Esma the cleaner is amazing and all the staff are so helpful the receptionist are so friendly very good English. The food is lovely here very fresh and lots of options for breakfast

Staying in a lovely hotel is fabulous but what makes the experience equally as fabulous and makes you miss home less, and enjoy your stay more, is the wonderful service you receive when you are there

Turbot and all the breakfast staff are also very sweet and can make you special requests if you wish for something not in the buffet. Highly recommend and very clean also

Bathuan is very nice and friendly and goes above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and at home

Other than that, everything was perfect and I would stay there again

We got connecting rooms which were comfortable. But the dinner was not too great but has a good breakfast. The location is a little inconvenient and takes about 40 mins to the blue mosque and hagia Sophia

Their answer was that they had turned off the heating because it was sunny during the day. They said okay, we will turn it on. I stayed at the hotel for about three or four hours. I wanted to use the hot water

I turned on the heating system and waited for a while. I saw that it was not heating. I called the reception and told them that the room was cold and not heating

I do not understand why I pay money for such places when I hear the room when I want and when I do not like you when I want

I waited for 20 or 25 minutes. The hot water did not come and I left the hotel after three or four hours

Just a quick shout out and appreciation for Mustafa who is a bell boy concierge who is extremely polite and well mannered and in my opinion should be offered a better position at the hotel as he has the right personality and can be trained for any position given his excellent communication skills and will be an asset to team

From the moment we walked in the room, we immediately knew we made the right choice. All thanks to Elif for taking into consideration details we requested. Our stay felt like home away from home

We enjoyed breakfast, free car parking, gym had the required basics, access to taxi at all times. A definite recommendation for stay either on business or vacation and with family

I genuinely enjoy the view from my 30th floor room. There is a complicated highway interchange below and watching it is calming

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name

The only thing need attention is the cigarette smell in the bedroom. Some of the people in my group tour mentioned the same thing about the cigarette smell. Other than that, it's pretty okay!

But I want to thank the men and women at the hotel for their kindness and helpful hospitality. We were so impressed we had to write about it and tell everyone that this is the hotel for you if you are coming to Istanbul

I can’t thank the hotel enough. They took such good care of me and my mother. They have been a blessing for us. We stayed for 9 days and had breakfast included. It is amazing! Definitely worth the price

Standard room, with gel, shampoo, balm, and soap included. Water and tea are also provided. There are three shopping malls and a metro station nearby. A taxi to the airport costs 2000 Lira

The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything your neighbors are doing

They will help you out in every aspect! They even catered to the room when I couldn’t since I had surgery

5 mins walk from hotel is quiet shopping mall but at top level theres food court selling kebabs, popeyes, kebabs, rice with mixed dishes (locantasi)

Hotel located in the Fatih area, close to the metro and tram station. The room was clean, the towels were changed daily, cleaning was done daily. It has a rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the city

The hotel is located close to the Grand Bazaar (just one tram stop or a maximum of 15 minutes on foot) and just 3 tram stops from Sultanahmet Square. It doesn't have its own parking

loved my stay here: loved the location, the breakfast, access to the gym/pool, and an attentive staff. Only downside was my room (4007) was fairly warm and the A/C didn't seem to help much

Location and staff were exceptional! They were able to take in an order of flowers I had sent to the hotel for me to pick up later, and they were able to communicate with me very well (my Turkish is very very limited) Free upgrade as well!

Amazing Stay with a Free Upgrade! I had a fantastic experience at Agaoglu my city hotel. The staff was welcoming, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room, making my stay even more special

My Partner and I were quite sick for 2 days and the hotel staff met every request in a timely manner. Only downside to our stay was the noise. Street noise and other guests around us were extremly noisy

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The location was also perfect. I think it is close to everything. Taksim Square is a 5-minute walk away. We had a pleasant two days with my family

It was a perfect place for a few days' stay. Very clean and very comfortable, especially for a solo guest. The room would have been a tight fit for two people, though.

The hotel spa experience wasn't as amazing as I had imagined; it was quite average. Perhaps my expectations were too high. The breakfast, however, was plentiful with many choices, and the location was very convenient

The location is fantastic, worthy of being called a peninsula. It faces the bay yet is incredibly quiet

Here are the pros of the hotel: The location is superb, with all major attractions within walking distance. Additionally, tram, metro, train, and ferry stops are all conveniently located within a 5-minute walk

The lower ground floor (-1 level) housed a small gym, a hammam, and a compact swimming pool

For instance, the entrance hallway was uncomfortably narrow with the room door opening inwards, there was a column positioned awkwardly in the middle of the sleeping area, and the ceiling featured a polygonal, multi-level design

Furthermore, the tile grout lines on the walls and floor were noticeably misaligned by about a centimeter, which looked incredibly sloppy and felt like an oversight. The window offered an unattractive view of a car park

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious and serve very good kebab. However the breakfeast 8s quite simple and need to improve. Highlight recimnend snd will stay again

Very close to the most of the important places in Istanbul that everyone should see like the blue mosque, Haghia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Usually a crouded area and a crouded hotel

The property is on the boundary line of polished touristic region and real Turkey. Located in old Constantinople and close to many attractions. Streets toward Bosphorus provide good local food

There's also a sauna, hammam, and swimming pool. They're small, but still a big plus. The hotel's location: close to Bayazit Square and Mosque. 3 minutes to the Bayazit tram stop

Toiletries (shampoo and conditioner), towels, slippers, robes (which was a pleasant surprise), cups, glasses, and a sewing kit (needles and thread)

We were so lucky and thrilled to find this hotel! The location is perfect! It's simply a fairytale! It's worth noting that there are many hotels in the area, but they're half the standard and the price is the same or higher

Some might miss a kettle, but there's a bar on the ground floor where you can get tea, coffee, and hot water 24/7. However, once after midnight, we were told there was no tea or coffee. There's a refrigerator in the room

Additionally, the hotel's location makes it challenging for taxis to pick up and drop off guests due to limited space in front of the building, causing traffic congestion

Honestly l've been living in 4 and 5 star hotels across the Middle East for the last 4 years and this has been outstanding in terms of feeling like at home. 10/10

The area also feels pretty safe, even for female travelers, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, which was nice. However, we were placed on the first floor, and the view was underwhelming

However, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. In particular, there are yachts that can go to another peninsula by the sea

The hotel is considered old Ramada style of course needs some renovation however I could say still worth staying there,  Breakfast is delicious, and the room is very clean

The breakfast was excellent, and our corner room with a Bosphorus view was absolutely spectacular. We were even able to watch the New Year’s fireworks on the bridge, which made the experience unforgettable

During a layover in Istanbul this past February, I stayed at the Elite World Comfy in Taksim, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Istanbul. The hotel was absolutely fantastic

The only downside I could think of is there was no option to add breakfast when booking. In the hotel they charge you €15 per person per day for breakfast but this is advertised as €15 per person (not per day)

The hotel is super clean and elegant. The rooms corridora and washrooms are spacious well lit, and well furnished. Unlike other hotels, each room has a queen bed and a single bed, so the beds are enough for three people

Good value for money hotel. Service from front of house to restaurant / bar staff was great. Rooms are big with tea / coffee minibar etc. Beds comfy and decent pillows. Breakfast is comprehensive!

It is also 7 mins drive from Maltepe Mall. Swimming pool was alright and the hotel got a barber in the ground floor. We had a pleasant stay overall

Breakfast is good too although there could have been more hot varieties or a live cooking station. The seating outside the breakfast restaurant has a very beautiful scenery
