Small hotel in the heart of Patong. Excellent breakfast (paid but reasonable prices), decent cleaning. We had a family room with a very large and well-equipped kitchenette. The only negative note was the bathroom, really small and with a very uncomfortable shower.

Very clean hotel with a great location. Da the receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help us figure out our shuttle service. Even after we checked out they were happy to allow us back four days later to watch our baggage while we waited for our ride to the airport. Top notch place. What a great find. Location is far enough out of the major hustle and bustle of Banglar road but this is still just a 10 min walk. Reasonably quiet at night. Air con worked great, bed was exceptionally comfy, shower was fab! The staff here are lovely and really helpful. There is a little restaurant that we had breakfast at which was also of a great standard.

Great place and friendly staff. Only 100M from hotel to Patong beach. They allowed me an extension to 2pm free of charge. Lots of good restaurant and café around the hotel. Parking also available. Wonderful experience. We left with the feeling that we were leaving our home in Thailand. The hotel is very modest, generally matching its price point. However, it's very small. Overall, it's clean; there's no unsanitary conditions, but the linen isn't brand new.

Everything was very basic and minimal. The room had a TV, a fridge, one nightstand, a chair, and a table. The room wasn't cleaned, and nothing was changed. I even had to ask for toilet paper myself. All the bedding wasn't fresh. It's only suitable for an overnight stay. The only plus was its close proximity to the beach.

Location wise its one of the best choice, there is a coffee shop right under which has decent breakfast and burgers. But hygiene and cleanliness is bit of a problem for sure

They gave me a room without a window (it's interestingly worded as 'room potentially with a window' in their description), so if that's important to you, pay attention to it. For the price, fine location, friendly receptionist, guest friendly, neat, clean and well furnished. Rooms are big plus have a balcony, bathrooms are big too. 7 Eleven is right besides and so is bike rental which is another plus.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days during which I encountered no problems whatsoever.The staff are friendly and the rooms clean and tidy.It is near Malin Plaza, a local market selling tasty Thai seafood. Quality people are a rarity in today's world but this hotel has them in abundance.

The apartments have a separate kitchen from the bedroom, which gives more flexibility in organizing the space. This ‘resort’ is far from what is shown is websites or booking apps. This comes at a cheap price tag, but photos are deceptive. Service is good, people are great, cleaning is good; however, the room itself is not great and it is old. Biggest problem was it has transparent bathroom. Not ideal to stay with parents or friends.

This time I have to apologize that I didn't take pictures like every time to let you decide, but I'm sure if you want to relax and not expensive, you guys are very suitable here. It's quiet and the room is very big and clean. You guys should try it.

The resort itself is spectacular and very close to all the attractions in Patong - shopping, street matkets,?restaurants. The only downside is that my room was in a part of the resort that had only stairs, no elevator. Which made it a clumsy affair with luggage.

Pretty good, actually. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was nice with a wide variety of options. The staff were very polite. You do have to pay a deposit, and it's a bit of a distance from the beach.

Great location, our 2nd stay there. We really like The Viridian but I need to say that the entertainment between Ryan & P was very unprofessional. Her screaming and yelling at Ryan was embarrassing. We've never experienced anything like this before. I don't really quite know what to say other than if they want guests to go elsewhere, they're going the right way about it.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in Patong, it was a perfect location for visiting the food market and shops and beach. The hotel was clean and tidy, the desk service was a bit slow. We hired a moped here which was good also

We reserved a guest room, particularly for the bathtub but was given a room without a bathtub. We can only change the room on the next day which brought a lot of inconvenience. The breakfast is so-so and food is the same everyday

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. The staff always smile, very accomodating and service was fast n excellent. Breakfast buffet had good spread from american breakfast to chinese and indian food. My suggestion is to provide more english movie tv channels.

The staffs there are really nice and friendly. However our balcony was facing the street which at the night time you will hear noises from the bars nearby. There is a small local market opposite the hotel and around 10 mins walk to the shopping mall. Also they have happy hour offers in the hotel!

Located in a quiet area and close to everything with a seven eleven and a good massage shop just nearby. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is always available for you. There is also a swimming pool at the top of the hotel and you can rent your motorbike here also. I can only recommend this place !

An average hostel with a pool, not too expensive and centrally located. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is an elevator, walking distance to everywhere you need, there is a 7/11 right across the street, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning.

It is good. Has a homely vibe. Also has a rooftop pool. The lady at the reception is so cooperative. We are loving our stay here. It has a home made Indian veg food restaurant also so nearby that made our stay so comfortable. Also had a 7/11 just outside the hotel and spa services also. The motorbike services are also provided by the hotel at a very decent price.

Good location and short walk to the beach. Road next to hotel is noisy, but so is whole Patong area.

The only problem we had was that there is construction happening next door every day except the weekend the breakfast was good but the swimming pools were too cold to use

The location is quite convenient; it's easy to walk to various places, close to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. There's also parking available.

The hotel was very noisy in our rooms on the fifth floor so we moved to the second floor at the opposite end away from the whirring machinery (possibly large external air con unit) It measured about 70 db in our room so sleeping was difficult. Ok once we moved but still lots of noise from outside and adjoining rooms. The staff were helpful and location OK in the centre of Patong.

Lovely hotel next to Bangla Road and Patong beach with dated yet nice bathroom and toiletries. Room amenities are good, however the music and bass is loud almost during the whole night and maybe bit of a nuisance for many guests. However ear plugs are provided for convenience. Note that there is no lift facility, but the staff assist in carrying the luggages.

Great hotel, everything is close by, everything is accessible. It's a pleasure to stay. This is my third time staying here, and every time everything is perfect. There's a private pool and an amazing restaurant.

I stayed here when I went to Phuket for the first time. The location is great, about a 1-minute walk from Patong Beach. By the way, this hotel does not offer breakfast service.

Absolutely amazing place, Kartoon and the staff were great and super helpful. The room had a clothes line, umbrella and washing machine which was awesome. Only downside is the place is at the top of a hill and pillows were a bit hard but would definitely come back again!

Amazing stay! Our room was right in front of the big, clean swimming pool — super convenient. Staff were very friendly and calm even though we came in a large group.
