Where to stay with pets in Patong

We loved our stay here!! It was in a good location as we were close, but not too close to Bangala Road! We also were in a good walking distance of many restaurants, markets and shopping malls! Rooms were always clean when we got back! While it didn’t bother me, a light sleeper might be bothered by the Bangla Boxing Stadium/ Tuk Tuks/ Scooters etc

I had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The service was friendly and professional throughout my stay

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone

I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place)

Nice hotel new property,absolutely great location next to walking street, little bit less take care of amenities but have lots of amenities included already.

Centrally located with easy access

This was my second time at the hotel because I spent several days in Phuket and was hopping around other hotels to get to know different areas and regarding this hotel, it is well located in Patong, close to several food stores and about a 10-minute walk to the beach

Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. Location is very good - near Patong Beach and bangla Street. The hotel has an infinity swimming pool which is nice. The staff decorated our room for an anniversary which was a nice touch

Pool was amazing with great poolside service- food and drinks were awesome and the views were 10/10. Great location, only a 10 minute walk from Patong Beach and Phuket nightlife. Rooms were very modern and clean

Water - only 2 bottles a day are complimentary. Check in and checkout was smooth

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Upon arrival, the reception was adequate and the staff was courteous. However, several aspects affected my experience. On my floor, there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway

It is almost impossible to sleep because of an unbearable smell coming from the bathroom drainage. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation made staying in the room extremely uncomfortable

Updated review: After my review below, the staff apologised and offered to upgrade our room. It was our last night, and we agreed as we truly could not stay in the original room any longer

The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds

The room itself was generally fine and clean, but the air conditioning on the first night was very loud and noisy. The second night, after moving to a room at the back, it was much better

I was blown away when walking into my room! Granted it was the top floor with city/sea views but I just wasn’t expecting it to be as amazing in person but it certainly was

Getting here from the airport was easy; we took the airport minivan for 100 per person, and the drop-off point was quite close to the hotel

It’s impossible to find authentic Thai cuisine in that vicinity, let alone any restaurant serving pork. Breakfast in hotel has no pork too. Receptionist gave wrong info of breakfast venue

The location is also fantastic, being very close to Patong Beach. We had a fantastic few days here, and our little one was quite reluctant to leave when it was time to head home

This is such a welcoming hotel! Every single person, from the front desk staff to all other service personnel, and even the fellow guests we encountered, was incredibly warm, friendly, and polite

The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud

I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.
