I would like to thank the great staff for this wonderful stay. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks on business and felt very comfortable. There wasn't a moment that wasn't nice

The room was clean and tidy, though the decor was a bit dated and the room was a little small; suitable for business trips

The hotel environment was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. I would stay there again on my next business trip

Pros: The restaurant features a fully transparent bay window, which is excellent for photos and views. The hotel's location is next to the Bosphorus Bridge, in a bustling commercial area

A very clean and professional hotel with nice view on the busphorus (beach) in the breakfast section. The location is very nice with decent shops around, but not the best regarding how far from other areas

Cons: There's no proper desk, so I had to work on the nightstand. The public co-working space was too crowded with 'escorts,' which felt a bit uncomfortable

Excellent location, friendly staff… beautiful city and this hotel was great for us to base ourselves and visit all attractions easily.

Tons of road noise-honking from multi-tone busses, police horns and sirens and cars with long horn presses, even with ambient noise bluetooth speaker playing white noise and windows closed its srill NOT for light sleepers at all, doors being slammed all night (none of that is directly hotels fault) however

Clean and good hotel Location is far from center in about 2 km but the tram T1 station is exactly infront of the hotel took 1 minutes to reach it Rooms small but great and strange design

this hotel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful from the very first moments we arrived. The rooms were freshly renovated, and the bed was the best one we’ve had in many months of travel very firm very new

We enjoyed the breakfast, we enjoyed the smiles. We enjoyed the location, easy walking distance to all kinds of things to do and we also enjoyed the price for being right on the bosphorus river

In particular, Rim, one of the receptionists, always greets guests with a bright smile and goes out of their way to offer help, making the check-in and stay experience incredibly pleasant

In addition, there’s Michelin restaurant just next to hotel and you can also enjoy baked potato or other cheaper options in just 2 minutes walking distance with a very nice sea view

Nice hotel. Good location. Breakfast cantine has a gorgeous view on the Bosphorus channel. Due to location and night life at the streets the room could be noisy at night.

I’ve preferred this hotel mainly due to perfect location at the heart of Ortakoy. Thus, I could take pictures of iconic Ortakoy Mosque with Bosporus bridge on background

They were always around to help and ask if we need anything. Every morning there was a man next to the hotel main door asking “how are you today?” with big smile on the face

It was a great experience staying at Nippon hotel , Staff were very helpful , ,respectful, professional, and cooperative. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. The hotel location is excellent,Rooms are very clean and new

I also noticed a difference in cleanliness: the rooms cleaned by the female staff were spotless, whereas in the rooms cleaned by male staff, I found red lipstick or other residue on the bathroom hairdryer, indicating it wasn't properly cleaned

Nippon hotel is located conveniently in the Taksim square. They had an efficient check in process and staff were really helpful. I would recommend booking this hotel especially if using the Havaist bus to airport

The hotel is right next to the Havabus Taksim terminal, which makes getting to the airport super convenient. The facilities aren't the newest and look a bit dated, but the excellent location makes up for it

Nice hotel in a great central location near eateries, bars and sites. Close to good transport links. Room was a bit hot at night and it was noisy with the window open

Jazz bar looked enticing but drinks were a bit pricey. Service was good and housekeeping was great, providing ergonomic pillows on request

However, for those who value peace and quiet, this can also be a drawback, as in the evenings there is a lot of music and noise, especially noticeable on the first floor (it may be quieter on higher levels)

Staff don’t rush you out when breakfast time ends, and they keep replenishing dishes, which is a big plus. On the downside, the reception could be friendlier, and the staff’s English level is quite limited

The bar downstairs was incredibly noisy on Saturday night. If you're someone who needs to be asleep before midnight, this place will definitely affect you.

Lovely hotel with accommodating and kind people. The staff was always helpful and when we had an issue with our room, they were extremely apologetic and provided us with an upgrade, gifts and complimentary food

They have a really nice and relaxing spa area. Breakfast has plenty of variety, including fresh eggs. The housekeeping staff were really sweet and did a good job of the cleaning

Out of all the hotels we stayed so far, I rate this hotel as the best with the views and room. Yildiz palace has a great view. Beautiful sunrise and the bosphorus view. Breakfast we felt was just okish

The room's view? I'd rate it a zero. There's no view at all, the windows are tiny, and no light gets in because it looks out onto a dark wall.

One of the best hotel I've seen in Istanbul. Nice staff, good restaurant, rooms are clean with good decoration and space. This hotel is Well equiped About 30 min to Fatih but there is shopping and other restaurant near

The hotel fullfill our expectations. The staff are really nice and friendly towards us. The location are a bid far from main Istanbul city, however you experience the local area here which is worth it

If you intend go to Istanbul, the hotel staff can hire a taxi and it would be approximately an hour drive. There is also a Metro Station not far from the hotel if you intend go by train
