Overall, its a small, and hidden place to stay, if you want to be away from the patong beach madness that goes on

Rooms and Service were excellent no complaints and would Recommend. The only issue we had is the Address on Google Maps was not in the correct place. It created confusion and we ended up over paying for one taxi

Other than that one experience it was amazing. (1st picture shows google maps location, 2nd picture is apple maps and is the actual location)

2 kms from Patong beach, but up the hill. They also run scheduled free shuttles to Patong. The place is away from the busy streets of Patong. Rooms are big with a kitchenette and seperate sitting area

For the pool, there is 0 privacy, the people on the same floor as the pool are a stone throw away from the pool. Their breakfast buffet really doesn't change much at all - so food can get bland and boring

I enjoyed their shuttle service to the beach (very bumpy ride). Although its not the most reliable as they don't usually come down to the beach to pick you up

That bed! Oooooh the mattress was so nice! One problem was the pool that had some tiles inside that had fallen out, but other than that all was great in the outside area as well

Charming hotel across the street from the beach. Staff are lovely and helpful, our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Patong is a noisy beach with traffic all night, so bring your earplugs

Location is so good, just opposite to patong beach. But so dusty, and they really should do deep cleaning for whole hotel.

Yes it is on a busy road, but once you close the door and windows easily, you hear nothing, and subsequently you'll sleep like a baby

You can hire bikes directly from the hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable and hotel is situated between noisy Patong CBD and the very beautiful beaches if Karon & Kata

Very good place and the reception girl Sue (Suvimon). Very helpful. She help a lot with the hospital, she told me where to go to eat from where to buy cheap things

Pretty decent rooms, modern with nice balconies. You have to pay 1000 THB deposit on checking in. Hotel is located in an alley where no cars are allowed so the taxi has to park on the very busy main road 30 meters away

In the heart of Patong, 5 minutes from the beach, about 10-15mins to Jung Ceylon and Bangla Rd. It's tucked away enough from all the noise, very peaceful. Everything was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here

Great hotel)) an oasis in the center of Patong, quiet, birds singing, the pool is clean, I didn't want to leave🥲 The room is spacious, everything is simple, but everything is there)) 2 bottles of water and shower gel, daily cleaning of the room, new towels, good air conditioning, cools the room quickly, the only minus is noisy, but these are trifles

Clean rooms, we took on the second floor, green garden, good swimming pool. Breakfasts are monotonous, I will say the choice is not for gourmets, but you will not go hungry. I would stay again - yes, we liked the hotel

Location- good, near main area, but away from all the noise and chaos. Easy pickup for all tours in Phuket. Rooms - slightly old fashion, but spacious. Hotel area - clean, swimming pool is good

There are also sharp turns where bikes often speed out unexpectedly, not anticipating pedestrians on the road. The breakfasts weren't tasty; they were typical for Asia and budget hotels

Normal service, not a convenient location far from the beaches, from Patong and can be reached along the side of the road, but to the beach you need to catch a tuk tuk or moped.

Everything was good, and the view was beautiful. However, getting to the city requires walking along the highway, as there are no pedestrian paths

The best place at Patong. Next to Freedom beach, good swimming pool, good breakfast, at short distance to Karon beach by grab. Mountain view and sunrise from the bed. Perfect friendly personnel.

A magnificent hotel with a large green area where coconut palms and bananas grow. A good swimming pool with enough sun loungers, 1. 2 m deep for adults and shallow for children

We stayed here for 2 nights while passing through Patong Beach. The female staff was very kind from the time we checked in and helped us choose the room that suited us. The view from the mountain view room was special

my destination is khao lak, so, I have to pass phuket. Best of all, it was nice to have a bed on a slightly high wooden floor. my wife and son sleeped on bed. 1 woman staff welcome when I arrive to there

Great location, near Bangla road but not overly loud. There was some noise before midnight but it didn’t disrupt our sleep. Rooms were cleaned well and the staff was so kind and helpful

Good clean hotel close to the action in Patong

The location is superb, right in the Patong area. You can easily walk to see the Simon Cabaret and the Paradise Complex shows, as well as Jungceylon shopping mall and the seafood market

The location is excellent, very close to Jungceylon, Banzaan Market, and the beach. Since it's not on the main road, it was very quiet at night and I wasn't disturbed by any noise

Oh, and the hotel provides beach towels, which are very convenient if you're renting a sunbed at Patong Beach. Overall, a positive experience!

There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which we visited multiple times a day. The owner is a clean and friendly young Chinese man

We booked tickets for various shows through him, as well as an island hopping tour and a private car for a full island tour

I wouldn't recommend staying in the rooms on the sides; even with earplugs, it's still loud, unless you're a very heavy sleeper. Of course, rooms without windows don't get sunlight, but they aren't stuffy, so that's okay

Each room is also equipped with a Dyson air purifier. The sea view rooms boast balconies with unobstructed views of Patong Beach. As a new establishment, the hotel is impeccably clean, a dream for germaphobes

The interior facilities are even better than pictured. The staff were incredibly kind, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay without any noise. The breakfast was also delicious, and the coffee was great

Also, there was a female waitress in the restaurant who was not only beautiful but also very thoughtful. When we checked out, she even packed two cappuccinos for us to take on the road and gave us two watermelon drinks

Two things; first, in normal times, this Hotel is awesome. The location is perfect, not too close to the traffic of the beach, but super convenient to get to anywhere; beach included (about a 15-20 minute walk)

Best Mexican food I ever tried in my life!!! Very kind staff :) We tried the burrito, tacos but the quesadillas was the special treat we ever tried!! And all with beef meat! The meat melts in your mouth! Highly recommend 👏🏻 They even gave us free stickers !!!

The entire hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant food delicious, and the room was comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach. I have only positive things to say about Pipikuku.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant and it was a truly amazing experience 🤩 The Boss and waiters are extremely friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be coming back to try out more of their amazing menu

In Patong for a few days, didnt want to pay the high hotel food prices as on a budget. We found the Pipikuku restaurant just across the road. We recieved a warm welcome when we arrived

Comfy and clean rooms, acceptable rates, and amazing Cuban and Mexican food in the restaurant. Good location with everything you need in Patong city being a walking distance away

Staff really friendly very sociable the girl on reception really helpful the girl serving drinks sociable to all customers none of these girls are very young or pushy just helpful decent bar just with they had Magnets cider I will comment more Sunday if they can get the Liverpool game on isaw some old reviews and I was dreading coming but this hotel is excellent for the price

The hotel was 10 minutes walking distance to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. It is peaceful enough to sleep although near to Bangla Road. Hotel also provide free breakfast but need to order first

Location wise and affordability wise it is a good choice. Place is too close to bangla street and patong beach. But rooms are without balcony. Economy Rooms are clean and comfortable but too small.

Housekeeping needs to be careful when cleaning the toilet since it is always slippery after they cleaned it. Hotel was walking distance to a night market with lots of halal foods, 7-Eleven and a boxing stadium

There was double comfortable bed, big room , hair dryer, bathtub, it was very clean , they do have a swimming poor on the roof , though its very tiny but still in this price its really great value for money

Great place to stay. ARI the manager is very helpful and friendly. The staff look after you. Food is very good and fresh. The pool is clean and large. Close everything and far enough away its quiet. I will be back.

Good location, great value and really well laid out. I had a ground floor room looking out over the pool with one way glass for privacy. The bar is great and the staff are friendly and helpful

They held my passport as a deposit, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Both ladies at the reception were polite and helpful 🙂. The scooter operated on a full-tank-to-full-tank basis

Although it was a bit old and had visible scratches, both they and I took photos and videos for safety. It ran perfectly fine and got the job done. I returned it late at night without any issues
