The location was very near to Patong beach. Around 5-10 minutes walk. Strategic location. We got upgraded so the room was bigger. Clean room nice receptionist. If u wish to extend checkout do request earlier

Great location, pretty close to a lot of attractions. The only thing that upset me was the terrible show in my room. I had to kiss the wall to take a shower, lol. The room was very clean and comfortable

Convenient location, not far from the beach, rooftop pool, though small, near the beach there is a bus stop to the airport. Breakfasts: toast, fruit, eggs. Tea, coffee, drinks, cookies free all day! Friendly staff!

One complaint is that bed is old - it sinks. Location is great though - within walking distance to everything. Hotel also provided beach mat and beach towels for our convenience

Nice minimalist rooms, nice staff , a tub sized pool at the rooftop, 3/4 minutes walk to the patong beach and 6/7 minutes from bangla road!

Its not as shown at online booking site. Difficult to find even through google maps. No parking available. Location vise quite near to patong beach. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast spread is not good.

We stayed at the Aspery Hotel after a long travel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist, Pant, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

Which comes with a balcony, spacious room, hair dryer, a fridge and most importantly it is so quiet!! The Soundproof is amazing !!! Would definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget (the water smells a bit probably because it’s next to the beach

Really good location but 4 days before my check out I ask to extend my stay the owner told me ok just tell me 1 day before check out, the day before I asked for 4 more nights she said with à big smile sorry no more room

one more thing dont go to the massage in front of the hotel they dont know how to make the diference between a thai massage and an oil massage better check à good one on the net like lemon it's cheap and efficiente

Hotel is adequate for the price. Good wifi and AC works well. Staff are lovely and remembered me from previous stays. Good value for money.

It is incredibly convenient to have your own toilets and showers available, unlike people on the public beach who have to pay for these services, including sunbeds and umbrellas

Just got back from Seaview Patong Hotel, and honestly, this place is a steal for the price! The staff were super sweet, and shoutout to them for the free suite upgrade 🙌. The breakfast? 10/10, no complaints

Dedicated person to making fresh eggs the way you like it. With 2 pools at the front, one overlooking the ocean and another that is away from the public eye. Both are suitable for kids too

Conveniently get to different beaches and to the center of the island. We recommend visiting the water park - Andamanda and a great show in the evening - Siam Niramit, we did not regret the money spent

The sea is also not that far, about 10 minutes. The rooms are small but everything is good. I noticed that there were many Russian-speaking people staying there

We didn't swim in Patong, we went to the neighboring beaches of Karon, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, the best for swimming, Yanui for snorkeling) The location of the hotel is excellent for traveling around the island

It's about 20 minutes to the sea, there is a market and currency exchange offices nearby. You can go for a massage right in the next house. There is a store and a pharmacy nearby, the road is not super busy

Great experience with the staff, super helpful and well organized. The only problem with the rooms is the bad terrace door that lets all the noise through, get earphones or plugs for an easier good night sleep.

Not that far from the beach, you can definitely walk. The front desk staff was friendly and quickly gave me a rundown of how to operate the facilities. This hotel is good for the price and has a good location

The pool is nice but sunbeds are mostly in the shade during the day, and most of the rooms get no sun either. I did not find the breakfast excellent either

Its located really central and close to the big city life. Only negativ thing - no sunbeds at the pool is located in the sun

They helped with accommodating two extra nights because of our travel plans and it has all the amenities you can ask for. The location is premium, next to the beach & bangla road. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel/resort

This was disappointing because we had booked a delux pool access room (1012). The pool itself is very nice but doesn’t get much sun. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay

Prefect location. It’s just a walking distance from a department store and a shopping mall. Even the street is busy the room is quiet except strange sound from the air conditioner in the middle of the night.

The fact that I don’t need to go to the lobby when. I extend my stay they automatically activate your card that’s a big yes ang they have many more to offer the pool view was fantastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I stayed at the Tulip Inn for 3 months mid Aug to mid Nov 2021. Room was large and very nice, great location, and room cleaning was excellent. I miss my morning walks on Patong Beach right outside the front door

Had a great room overlooking the shops and the beach at the end of the road. Quiet large room, very friendly and polite staff (young lady who also sells fresh coconuts daily curtesy of supporting and caring owner)

Very short walk from the beach too. Only issue that some might find, would be the lack of an elevator

Nice hotel very near to beach. Cleanse is good. So far I am happy with it if you consider lift. There is no lift...

The hotel is run by minimal staff so you feel independent to use the space as you need. I have been to some hotels which were like kids school, too many rules on each point. A Starbucks is just around the corner

Hotel was ok! The rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pool is not too small and location is good. It's not too far from Bangla Road. The staff mostly from Myanmar I guess could be more friendly.

Well located to Bangla Road but you don’t get the noise. Staff really friendly and helpful - I kept locking myself out and they helped me instantly. Get your washing done here - very cheap and all comes back perfect

Pros: The hotel has a great design, the pool is unique, and the ocean view from the room is fantastic and unobstructed

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light and full amenities. We were exhausted from our travels, both physically and mentally, so upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff

My partner got splinters in her foot at the pool because the floorboards were sticking out and weren't properly secured. Of course, the staff apologized and bandaged the wound, then gave us a plate of fruit

They quickly got us settled into our room to rest. I especially want to thank Ging, Oumaim, and Vier for their professional and considerate service

Parking lots are available for guests who drive and for guests not driving, it takes around 15-20mins by car/taxi to reach hotel lobby from Patong town center

They made us feel right at home, even though we were in a foreign country

A open the door of the pool, immediately jump overboard to! Room and clean light shoved no smell! But to have the car first easy access to!

This isn't my first time staying here. It's a little old, but quite clean. There's a bathtub and hot water. If you book a deluxe room, you'll get a nice view of the city from the balcony. A shop and laundry are nearby

Jiraporn Hotel is a lovely hotel in Patong! The location was perfect with nice view. If you want to relax, quite, great pool, strong Wi Fi, rooms are decent size, cleanliness, good staff and good price

Deluxe pool access is so awesome with good price. Room are clean and provide all amenities. Air con work well. Breakfast is good. Staff are so nice and helpful. Everything beyond my expectation.

Be careful, as the hotel is on a hill, so the climb up is quite challenging without a motorbike

The pool and the breakfast are good. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower

There is nice roof top pool and a small gym as well. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast menu is a decent one. The price is quiet good in comparison to other establishments of the same level

Rooms need to be taken only on the second floor! They were almost not in the hotel, rented a car, and drove around the island a lot (car rental is Orange car phuket, I don’t remember the site, it’s easy to find through a search engine)

I've stayed here before it's central to so many things. We were upgraded this time to a larger room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the pool area and the cocktails. ❤ Would definitely stay here again

The location was perfect, right across from Patong Beach. Walking distance to everything. The service was great, they went above and beyond. They have a good variety for the complimentary breakfast

- The hotel is not allowed guests. Even in the afternoon, in the number. It's about visiting kids! In June, the hotel is chock-full. Shouts and noise from the pool in the early morning

I loved the place. The room was clean and spacious, the service was kind, the breakfast was good and enough. The Seven Seas Hotel has a grat location, close to the seashore/ center, but still silentish.

Slightly away from the crowded part of the beach and Bangla Road while still being close enough, good location IMO. Just 50m away from the main road but this stretch isn’t well lit at night, however, the area seems safe

You can't beat a pool and bar adjacent to a spectacular private beach, easy walking distance to Bangla Rd,there's public parking across the street at Hollywood parking.

I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. The setting of the ceremony was amazing

Weerawon (the wedding planner) made everything run so smoothly that we were able to organize it over a few e-mails and just arrive on the day with everything set up and ready to go

The cost was nothing and i will definitely recommend to everyone
