Location wise and affordability wise it is a good choice. Place is too close to bangla street and patong beach. But rooms are without balcony. Economy Rooms are clean and comfortable but too small.

The hotel is combined with a bar at the lobby. We had a slight problem with Agoda system. We booked 3 rooms but the system only shows 2 rooms. Good resort with separate bungalows. Value for money fits. Sometimes it's noisy during the day because of the Thai boxing school next door, but it didn't bother us. A long, beautiful beach including jet skis and several beach bars can be reached with a short walk.

The hotel is close to Nai Harn Beach, but you still have to walk along the lake. It has its own mini kitchen on the balcony. We liked that there was a microwave, and we heated up our own dumplings from a seven-inch microwave. There are many windows, which makes the room very light.
