Hotel location: very far from Bangla Road – it’s better to choose a hotel closer to the area.
The rooms in the hotel had a strong sewage smell.
When I arrived, the swimming pool was under maintenance – this continued until after I left the hotel.
The air conditioner in my room was leaking for 3 days.
Each time they said it would be fixed, but they lied to me, until I was forced to change hotels.
Motorcycle noise from the street.

Service: absolutely terrible. They lied to me, and even when I spoke to them politely, they didn’t care at all.

Not recommended!

Location very far from the bungalow! Very old rooms, hard mattress and uncomfortable to sleep on! Broken sink, terrible smell of sewage in the rooms, air conditioner dripping and causing a puddle of water in the room and can cause slipping! The swimming pool was not active! Despite promises that everything would be fixed, nothing happened!

Payment by cash only; bedding ok, gutter smell inside, fridge archaic, A/C: old and noisy. Neighbourhood in a frenzy during the day and Rodeos overnight; only one night sleep in four thanks to ear plugs. No outside pool! No internet, no coffee or tea in the room; happy that it had no bugs .

We did not receive the room we had originally booked. The room we were given was dirty and was never properly cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping did not come at all, the room was not tidied, and even toilet paper was never refilled.

In addition, the staff at the reception were very unfriendly and showed absolutely no hospitality. We felt unwelcome from the beginning and our concerns were not taken seriously.

Furthermore, we gave our laundry to the hotel on our last day after being clearly assured that it would be washed and ironed by the next day before checkout. When we went to check out, our bag of dirty laundry was still behind the reception desk, completely untouched.

This level of service is unacceptable. Poor hygiene, broken promises, and a complete lack of professionalism.

Absolutely no recommendation. We will never stay here again.
