This hotel is terrible and an overall scam! They refused to allow me to check in even though I booked a reservation using Priceline. I would rate this hotel 0 stars

I was scammed by this hotel. I booked a reservation on Priceline using Agoda as the payment processor. When I arrived, the hotel attendant informed me that I was scammed. Do not book here!

Just happens to day , When I will check in there is no water at all in the whole building and the facility everyting is old and broken . Even the owner knows that the room cant sell but they still selling at traveloka . And no refund available. And I wish the staff lady get better job at the good hotel .The owner is crazy

I don’t understand how the rating is above 1 star? There are cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere, the only good side is the housekeeper whom is so nice and did her best to help out, but the reception is awful and no help, the hotel should be one star, and in the pictures the rooms look much nicer than in reality

my destination is khao lak, so, I have to pass phuket.
I had just 2 night in phuket. everything i s good.
helpful and kindly staff. and nice boss. just beside downtown. clean room. Reasonable nice price.
Best of all, it was nice to have a bed on a slightly high wooden floor.
my wife and son sleeped on bed. I sleeped on wood floor.
I stayed 4 floor. but, no lift. 1 woman staff welcome when I arrive to there. so, I did bring my bag by myself. It’s no problem to me.
but, Note please if you are small woman and have big bag.

Good and quiet hotel with afordable rooms. (not the newest rooms) pretty good WiFi - streaming was possible for me.
Location is also pretty good.
Friendly staff.

Cons: Aircon was directly over the bed.

The receptionist is very nice. The room is clean, friendly. Near the place to visit. There is a restaurant to eat.
