I would especially like to thank Madina, Ainura, and Erkhan for their warm hospitality and attentive attitude. The food, spa, and swimming pool are also excellent

You can see that they are worn sheets and towels Very old and unfresh. I thought the room service menu was limited. The location was good close to the airport Asia side

Facilities: Relatively new Cleanliness: The room was very clean and extremely quiet Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful; the front desk staff were attentive and responsible, assisting with booking transportation and checking routes

One small suggestion would be to have more English-speaking staff, as it was sometimes a bit difficult to explain certain things. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here

The only thing to note is that the hotel does not have dedicated facilities for children, but I understand that it is more of a business hotel rather than a family one

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The service is excellent, and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful

The facilities are great at this hotel, with an exceptional gym and spa facilities which I used regularly with very well trained and professional staff. I stayed in a suite which was perfect for my needs

Excellent stay with family here for 5 nights. Cant fault anything as the staff was good and the facilities great especially the inside swimming pool that we enjoyed. Good location an close to transport and metro.

The hotel is tired, located centrally, not far from the metro. Breakfast is normal. The inside pool was cold in winter. Cleaning is decent.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the door was a bit hard to open and close and required some force. I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password sheet, so I had to contact the lobby, but once connected, the Wi-Fi signal was strong

There was no clock in the room or on the 8th floor, and the large clock in the lobby was out of battery for the duration of my stay, with no one seeming to care. The internet connection was average

Housekeeping services were generally good, but they didn’t consistently come for laundry collection except on Sunday. The TV in the room had 70 channels, most of which were Turkish local channels

Throughout our stay, every staff member we met made an effort to chat with us and make sure we were comfortable, which honestly made a huge difference. Our room was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed

The location was perfect—close enough to get around easily (either walking or using the hotel shuttle), but still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. Breakfast and the lounge became daily highlights

I really loved my little stay here! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive everywhere. The room has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is super varied and really delicious

Nice shopping mall with great restaurant option in close proximity and walking distance. Breakfast has wide variety and is pretty good. There is a taxi stand 50 m away, so it’s very easy to get a taxi or uber

It was beautiful upon arrival. Desk staff were very welcoming. Did not take long at all to check in. I was initially in a standard room, which I felt was comfortable. Bed was comfortable and was a true king

I then moved to the 16th floor. That room and view was amazing. If you can afford it I highly recommend the balcony option. They have an egg station and offer waffles and small pancakes

Meat options are small beef sausages in a sauce. The hotel does offer for a driver to ride you around for 150 USD. I assume they take you around for the day and go around with you

Very nice location, upper floor having a grt view of the city. Staff were very cooperative and helpful, and they speak good english. Overall a grt 1week stay.

Inside, lights and heating automatically turn on – superb! The Tang Palace Chinese restaurant is arguably the best in Turkey

What disappointed me was the poor character of the staff at the front desk who handled check-in. They used cunning Turkish scams on customers they were supposed to serve. This wasn't just a lack of professionalism

I know is necessary but there are no welcoming smiles for guests. The decor is Orientalist exuberance in swirls of blue and cream, marble, porcelain and Chinese landscape repro wall paintings

The location is excellent, right next to the Presidential Palace and overlooking the strait, perfect for a stroll. The transparent glass entrance provides a pleasant experience for men who smoke

The breakfast has ample choice though mainly average quality. The waitress was disorganised, the porridge much too runny and unappetising, and the Chinese dumpling just dense and terrible

Housekeeping has come everyday for me, which has been ever so kind as I am in a lot of pain at the moment, and they are making me enjoy my stay more by making sure I have clean bidding, towels and everything I need in the fridge stoked up

We stayed 9 nights as a family with a baby. The hotel was advertised as child-friendly, but there were no kids’ facilities and the pool was for adults only

We stayed at the hotel Sep 23-26. We had a suite (430) but what really need to be done is to upgrade front desk customer service which is the first point of contact with guests

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We decided to take a smokers room since we both smoke but there was no smell in the room at all. The cleaning staff cleans the room very well

On 25 February 2025, we stayed over at the Gorrion Hotel in Istanbul. The food was great and the service excellent! I can most definitely recommend them. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Our bartender John was exceptional and dedicated in delivering us top notch service. The food was excellent, the drinks were tasty and strong

The location is amazing as I have stayed here before, unfortunately no AC in the hotel and the room cleaning was not done to a high level, with the bathroom bin left on the toilet seat and no complimentary water left.

Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is expected in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient for getting around since it's right next to all the main attractions, all within walking distance
