Really close to the airport so its very convenient. Food was okay. Staff were helpful. The only problem was there was no curtain for the bathroom window (not all room though there’s still some with curtain)

Loving this hotel — it’s massive, and the rooms are so spacious with beautiful views! The à la carte chefs at the hotel restaurant is amazing, and the entire management team has been fantastic

From Manager Ali to the reception team Mehmet, and restaurant staff Oyup, Ufuk, Cathit, and Sergan — everyone has looked after us so well. Nothing is ever too much trouble

The guy who bought the food to the room was extremely rude to me. There was a used towel in the shower and the last persons slippers on the floor on my room. Breakfast, I like eggs in the morning

Highly recommend this place! The location is a little far from the city centre, but taxis are easy to get, and it’s actually a bonus — we get to enjoy the luxury, space, and peaceful atmosphere here instead of staying in a crowded city hotel

Excellent Stay at Levent Wyndham Hotel I had a wonderful stay at the Levent Wyndham Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the coffee — especially the flat white — was outstanding

This time it wasn't as good as my last visit. The gym equipment wasn't as new as before, and the body composition analysis machine was moved to the yoga room. But honestly, it's still the best hotel gym I've ever been to

A special thanks to Hakan for his great service at breakfast — he was attentive, friendly, and made the mornings even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

The breakfast also felt less extensive than last time, but that's compared to the high standard of Turkish breakfast. There were still plenty of vegetables and dairy products available

The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The gym and sauna facilities were also excellent and well-maintained

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, connected to ozdilick mall and also close to another mall (kanyon), and the metro is just steps away

However, they asked me to pay 5% service charge and saying as it is a compulsory!! Not a single room service or anything extra I was given but kind of finding a way to get more money from customers

In the room we had hygiene kits, kettle, tea and coffee sachets, fruit, hairdryer and minibar. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from an electric tram, which helped us a lot to save money on taxis

The hotel is a bit old, but it's quite clean and the rooms are spacious. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, and they offer free parking.

There's not much around, but it's close to the subway.

The only downside is that the hotel's breakfast is just so so, a typical Mediterranean style, very healthy, with a wide variety of honey, olives, cold dishes, and delights, but there are fewer deeply cooked foods and meats, almost only a variety of eggs (like OMLET) to choose

Everything's good! JW Marriott is located in the Atakoy, close to the Marmara Sea, very peaceful, safe, and modern, where you won't see the noisy tourists and eerie ******* when stay in the Taksim Square

On the first day, when I went to the toilet for a number two, I only realized afterward that the toilet bowl was stained with urine from top to bottom. I immediately called the front desk to send someone to clean it

When she asked me, I mentioned my dissatisfaction from the previous day. She was very attentive, which I really appreciate, and noted my room number, promising to look into it seriously and move us to a better room

I immediately had a bad feeling – was this some kind of trap? So, we nervously made our way to the room on the 33rd floor. As soon as we entered, we found the area was significantly smaller than our previous room

So, after breakfast, I told the front desk I'd switch rooms when I returned in the evening. I got back to the hotel around 10 PM and was informed by the front desk that we'd been moved to the highest floor

This is where the bizarre experience happened. We were originally on the 26th floor, and our new room was on the 33rd floor. Surprisingly, the hotel elevator couldn't go directly to the 33rd floor

We were so disappointed that we didn't expect much help from them, so we asked them to move us back to our original room. So, we went all the way back, still staying in the same room

The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom

The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc

Very nice place , clean and nice rooms . Make sure you book your room from floor 14 and up . It has magical views. Only like 20 min from Taksim . The staff are very polite and professional.

You can take the M11 Metro directly from the airport to the hotel.

The ladies were patient and clean and caring. I had to ask them to change my bloody bedsheets after each visit from my nurses one more time each day and they were friendly enough even at those times

This is not a 5 star hotel it’s a good 4 star or an excellent 3 star hotel location was great. I’d prefer to stay at aksaray as it’s better to be near the locals. Even the staff were not fluent English spoken

I travelled from IST airport by HVL-1 bus and get off at Aksaray and walked to the hotel which took me about 14 mins, very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and close to many attractions in walkable distance

Close to the grand bazaar so perfect for people visiting the blue mosque. Unfortunately at one point the area was closed off from cars entering at a crucial time for me

From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort

The location is a bit out of the way, not near the bustling Hagia Sophia or Istiklal Avenue. The main issue was that we arrived at 3 AM. During check-in, we confirmed with the front desk that we needed a smoking room

Every evening, the front desk would proactively call to ask if we needed any assistance or supplies, and when we requested more mineral water, housekeeping quickly delivered it

Very nice hotel in the city not too long drive from most of the attractions. I didn’t like the pool area that much but it indoor pool so it’s nice in winter time

We really liked staying here. Attended an event nearby so it was ideal. I must commend the exceptional service I received from the concierge and the lady who scans bags before entrance. They were so polite and helpful.

Despite the room change, we were kept awake for hours by the persistent, penetrating odor. The next day, there was no apology, but we were promised an upgrade to a corner room for the evening

We were assigned room 603, which reeked; room 610 also smelled. Finally, we were moved to room 516. We called Onus at reception, who promised to send someone to address the smell, but no one ever arrived

When I showed the staff member (Onus) that upgrade-eligible rooms were clearly visible and available in the Hilton app, he claimed it was an error and that he would remove them immediately

Yet, the rooms remained available online throughout the entire evening. We had to change rooms twice on the first night due to a disgusting sewage smell emanating from the bathroom

We later realized that someone had entered our room while we were at the spa, spraying a strong floral scent to mask the sewage smell—a truly desperate and unprofessional tactic

Upon our return, the same staff member from the previous night informed us that there was a "problem" with the room and that we would be placed in a standard room again

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark for two full weeks ( the toughest two weeks of my life ) and I have the entire staff to thank wholeheartedly for taking such extraordinary care of me and catering to all my needs, from dietary to medical to countless special requests
