“Do not go!!!”
I stayed for two nights with my family- 2 kids and my partner. Overall, the apartment is terrible. You have to go through the massage shop to get in and out. The room was not cleaned on the second day, so I noticed the receptionist and asked for new towels. She said that I should have turned the door tag around. But there was no door tag of my room-400. She said okay and that's it. She said I could complain online. This is a scam business. Very noisy at night and the room is not modern, clean. The location is good if you drink all night. They have to close the business for travellers to have good memories about Phuket.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. There is no proper entry, and it’s very confusing to even find the main entrance. The room had no view, and we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs while managing our small children. There were no staff members available to help—only one receptionist, who was rude and told us to “complaint online on Google” instead of assisting us.

Overall, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at during my Thailand trip. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

Should’ve read the reviews prior to staying here! Because I’m laughing reading them because they’re all so true!
The bed was hard as a rock!
One bed didn’t come with a blanket so had to buy one! Getting towels was a drama, we had no towels for 36 hours. Going through the restaurant then up stairs by the kitchen is hilarious because it’s ridiculous and you feel like you’re in the way. The staff at the restaurant are AMAZING, they made the stay worthwhile. If it wasn’t for the restaurant staff we would’ve left. I paid extra for breakfast but have no idea where the hell the breakfast was! So don’t pay for that! I had no intentions of hanging out in the room, so the location is perfect & the room is basic but fine. The shower heads go in all directions lol & the constant dripping of water on the roof becomes somewhat soothing to the ear after an hour of listening to it haha! A hilarious stay, but do eat at the restaurant, they are efficient and food is tasty!

Worst hotel in Phuket !!!!
No water to shower, room was not listened to, breakfast we did not see, but we paid for it, staff sleep on reception, ... Terrible. Photos on the site look completely different from reality.
Only location is good, nothing else worth it.
