The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Patong, a short walk from the beach. Located in the heart of Patong, the hotel offers Thai hospitality, friendly service, easy comfort and convenience.

Location: on the island of Phuket, in Patong, 800 metres from Jungceylon shopping centre, 10 minutes walk from the shopping center Jungceylon and Bangla road, 45 km from Phuket international airport.
85 rooms in total.
Total area: 40 000 m2.
Consists of four buildings.
Beach: public sandy beach in 120 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. To Tri Trang beach is 3 km away. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. Beach towels are provided.
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Such a picturesque property. The rooms are very modern. The slippers they provide are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever used. (Wish I could have kept them)
However, so be aware that the rooms are very close to the property next door. I’m not sure what is next door but I’m assuming it’s either a club or a bar because they were playing extremely loud music until around 1:30 am.. we could clearly hear even though our door and windows were completely closed. (Not the best if you are a light sleeper and have to wake up early for tour..) We called reception after a couple hours and they said that there was nothing they could do and that they would not be able to move us to another room.
Overall it was a decent stay but the hotel should either do something about the music or make guests aware of the problem so they can decide if they want to stay there.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Quality Resort Patong Beach Phuket.
The rooms and facilities are impeccable.
The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you.
The pool area is extremely clean and relaxing.
We absolutely loved the breakfast downstairs at James & Joyce the setting is lovely and relaxing in the mornings.
A couple of nights we had dinner here and it was great. They also have live music on a Wednesday which is a lot of fun.
I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phuket to try out this hotel, I can certainly say you will not be disappointed.
Thank you to the hotel and staff for such a great stay! We will be back!!!!

The room big size. Very clean. The hotel really cozy. Nice pool. Beautiful Thai style. The stuff really friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast in the restaurant near the hotel and you order from menu :)
I think the location great it's 7 min from the Bangala road. So If you look for quite but be close to the main road it's great option.

We were Here for 8 nights! We had a room with pool Connection and would Book this Hotel again. you are very near to patong, but the Hotel is so quiet That you would think you are far away From everything! The Staff From the Hotel and the pub (James and joyce) was very very helpful and always there for us if we needed sonething! Especially yui helped is a lot with our inquiries!

I recently visited Phuket and stayed at Quality Resort & Spa. This is a newly renovated resort right at Patong Beach road. The beach is literally across the street and I found it very easy to visit nearby attractions.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong.
A quick note! The resort is a little tucked away. You will notice the James and Joyce Irish Pub (which is part of the resort) and you will find the entrance right beside the pub.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong.

Be aware - do not stay! Worst stay ever! Arrived on 8/01/16 to this hotel, we were asked to relocate to different hotel due to them double booking their rooms due to hotel name change (its called shanaya now). My family managed to get a room at amaya after big loud argument and we were recolated to Araya hotel next door. Hotel we were relocated to hardly looks like 3 star. Poor breakfast. Rude stuff. Full of Russians. My partner had food poisioning after calling reception asking for ambulance we were advised to wait 10 minutes for it to come. After 20 minutes we came to reception nobody called ambulance. Staff does not care about their tenants. No iron, no adapter provided. Bed linen was left on our bed without making the bed on all days and we stayed there for 5 days.
We were also advised that we get complimentary dinner on all days at different hotel, we had to go to the other hotel asking for it, they kept saying to come back tomorrow and didnt provide any at the end. It was third hotel over 3 weeks stay in Phuket, only one with terrible service, not worth the money. I would advise to get your money back before check in and go somewhere else.

Location Right on the beach very good service my balcony goes straight through the swimming pool receptionist very helpful room was wonderful breakfast Beautiful and I hope we come next year again ps. Recommended Front of the hotel Irish bar food was wonderful I really enjoying to stay

A peaceful hotel in front of the beach this place is wonderful, the rooms are really nice, the food is delicious . The people are lovely and always smiling.
