We travelled from india, stay was good and had more number of hotels nearby. We can manage food by having fruits, bread and if you are hungry please visit 7/11 for cream buns

However, there is no soundproofing so noise can be an issue, the bathroom is small and the laundry area is limited, and there is no bedside table next to each bed

It is in a prime location, we booked through our travel agency. Aim patong was in main road, the food was good. Had fishmarket and two 7/11 nearby

Good hotel close to Bangla road and the beach, but far away enough to avoid the noise. Hotel has a roof top pool, rooms are okay but need refurbishment in the next few years

Very central yet hidden in a quieter dead end street just few minute walk to the beach through the main street full of clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Smaller but cosy rooms with comfy bed and little balcony

Super clean and near everything! Fun area,lots of tourists.

The location was super convenient, with the beach, night market, and shopping malls all within walking distance. It was a nice stay for our two nights

The location near the market was a huge plus, not far from Bangla Road, and there's a 7/11 nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Housekeeping was daily, and everything was clean.

Excellent hotel! It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the deposit is 1000 baht. There's a rooftop pool, it's very clean, and it's conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and Banzaan Market

The room is clean and smell good, good air condition. When we first got here they welcomed us with a juice drink and that was good because I was sooo thirsty. The pool on the roof is great and the wiew is awesome

They have a beautiful rooftop pool and the staff here is amazing always willing to help me. The included breakfast is incredible. I completely recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Patong Beach in Thailand

A reasonable and good hotel to stay at Phuket. If you want to stay just away from Bangla road but not far from Patong beach, its a good one. They have free coffee and tea from 12 noon till afternoon

You can sit and enjoy the sun in both shadow and sun. And this hotel is also in a very good location, it’s next too the shopping mall and close to the beach, only few minutes near by

Unfortunately I broke my leg In Thailand and this hotel was so great to me they made everything possible to accommodate for my disability and made me feel completely comfortable

Perfect location if you want to be near the nightlife but not have the noise in your room. Room was quite adequate and quiet. Staff was overworked and some guests were rude to them, but they were patient

Around 5-10 minutes or 2-3 km to the patong beach. There is a laundry, seven eleven and food restaurant if you have a 1km towards the city. will use the same hotel if I have another chance

They've renovated it, it's very nice now. The cocktails at the bar are delicious, as is the coffee. There's a 7/11 and Tops nearby. Our cat friend wasn't there this time; her owner took her

The pool is perfect, crystal clear clean and the pool bar is great, especially during happy hour (which runs for quite a few hours). I had a pool access room which was 5 steps out the door and drop into the pool

It’s surrounded by heaps of shops and great restaurants About a 10 min slow walk to Bangala Rd and large shopping centres. A 10 min slow walk to the beach

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location. The poolside bar has good cocktails. However, be sure to book in advance for better prices, as it gets very expensive during the holiday season.

The room was great, smelt clean, looked clean. Breakfast was Ok, a reasonable selection

The front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and interestingly, there weren't many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners. The pool was very clean and open until 10 PM

We got the room connected to the pool and it was nice to have that but honestly we didn’t get a chance to use it. There is renovations going on in this hotel so there was some periods were it got a little noisy

I stayed one week at this hotel in July with my Thai gf. Cheap, clean, confortable, quiet, and so lovely staff. Always nice and helpful staff. Just only 10 minutes to the beach by walk when you know the way

Very nice room service, very nice and professional girl on the reception named May. Location is nearby the beach, so you don't have to talk a long walk to the beach

The reception staffs were so polite and friendly. They helped us whenever we had any query or needed anything. At a great price, we got the rooms and it was really great value for money

They even have their motor bike rental which is quite cheaper than the outside market rental stores. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely rebook when we visit Phuket again

Every interaction with the reception team, restaurant staff, and room service was exceptional — attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly

After explaining our position, the charge was eventually waived and we were allowed to leave. The situation felt uncomfortable and stressful, especially being in a foreign country and under time pressure

We had the most wonderful stay at Indochine Resorts & Villas! The location is brilliant, and every room offers a spectacular view of Patong, making our stay truly unforgettable

Plus points are, The view is spectacular from the 3/4 bed villas and the transport provided by the team is fab. The restaurant is great with a fabulous view too. The villas really are in need of renovation inside though

You can't charge people what we paid to stay here and then deliver a shabby villa interior. I will once again say how amazing the staff are and the view is beautiful

Location is perfect - walk away to Patong Beach, front of the hotel got a lot of eateries options and yes, massages shop next to it Thank you to the houskeeping team who found our shoes after our check out and emailed me to check if i want to keep those shoes

Cheap and Very closer to beach and it has swimming pool. need maintain on air conditioner. weird noise annoying us all night long. my room is in front of the staff working area

The location is good, close to the beach and bangla road, and there are many massage shops downstairs. But the hygiene is not very good, and the toilet has a peculiar smell

excellent location, 2 min walk to the beach and right in the middle of the market and happening area. But its a no frill simple place with clean room.

My room was huge(felt palatial). the rooftop pool one flight up. Room came with a basic breakfast. which I only made it to on the last day. from the street you'd never know its there

The room is relatively clean and simple. The location is very good. It is very close to the beach. You can go to the beach to watch the sunset at any time.

Response #3 (in official email correspondence) stated that the number of breakfasts provided corresponds to the number of registered guests. 🤦‍♀️ Bottom line: I paid for two, but they only allowed one person to eat

But the next morning, they refused the second breakfast, stating that they have one 'policy' for everyone: either eat here or bring a friend for breakfast

The food, especially breakfast, was prepared with such care and heart. I had paid for a single room for two guests, which included two breakfasts

At check-in, I asked if I, as a solo guest, could take the second paid breakfast as a takeaway lunchbox

😂 Interestingly, at my previous hotel, I had a similar situation. I stayed there for 3 days, and they let me eat one breakfast at the hotel and provided the second as a takeaway lunchbox

Hotel located right in the center of Patong, downstairs you can find literally everything you need for normal functioning - a pharmacy, laundry (very cheap), 7/11, you can get breakfast

A nice hotel for staying downtown Patong. Very friendly and professional reception staff with fast check-in and check-out processing. Large and clean rooms with hard floor. Clean bathroom with strong water pressure

The hotel was old and unclean; the sheets were stained, and rainwater would seep into the room through the window.

The location is fine, many restaurants in the area, offering delicious local food and international choices. The famous Patong beach is within walking distance. They cleaned the room everyday

Also, it has a very average rooftop pool that is good for sunbathing. And also fitness room has some tools. For me the only downside of this hotel is breakfast

Hotel is very clean and good location in Patong with 20min walking distance to Patong Beach. There is also 7/11 supermarket in 2 minutes of walking. Rooms are quite big and comfortable

Although the hotel is close to the bar street, the building is inside, and you can't hear the hustle and bustle in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool and the room is clean

They have both air conditioner and fan ventilation in the rooms. They have big refrigerator in the room. I would recommend to stay in this hotel

I found this hotel near Patong in Phuket. It is right outside the bar street, not far from the night market, Xijiangleng, and the seafood market. There are many laundries nearby

Very attentive and helpful staff! The hotel fully met expectations. Only for vacationers with personal transport, we were on a bike, everything suited us.

I purchased the room with a balcony. The view was great, 711 and a weed shop right outside the lobby and some decent street food across the road, 3 mins walk to the beach

This hotel is situated near Patong beach and the rooms are also very good and comfy. It also has a swimming pool on the roof and one can get a nice view of the city and the beach from the terrace
