The service was great and very friendly. However, the hotel is right on the street, so the noise was a big issue, and the soundproofing was quite poor.

The air conditioning was incredibly loud, really, really noisy.

I’ve always loved this hotel and enjoy staying here every time because each room is unique. The staff are friendly, and there are many convenient places nearby, including shops, restaurants, cafes and the old town walking street. This is a very old, worn-out hotel that would be hard-pressed to even earn 1 star. The plumbing is terrible; the sink faucet felt like it could fall off at any moment. We even found a cockroach in the shower. The TV on the wall was tiny and ancient. The very old refrigerator rattled loudly all night. A pretty standard holiday hotel in Phuket. The facilities are plentiful and the rooms are well maintained, cleaned and comfy. However the compound is big and somewhat isolated so recommend people only chose this hotel if they have their own cars or scooter.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price! It has a large area and a spacious room. The room has high ceilings and a roomy bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, plus two sinks! It's also a nice touch that there's a coffee machine. The pool is superb, the locations are beautiful. The service was good. They took us to rent a motorcycle and were very friendly. However, the room did not provide toothbrushes. It can only accommodate 6 people and the bed is very small. If there are more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge.

There were quite a few problems with the room I stayed in this year: the electricity was faulty, the water pump was noisy and had issues. They refunded me for two nights out of the nine-day stay, but overall, it wasn't as good as VIP Kids. Now, Lavie Central Villa is first, West VIP Kids is second, and this private villa is third.

I stayed here with several friends for three nights. The only drawback was the distance from Patong Beach and Old Town. Other than that, there were no other issues. The room is tiny, but I get it, it’s a tourist area and I shouldn’t be complaining given that I have chosen this very affordable option. There is a lot noise from the street and there are so many mosquitoes. If you are allergic, be careful.

I stayed in one-bedroom apartment A14. The room needs renovation, the plumbing and furniture are old, the appliances and dishes are dirty, and the air conditioner is noisy. Overall, nothing great except the price.

The apartment is great—it has a coffee maker, a toaster, a shaker, and all the necessary utensils. However, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows face southeast, and the sun illuminates and warms the bedroom 100 percent from 8 a.m. until sunset. Blackout curtains are a must. The blinds don't help at all. And the air conditioner probably hasn't been cleaned in a while; it leaves a nasty smell in the apartment

Have a swimming pool and this property was doing it's share by providing just two bottles for the whole duration of your stay. Ideal location, only 30 seconds to the beach. The room had everything you need, Wi-Fi worked more or less quickly. There is a cafe with traditional Thai cuisine at this hotel. If you don't want to sit in the cafe, you can order in your room and sit on the mini terrace near the room. There is a small pool on the territory, 1.2 m deep, the child loved it.

I guess this place is ok for some travelers who will spend minimal time in the actual hotel but it’s really not at all an ideal space.
