The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk supervisor was rude and completely disregarded our feelings as guests. We had already checked in and stayed one night, but on the second day, because one guest hadn't arrived to check in yet, they stopped us from entering the room. My best stay in phuket by far. this resort was out of mind. make sure to enjoy it. and use some replant for the mosquitos.

The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

In room was not mirror. Only a face mirror in bathroom. Balcony was really small and thin. Bed was super hard and when you change position it kept voice. Breakfast was good and location too. Three star hotel.

We had a very pleasent vacation in Wekata Luxury. Thanks to the receptionists for everything. Very kinde employes.

Excellent, quiet place with stunning views.

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. They did not fix it.  No compensation. Very old hotel which lack of service.  View - amazing) Brrakfast quite good, but till 10.30.

Nice place with amazing views, the staff very friendly, infinity pool and great location.

Truly amazed by it's location, the views and the service. What a lovely resort in Kata, by the rocks of course and got billion worth of views ❤️ amazing service, food and drinks are great. Just the road goes there is very narrow, which only one vehicle can go and they got straight away valet. Kata rocks is truly a gem.

The hotel's setting is quite pleasant. The living room in the 3-bedroom villa was very spacious, and the master bedroom upstairs was also large.
