We requested a refund, but it was denied due to the booking policy. However, the conditions were so unacceptable that we were forced to book another hotel because it was impossible to stay there.
During our stay, the room was never cleaned, not even once. On one occasion, while I was inside the room, someone opened the door without permission and then left, which was very disturbing.
There was absolutely no security in the hotel. Anyone could enter freely through an open door. One day, I even saw a random person sleeping on the hotel’s couch. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic professionalism was shocking.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
