Just Awesome.. everything from the rooms to the amenities and the hospitality.. everything was just great. A staff even went out of the way and helped us find the nearest convenience store late at night even after his duty hours...

Very well maintained with high level of hospitality. The place has extreme privacy with neat room and pool. We had only complimentary breakfast which was good. So Nothing much about food. Overall a perfect place for a romantic stay.

i and my husband had gone to sea stone villa in phuket for a holiday. we enjoyed the stay there. they provided everything as they promised, moreover there where certain tour they booked with discounts. well maintained villa, huge bathroom in affordable prize. i would surely recommened others o go there and if next time i go to phuket i would surely sty there again.

A nice stay at Sleep Station. The place was clean and was located down a quiet side street but not too far from the shops, beach and restaurants. The only negative is that the beds were quite uncomfortable and our room felt quite small for 8 people, also there were no windows (luckily there were only 4 of us in the room when we stayed).

Sleepy station located at a quiet corner at Kata beach. Walking distance to the happening area but get to stay at a more peaceful plc. I stay in room with bathroom, come with breakfast. All good for my short stay. Hotel staff are very accommodating for my requirement during the stay.

You get what you pay for. Be ready for a spider web (and spiders) at corners of your room, ancient furniture, awful WiFi and overall poor state of the whole building. This is a review of their cafe... We wandered in while we had clothes in the washing machine across the street. We had a couple of nice iced mochas and a refreshing watermelon smoothie. A good hotel with breakfast in the restaurant nearby. Friends came for New Year's Eve at the peak of the holiday season, and we were able to get a room at a reasonable price. There are four room types. The first-floor rooms, the ones near the road, are a bit noisy, but that's not a problem for those who don't want to lie in bed. I recommend them.

The staff were friendly and our requests were always accommodated. There was a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and the beach was a 15-minute walk away. Only the mattress was a bit hard.

In general, the hotel was really good. I especially liked the staff — they were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and always quiet. The location is also great because the hotel is about 100 meters away from the road, so you can hardly hear the noise from motorbikes.

I really liked the hotel. The only problem is that it doesn't have elevators, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The location is very central, and you can walk down the main avenue without any problems because it's a very safe place.

This is probably the best place to stay at Phuket Town. Rooms are clean, big and immaculately designed (like old Thai apartments). Bathroom and the swimming pool are also well maintained (even bathtubs). The location is right in the Town area so you can walk and reach any popular restaurant/street stall for food and clothes. Excellent service and attention with breakfast included. Clean and functional room. The room has a small sink, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Excellent location at a nearby distance from everything in Phuket Old Town, yet far enough from the noisy bars. There was a money exchange nearby and a 7/11, which was great for late night snacks! The shaded parking was a good addition as we had a rental car. Overall, it is definitely recommended and will stay again.

The hotel is very close to the old town attractions. The room is decent, although very dated. The balcony is nice to have. The shower works well. The AC, however, needs much improvement. Although the AC was able to cool the room, it was not able to remove the moisture keeping the room damp. You can smell mold because of the dampness. This is a big problem for us.

Over all stay at Naiyang is ok, since no Breakfast available looks to be a-bit troublesome, and near by the main streets, there is no popular restaurant. Only local food shops, which might not suit to everyone stomach. Because the Main City of Phuket is really quiet a Distance travel. Good luck

Place is located not to far from beach. Not walking distance. However Paid only 140 baht on bolt for beach ride. Where all restaurants and live action. Very quiet area and budget friendly.

Closeish to the airport by car and they also offer a free shuttle service. Only a few parking spaces, I came in the low season so wasn't a problem getting a spot. Staff friendly and welcoming. For the price the room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. I would already give this 5 stars but on top of this my flight was delayed by a day and even though I had a non-refundable booking they allowed...

Villa was nice and clean, the pool is small but deep enough, staff are friendly. They have a menu for breakfast so you can choose from it, breakfast to be delivered to your villa in a food basket they don't have a restaurant for villas residents

we loved everything about the villa. The rooms are clean, big, good bed, great great bathrooms. the pool is awesome, so is the deck and lounge chairs etc. location is good too, very quiet yet close (10 minute drive to NaiHarn) to the beaches on the southern (and nicer) half of Phuket island. We spent here vacation on Jan 2024. The condo is good, the room was super we used a pool on second floor (where we lived) - up to the roof floor pool we got to the ebd of vacation. The only disadvantage is that youbhave to pay for cleaning services and for bed plates change from your pocket.

It's a quiet complex near Rawai Beach. However, you'll need a scooter to get around. The bungalows are spacious and include a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and large refrigerator. There's also an electric cooktop, pans, and a toaster. Dishes are provided. The bathroom is missing some hooks. There's a towel rack and a basket for storing your belongings. This bungalow in Rawai, Phuket, was quiet and relaxing, with a calming atmosphere. The reason I recommend it is because of its convenient access. Several buses stop less than a minute away, making it extremely easy to access the airport, Old Town, Nai Harn Beach, Rawai Beach, and more. Promthep Cape is only a 10-minute walk away, though... 😆 It's easy to take the bus between the popular Nai Harn...

Great family atmosphere, nice and helpful owner, always good tips in stock and with problems immediately helps. The bungalows are perfect if you want to retreat from the hustle and bustle. The pool was also always clean, rooms are cleaned daily, you can rent scooters right there. The price is reasonable. Come again!

Located 15 minutes walk from Phuket airport, ideal for an early flight or late arrival. There is a cooler with hot and cold water and a minimum set of dishes. The bed is quite comfortable in the hostel. There were no problems with hot water in the shower. There is also a swimming pool and a gym.

The unit is big and clean. There are pharmacy and small convenience stores at the estate. The nearest 7/11 is around 10 minute walking distance or can consider to take a grab to villa market to buy you groceries.

Large rooms great place location was great

The hotel is located in the Bangtao area, 1.5 km to the beach. The room is spacious and clean. There is a jacuzzi on the balcony, a shower, a bath. There is a large swimming pool on the 2nd floor. The hotel cafe cooks from frozen food, so the cuisine was not impressive. View from the window of the construction site. You can hear traffic from the street.

I found a good room with everything I needed. Raj helped me in every way he could and made my stay pleasant. The Hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area and 10 minutes walking to the beach. I will definitely go back here when I will be at Kata again.
