Hotels on first line in Patong

It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city

From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price

Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony

The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view

Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc

Absolutely wonderful stay, the family room was perfect for us,me my wife and 2 teenage boys with a balcony with sea view at front and balcony with city view at back. Lovely good value restaurant down stairs

Cross the road and you are on the beautiful patong beach. All amenities are close with the lively Bangla road walking st 5 mins walk away

All staff were great especially the night reception lad who would go out of his way to help with absolutely anything, truly humbled by his generosity and kindness❤️ couldn’t fault it if I tried, I’ll be back💯

Welcoming friendly, top notch. Food was mouthwatering 🤤 delicious and cooked to protection. Drinks are farely priced and the meals are too. More than highly recommended 👌

Place is nice and clean, also really close to Patong beach and restaurants. Can do a lot in this area without using grab or a taco service. Pool is nice and private.

Good airport hotel. Walking distance. They have a pool at the back. Nothing to brag about. But there's a pool.

The room is tiny, but I get it, it’s a tourist area and I shouldn’t be complaining given that I have chosen this very affordable option. There is a lot noise from the street and there are so many mosquitoes

Walking distance to the beach, shopping centres, restaurants and nightlife. Clean, comfortable and tidy. A nice restaurant inside, which offers value for money meals. I will be returning on my next visit to Patong

Very central yet hidden in a quieter dead end street just few minute walk to the beach through the main street full of clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Smaller but cosy rooms with comfy bed and little balcony

The top roof pool area and bar is great place to relax

Friendly professional and courteous staff, Clean rooms, Decent rooftop bar and swimming pool. Just poor variety in breakfast etc for Vegetarian Indians (which you can anyways buy from Indian restaurants close by)

I swear this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, if i could give 10 stars i would. The staff are superb, the food is amazing, the rooms are cleaned to the best standard daily

Mostly because tuktuk here always play loud music that you can hear from your room (eventhough i stayed on 4th floor). But still a 5 stars because what can you complain about room priced at 13Us$ per night right?

There was great service, and it's right within reach. The staff was efficient. Please do consider providing more amenities(especially if booking is for more than one night).

You pay price for quality, enjoyed my 2 nights here, room was spacious and fairly clean. The only downside was if you get the room located facing right to the street, it might be so noisy at night

Pretty decent hotel, things look old but kept well. There were no towels hooks in my room, but after I complained, staff installed it next day, that's cool service.

Located next to Patong town, the Kalim Resort is a serene place to wind down. The beach is steps away, meanwhile Patong town is about 15 to 20 mins leisurely by foot. The blue pool invites travellers to jump and swim

I've stayed here twice already. The service is great, and there's an outdoor swimming pool. Most importantly, it's close to street food, Islamic restaurants, and 7-Eleven, making it really convenient to find food

The staff can speak English so no worries. Rooms and bathrom are spacious and clean. Overall, an awesome experience of chilling and relaxing

This hotel is just great! Very good value for price, quiet and easily accessible by transport location with amazing sunset view! Staff is very warm and friendly, interactions were very genuine! Me and my partner ended up spending more time in the hotel than we expected just because it felt nice being there. Overall can’t recommend enough. I saw some other reviews where people struggled to interact with staff

The hotel is on the hill so people with mobility issues might struggle to move without transport, however Patong is not a walkable town so you’d need to get a car or a scooter at all times anyways

Lovely shower and bathroom, be aware that they use a septic tank so you can’t flush toilet paper but almost all places in Phuket are like that. There’s a balcony that comes with the room Definitely value for money

Cozy bed and with calm environment. Quite far from Bangla Road, around within 4-5min ride. But it is excellent choice to sleep because no sound of music will disturb you. Will be there again without thinking twice

I like the swimming pool on the rooftop if they do serve some drinks and snacks it will be great. Cleanliness can be improved and daily cleaning provided. The reception's guy was very friendly when I check-in

We had a really pleasant stay at the Sunshine Patong hotel in Phuket. The staff are truly lovely, attentive, and very kind. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is simply perfect

The air conditioning was noisy, they only gave us one room card, and the breakfasts were terrible and never changed. We ordered food by the pool, but it was impossible to eat

Location is good as you can still walk to the beach and is near the Marlin Plaza Market. Surrounding have minimarts and numbers of the local eatery, restaurants, and massage shops

At reception, there was only one lady who was a bit grumpy, but everyone else was very kind. Despite this, I probably won't book here again next time. The location is excellent, and the pool is good for this hotel

This is one of the better hotels in Patong within its price range. The rooms are clean, smell nice, and are cleaned daily. It's close to civilized streets and a good night market

The beach is 10-15 minutes away, but the road is not soaring at all. We walked through the shopping center and further along Bangla Road

it was certainly something, water flowed down the edge right onto the toilet and flooded the floor of the bathroom. It’s better not to hang the shower, but to hold it in your hands and wash))) In order to avoid a flood

Despite being in Patong it is quite peaceful and quiet. Though they don’t have gym and sauna they still have a nice pool. Staff were very friendly.

It was a fine stay for a short time. Location is not so central but a grab ride gets you to your destination in 10 minutes. Swimming pool could be cleaner.

The swimming pool is very small, and it feels like it is just for children to play

We stayed for one week at the hotel during August 2013. For the price you pay everything was very good including the breakfast . The staff were all very helpful and friendly and will definitely go back next year.

The food is really really good, until they try to put extras on your bill and try to have a full argument with you when you tell them you didn't order it. They tried to charge me for cheese. On the cheeseburger I ordered

The hotel is excellent for the price/quality ratio. The best thing is definitely the location, as it is located in a fairly quiet area but still a 5 minute walk from both the beach, Otop and Bangla Road

i went on to transfer & stay at Phi Phi Maiyada Resort organised by them. Kim is a great shy Italian chap u see till late in the night who helps organises stuff when bosses are busy

Location is excellent, there was a problem with the room we booked and what we got, jacuzzi not turned on so after 2 nights moved to another room which was just a bath with s crack in and not jacuzzi but the staff had tried hard to sort it out so didn’t raise it as an issue

OKay place to stay not far from beach.

You checked in with the tourist office outside the hotel. Or with the cafe 1 block away that the owner also owned. So no staff at the hotel so we took care of refilling water and toilet paper ourselves for 3 days
