Baan Sudarat in Patong

Highly recommended if you prefer to stay away from chaos and prefer nanai road area it's one of the best hotel's on budget and the staff are very friendly and supportive + they have a such nice restaurant down there which serves breakfast and launch n dinner I also needed some help the staff in the reservation counter helped me a lot and you'll always be welcomed by a smile

The room is as described in the photos, for us it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there, we would go back anytime (I think we will). One thing I would improve on, it would be nice to have a tiny clothes dryer on the balcony to put the towels out to dry at the end of the day.

Great for a value stay, hotel is basic but comfortable and spacious, pool was good to have access to.

While not the hotels fault location can be a bit loud at night, ear plugs work.

Baan Sudarat Hotel in Phuket offered me a heartwarming and delightful stay. The cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel were exceptional. Despite not getting the room I initially booked, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing alternative lodging that was immaculate and well-kept.

The room's bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning made the room temperature just right. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and positive, making me feel right at home.

The amenities included free Wi-Fi, parking, and depending on the room type, either a fully fitted kitchen or a standard hotel room setup. While the Wi-Fi wasn't always strong, it was adequate for my needs.

The service at Baan Sudarat Hotel was outstanding. The staff, seemingly running a family business, were exceptionally caring and responsive to my needs. When I encountered issues with my room, they were prompt and efficient in addressing them, always greeting me with a smile.

The hotel's location, while a bit set back from the heart of Phuket, was still conveniently located. With a short walk, I could easily access the beach and a variety of shops and convenience stores.

I found the value for money to be good, even though the room I received was different from what I had initially paid for. The room quality was impressive, with high-standard furnishings and cleanliness.

Despite being on a busy road and next to a construction site, the hotel managed to maintain a relatively peaceful environment, thanks to well-sealed windows and doors.

I highly recommend Baan Sudarat Hotel for its exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The warm and welcoming staff made my stay unforgettable, and I'm eager to return for another visit.

I came here after running away from noisy Bangla & surroundings. I really liked this hotel: staff was friendly, rooms were beautifully decorated, modern and clean. A/C was quiet and efficient. And most important of all: the room was quiet. The pool-side rooms (which are also the road-side rooms) do get some noise from the road outside, but the road hardly has any traffic during the night so it's not a problem. The showers were great too: spacious and high-pressure with a shower head that creates this sort of mist/cloud of water. It was amazing. There are plenty of bars and cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My favourite was Lavazza Lukkan Mansion just around the corner.

Loved this hotel! Great value for Patong and the staff were really helpful. It's about a 25 / 30 minute walk from the strip so no loud noises to keep you awake. There's little bars/restaurants etc right beside this hotel too. We got a moped taxi from our hotel down to Patong beach, only costing 60 baht. The room was spacious, lovely balcony and shower and great air con. Loved the little pool out front too. Would definitely stay here again, you get the best of both worlds being close to the madness but far enough away to get a good nights sleep.

Clean room & bathroom, very friendly warmly staff and owners.
Location ist great not too far away from the city centre and the beach, calm and no crazy party area around.
At first the mattress seems a little hard, however it's still comfy to sleep.
Housekeeping and complimentary water refilled daily.

The only negativ point: for no reason my towels have been replaced with new ones every day which was unnecessary...

Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Massage salons within walking distance.

Highly recommend this hotel with an amazing value for money!

In addition: try out the small Thai restaurant (about 20m down the road on the opposite site of the hotel)
