Excellent hotel. The location is superb. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Good soundproofing between rooms. Daily and thorough cleaning. All in all, everything was great. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025. The room was large and in decent condition. The main drawback is the street noise at night. It feels like you're sleeping with the windows open on a busy street. The hotel needs to replace the windows with new ones that fit tightly. The uncomfortable spring mattress also needs to be replaced. Breakfast seems plentiful if you're used to salads, vegetables, pickles...

Fortunately, the air conditioner is quite hot. There are many bus stops and cars around, so you need to pay attention to safety.

Excellent value for money. The location is excellent: convenient for exploring different parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, and toiletries. Excellent service: our flight arrived early, so we were checked in early, so we could easily unload our bags and go for a walk. Location of the apartment was very nice and made it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the only issue was that the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to misalignment and always stayed open, which caused some discomfort when using the toilet. I love this location, I'm getting a king room with a Bosphorus view. There are a few quirks about the room, but it's Türkiye and for the price, everything is very good. I'm also happy that it's clean.

It is not an appart. It doesnt jave kirchen. The cleanings is not great. They come every 2 or 3 days to take a look at your apartment. Somwtimes you have to go pick up toilet paper to the reception and not always is somwone there. Besides that, location is great, bed is OK and warm water and pretty good instalations

Close enough to public transport, 15 minutes into Salamanheet tram stop where all the main attractions are. Service was amazing. Clean room, recieved an additional blanket when requested. Helped with delivering our luggage late in the evening when the air travel company lost our luggage. Let us check in early. Will be staying again if we're next in Istanbul.

Exceptional cleanliness, a warm welcome, a very good location, a very good value for money, we had a pleasant stay. The Bayazit station is less than 10 minutes walk, restaurants and shops nearby. The maids are very nice, staff who speak French. I highly recommend.

Very good location all is 10 minutes away grand bazaar monument big climb to get there but its ok the staff is pleasant the rooms are clean but in poor condition the bathroom is ridiculous and in poor condition broken mirror no shower door very noisy because it is really poorly soundproofed
