Great place to stay. ARI the manager is very helpful and friendly. The staff look after you. Food is very good and fresh. The pool is clean and large. Close everything and far enough away its quiet. I will be back.

Good location, great value and really well laid out. I had a ground floor room looking out over the pool with one way glass for privacy. The bar is great and the staff are friendly and helpful

They held my passport as a deposit, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Both ladies at the reception were polite and helpful 🙂. The scooter operated on a full-tank-to-full-tank basis

Although it was a bit old and had visible scratches, both they and I took photos and videos for safety. It ran perfectly fine and got the job done. I returned it late at night without any issues

The location is super strategic — easy to get around and close to everything. The receptionist and staff were super nice and helpful, and I really loved their hospitality

Mostly because tuktuk here always play loud music that you can hear from your room (eventhough i stayed on 4th floor). But still a 5 stars because what can you complain about room priced at 13Us$ per night right?

There was great service, and it's right within reach. The staff was efficient. Please do consider providing more amenities(especially if booking is for more than one night).

You pay price for quality, enjoyed my 2 nights here, room was spacious and fairly clean. The only downside was if you get the room located facing right to the street, it might be so noisy at night

Pretty decent hotel, things look old but kept well. There were no towels hooks in my room, but after I complained, staff installed it next day, that's cool service.

The location is excellent—it’s not far from the beach (it’s nearly 1. 5km) and there’s a 7/11 just around the corner, which is super handy

I have been there few years ago. Rooms were small but very clean. Staff was well behaved. Walking distance from Patong beach. There is a market near by.

There are Tuk Tuk nearby and rental bikes too! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a really good shower—great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I was also impressed by how quiet it was at night

The staffs are very friendly even they are so patient, during last day of my trip one drunken guy was arguing with the staff but they managed to sort out the problem ☺️. And she recommended some local foods

I took dormitory for 3 nights and it’s cost only S$28. This place is super affordable for what you get. Definitely great value, especially if you’re on a budget but still want comfort and convenience

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days during which I encountered no problems whatsoever. The staff are friendly and the rooms clean and tidy. It is near Malin Plaza, a local market selling tasty Thai seafood

The other staff are alright? But don't seem on the ball at times. The pool is full of oils and chemicals, it's not fantastic, but it's better than Patong Beach

A lovely hotel nestled in the busy area of Patong: The rooms are very large and spacious, they are all air conditioned which you’ll need in Phuket which can get really humid

Lovely shower and bathroom, be aware that they use a septic tank so you can’t flush toilet paper but almost all places in Phuket are like that. There’s a balcony that comes with the room Definitely value for money

Great place to stay when you know the atmosphere of the area. Absolutely, great location to restaurants, beach, shopping, and the famous Patong nightlife. Staff was great as well and the rooms were cleaned well every day

Great little hotel, lovely staff and owners, so helpful. Very near Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Don't miss the view from the roof, especially at sunset, take some beers. A little noisy at night so take earplugs

A really good Hotel, clean, nice helpful staff and the price/performance ratio is Top. A star less because it is a 20 min walk from the beach. For 600 bath a bargain.

Cozy bed and with calm environment. Quite far from Bangla Road, around within 4-5min ride. But it is excellent choice to sleep because no sound of music will disturb you. Will be there again without thinking twice

The beach is 10-15 minutes away, but the road is not soaring at all. We walked through the shopping center and further along Bangla Road

it was certainly something, water flowed down the edge right onto the toilet and flooded the floor of the bathroom. It’s better not to hang the shower, but to hold it in your hands and wash))) In order to avoid a flood

The hotel is small, located on a quiet street, but at the same time very close to all infrastructure, 10 minutes walk to the sea

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy area, very close to Patong Beach, only a few minutes walk away, there are convenience stores and 711 on both sides of the intersection, 5 minutes walk to Malin Night Market Food Street, Jiangxileng Shopping Center, Banzan Seafood Market, Bar Street, Simon** Show, these attractions are only a dozen minutes walk away, the hotel has a beautiful swimming...

The swimming pool is very small, and it feels like it is just for children to play

All it needs is an elevator and the doors need to lock lock 🙃. But over all so good!

Great place but don’t expect an extra cover if you get cold. I asked for 2 days. 2 people, 1 queen bed with a small cover.

They have a great new remodeled pool and pool bar. They had rasberry wasabi gelato which was great. The staff and manager were very friendly

We stayed for one week at the hotel during August 2013. For the price you pay everything was very good including the breakfast . The staff were all very helpful and friendly and will definitely go back next year.

We stayed at this hotel in a quiet residential area of Patong and had an amazing experience. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and you can really see the attention to detail throughout the property

The pool area has probably one of the best views of any pool I’ve seen. The room had both sea and jungle views. I felt really connected to nature. The man that worked in housekeeping was so friendly and helpful

Location is excellent, there was a problem with the room we booked and what we got, jacuzzi not turned on so after 2 nights moved to another room which was just a bath with s crack in and not jacuzzi but the staff had tried hard to sort it out so didn’t raise it as an issue

It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city

From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price

Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony

The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view

Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc

A small hotel with a rooftop pool. It's conveniently located, but could use a little updating. I was disappointed that there wasn't a hairdryer or kettle in the room

The sea is a 7-minute walk away. There's no kettle or hairdryer in the room. The rooms aren't exactly new, but they're reasonable for the price

There's a market nearby, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Banzai is a 30-minute walk away. The receptionist was polite and provided a hairdryer upon request. The pool was small, waist-deep

Very good place and the reception girl Sue (Suvimon). Very helpful. She help a lot with the hospital, she told me where to go to eat from where to buy cheap things
