Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

This was the best start to our trip, just the two of us in a huge villa with ocean views and our own private pool. Location here is great if you are in Phuket to train on the Soi. Close to all the gyms and restaurants and also has good on site. Rooms are all you need and the pools are always relaxed. We booked a villa at Sensive Hill through AirBNB. Our unit was gorgeous and boasted a large marble bath tub. The bed was large and moderately comfortable for our needs. It seemed to be a bit far from Phuket and some of the other things we wanted to try. We got very lucky and one of the site managers rented her families scooter to us for the few days we were there! Quiet, calm, very beautiful, picturesque place. We stop there not for the first time, and everyone who lives there, as a rule, is regular customers. Please feed the wild cats and kittens that live there. They are skittish, but after a few days of feeding they begin to trust. They will then be next to your house and protect the entrance from unnecessary insects.
