurant does not understand about gluten free if when I Google translate for her. Hotel has great pool and location is great

Perfect location in Patong. 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of food places. The reservation team was accomodating, helpful and courteous to our request. Rooms are clean and of good size.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great New Year’s stay with a lovely surprise upgrade I stayed at Andaman Seaview Hotel from 31 December to 1 January with my mother to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Karon Beach, and overall it was a very pleasant experience

Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks ,its a great hotel, its clean with spacious rooms and two nice pools. The rooms are cleaned every day if you require and bottles off water supplied in your room

My room was very spacious for a solo traveller. View from my room I could see Karon beach and the top of the Big Buddha. Hotel staff were great with organising tours pick up and hotel transport

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and it was reasonably priced, making it great value for money. The hotel’s location is another big plus

This hotel offers great value given its reasonable price and excellent location. It's clearly well-maintained and in superb condition. The staff are accommodating and speak English well, which made checking in very easy.

Very good good location and friendly staff

It’s close to everything — you can easily find tuk-tuks nearby, it’s very close to Bangla Road, and getting to the surrounding beaches is quick and convenient

I initially booked my stay without breakfast, but I decided to try the breakfast for one day at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised

Upon arrival and placement were pleasantly surprised, the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean and quite comfortable (our room overlooking the garden is located in the old building and we loved it), cleaned daily and of good quality (we leave at 1 usd or 20 baht), for all the time stay plum in the bathroom worked properly

We were offered room 1301 with a good sea view on early arrival,, but on checkin later in the day we were placed in room 1307 with only a minimal sea view.

Perfectly located, we had the pool access room which met all our needs. Staff are amazing and ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. Food 👍👍👍👍 This was our 2nd time staying at this location and we will be back

Best accommodation on the coast

When checking in, the front desk lady was very gentle and even offered pomegranate juice, which was delightfully sweet and sour. She also provided wet wipes for our hands, making for a truly excellent experience

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Karon Beach, making it super convenient to catch a bus to the airport and Phuket Town

Located in the south, it's over an hour's drive from the airport if there's no traffic. Breakfast was decent, and it's a good spot to spend some time with young friends.

It’s peaceful, fun and the view by the pool side is breathtaking but if you are on the go and exploring Thailand, it’s a bit far from the center of the attractions hence I moved to patong but other than that, I enjoyed my experience, it was chilled

Wow! Absolutely incredible. Selina Serenity is a lovely place to stay at. They organize a lot of activities which you can join and the view at the pool is just a 10/10. Definitely gonna miss this place.

I stayed at Selina for 4 nights, shared with 6 lovely girls and it was incredibly nice. The room was spacious and it’s cleaned everyday. The breakfast is great and there is variety of food

It’s got a mix of hotel resort and hostel vibe so you can do your own thing or you can do activities each day and make lots of friends.  It was really perfect for a solo traveler

Location is not bad and not great either. The hotel is a bit old building, but the rooms are really spacious and that's the best about it. Really noisy thanks to the many bars at the bottom.

There were many restaurants and it is short walking distance to JungCeylon shopping mall. Buffet Breakfast was good at the Coffee Club which is at the hotel lobby. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful

There's a shuttle to the beach. The room deposit is 1,000 baht. There's a rooftop pool, so you can swim in the evening. Even though the room was next to a busy street, it was quite quiet, and I slept well

Nice Villa Resort, the environment vegetation the design is very good, the pool design is also good, is the surrounding is not very convenient, the pedestrian area can be around the talk about countable.

Excellent hotel, clean, cleaning every day, breakfast buffet, although not big, but tasty, polite staff, the presence of a swimming pool is a huge plus, the rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, and there is also a bath!

The location is excellent next to Patong beach have a free shuttle bus to the town with free chocolate to eat nice staffs

Rooms are nice and food served were all plated beautifully. Given a room with a good view of the entire hotel with pool access. Very popular pool it seems with afternoon crowd and drink parties.

Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. Location is very good - near Patong Beach and bangla Street. The hotel has an infinity swimming pool which is nice. The staff decorated our room for an anniversary which was a nice touch

They organize events everyday for guests. For breakfast - not much is there in terms of vegetarian options. Cocktails at the Skyline Rooftop bar are nice. The towels were not replaced as part of daily housekeeping

White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by ordering a drink, but when I wanted to, I was told I had to spend a minimum of 3000 Baht

The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful. However, when checking out, they were unwilling to grant even a 30-minute late checkout

The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy. The rooms with a view are much better. Road-facing rooms aren't worth the price. The cleanliness is acceptable, but the disposable slippers are slippery when wet
