Delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices, cheaper than what is on the Main Street. If you are Deaf, the owners can communicate with you in Sign Language to order your food and drinks. Awesome service too!!

They're very kind and helpful! I come here every year! Every time I have to return to Italy, I'm heartbroken by the treatment I receive!

Good hotel, very attentive staff, the air conditioning just took a little while to cool down, other than that it was very good.

Also lovely May as well who checked me in on the 1st day. They have suggestions & recommendations but they are not forced upon you. U can listen & absorb, to see if whatever was suggested , suits your plans & interests

It is incredibly convenient to have your own toilets and showers available, unlike people on the public beach who have to pay for these services, including sunbeds and umbrellas

You truly appreciate the advantage of having the hotel within easy reach when you realize you have forgotten something in your room

f you are looking for a nice and clean hotel on Patong Beach on the island of Phuket, you are in the right place

This hotel is one of the few on Patong Beach that is located directly on the beachfront, which means that just a few steps from your room, wearing your swimsuit and carrying a towel, you can relax on a private hotel sunbed (which is free of charge) with direct access to a beautiful and clean hotel pool or straight into the sea via the beach

Good location and the room are ok but if you rent à moto to them take à lot of pictures and video of the bike before rent it as they try to charge me dammage that were already on the bike by saying you make this you make this I show them the pictures they were so said not to gain more money with me

I stayed in this guesthouse for 7 days, and found it very comfortable, and excellent value! The room was spacious and had everything you need, air conditioning was great, sheets and towels changed ever day, and bottled water was supplied

The hotel is extremely central, close to all the shopping, entertainment, and bar area, all a short walk away. I highly recommend this guesthouse, excellent value for money, no complaints at all

Also, the free internet was great and fast. Carlo, the owner was very helpful and friendly, always making sure everything was ok

Location wise I think it is quite good, walking distances to crowded areas, nearby has a big 7eleven where you can get basically everything you need, nd the beach is just opposite the hotel

Conveniently located at Patong Beach. There is also convenient store just right beside the hotel. As for the room, it's clean enough (bed and the bathroom are clean but the cupboard maybe a bit dusty)

Beach front location, close to Bangala road & plenty of food options, along with shopping plus massage n facial options. Room is quite small.

Great location Just to the side of all the hustle bustle We walked everywhere. Clean. The breakfast was unfortunately not the best. Not enough variety.

Overall, it was very good time spent there. The only thing that I was not happy was about the bed. I booked a king bed and it was twin bed. The staff helped me to put both bed together and it was ok

Happy to report that this hotel is 5/5. At this price point I thought there would be a risk of sub standard staff, cleanliness or something. sheets? But no, my family and I will be returning

It made getting around super convenient. The facilities were also impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

The property is nice and the staffs were good ! They allowed to keep the luggage as well as i was able to change my dress even after check out at their store room

Prefect location. It’s just a walking distance from a department store and a shopping mall. Even the street is busy the room is quiet except strange sound from the air conditioner in the middle of the night.

Good location. Value for money. Spacious and clean room. Short walking distance to malls and night life. Will come back again.

Bed sheet has some black dots might due to previous stay’s marks unable to washed by washing machine, room is big and toilet is clean, aircond sounds loud and able to hear rooms door slammed/ closes, breakfast is halal and basic, however super strategic location in patong, near to bangla road and jungceylon shopping mall

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc

It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city

So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel

Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony

From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price

The amount of money that we spent hotel was very good with a good sea view and nice and quite location. Tony owner of hotel was is also very considerate .

The hotel's location is excellent. I love this street. The room is large. All the amenities are there. Kettle, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Balcony with a table. A little dirty.

The service was great, the staff were friendly and smiling, and it had good amenities including restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a massage parlor right at the end of the street. I will definitely come back again 😊🥰

The owner was the sweetest and most helpful lady. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. All of the employees greeted us every time we walked in the door

Location is good unless you do not like loud noises and music. The hotel is ok for 2 night but if you want to relax this is not a place to relax. It’s close to everything and you can walk

Hotel staff is friendly and service is okay. Rooms are quite neat and food tastes good. There's also a 7 eleven shop right across the main street. Also there's Hard Rock cafe and money exchange kiosk down the street.

Everything is nearby the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife. You can walk almost everywhere, which is very convenient. The room is nice and clean, comfortable enough to relax after a long day out

The air-conditioner works well, the water pressure is good, and overall it’s good value for the price. Not luxury, but totally fine for travelers. The rooftop swimming pool is a big plus

The location is also something to consider: the hotel is a bit far from both the beach and the city center

Considering the price and overall service level, you can likely find a better option in a more convenient location

There is nice roof top pool and a small gym as well. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast menu is a decent one. The price is quiet good in comparison to other establishments of the same level

However, they do not have connecting rooms (for large families or families with kids). Hence, you may opt for multiple room next to each other perhaps. It's a highly recommended property in my opinion

The room is supplied with swim towels in addition to the bath and hand towels, beach basket, bath robes, complimentary water, air conditioner, fridge, water kettle and a hair dryer

Great location with a nice open area in the front. Bedroom always tidy and bathroom as well. The staff is really professional helpful and smiling which is very important to customers

Lived for 2 days in September 2024. Nothing extra, but everything is there. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. The only thing missing was a normal chair in the room. And there was no table on the balcony

The barista makes wonderful coffees better than many other places. I would definitely come back if I stay in Phuket another time

I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. The setting of the ceremony was amazing

Weerawon (the wedding planner) made everything run so smoothly that we were able to organize it over a few e-mails and just arrive on the day with everything set up and ready to go

The cost was nothing and i will definitely recommend to everyone

You can't beat a pool and bar adjacent to a spectacular private beach, easy walking distance to Bangla Rd,there's public parking across the street at Hollywood parking.

Location it's good not to far from the action , market, mall, Thai boxing stadium , etc The day staff helpful and speaks English but obviously you can't discuss Shakespeare works with him, so don't expect the impossible

No safety box in my room and no card access just bulky key which stays at the reception in a key cabinet ( I have seen guests walking in and reaching for they keys , so. ) a bit of a safety issue so plan for that

The night lady ok but doesn't speak too much English. No elevator between the first and second floor you have to take the stairs so keep that in mind if your motion range it's limited

I stayed on the 6 - th floor facing the street after 12 midnight till almost morning it's very noisy because of the karaoke bar,that's the reason I don't give them a 5

Prices are very good, so I suggest this hotel to everybody! If you are planning to visit Phuket and wants to hire a car, Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)

Also this Location should be explored in the last as it is near by Airport and you will get a cab easily just in 500 bhat

Great hotel, apparently not catchy. The reception looks very clumsy. But the rooms are great, Breakfast is varied. From "minuses" you can only come up with overloaded wi-fi in the rooms

This time they used the car hire from the Orange car phuket, on the advice of friends, good service from the guys, we are satisfied, the car is without complaints, all issues are resolved quickly, it is much cheaper than a taxi

The administration is English-speaking with a Thai accent, but you can understand each other. Breakfast is good, varied food. Every day the room was cleaned, juices, water, beer, every day it was in the fridge

The hotel as a whole is good, arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and we had a check-in at 14. 00, we had to wait, but already at 12. 00 we were settled in a room, which is very grateful

Located next to Patong town, the Kalim Resort is a serene place to wind down. The beach is steps away, meanwhile Patong town is about 15 to 20 mins leisurely by foot. The blue pool invites travellers to jump and swim

All other resorts were almost double the price or more. The location is perfect just a 100 metres from the beach and a 24 hour 7/11. The rooms were big and spacious and can easily accommodate 3 people

I wish they had one noodle dish daily that has no egg. The employees there are hardworking, very polite, and accommodating. Right next to the resort, there are scooter rentals, restaurants, 7 elevens, and food vendors

The value of the room was amazing. I think it was @ $25 USD per night and it came with breakfast. It's really spacious, and they give you water in glass bottles daily along with cleaning your room

Housekeeping cleaned every room thoroughly, including the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent especially if you are non veg. I'm vegan so just stuck with fruit, toast, and the juices

Its such a good thing as 7/11 in Thailand dont serve alchohol after a certain time. Kalim beach is also amazing with so many local street food on the beach, you get a pure local vibe too!

The hotel is on the hill so people with mobility issues might struggle to move without transport, however Patong is not a walkable town so you’d need to get a car or a scooter at all times anyways
