Sauna, steam room and pool are in good condition and free for hotel guests but Hammam you need to pay and that is understandable. Breakfast is just passable with a normal spread throughout the few days

Hospitality wise you don't get the warm smiles, greetings, acknowledgements, eye contact as you would from say south east asian properties but that is due to cultural differences and I am fine as it did not diminish my experience in this property which was overall very good

they have a nice spa with excellent massage services and Turkish bath. the pool is clean and the reception is very welcoming

Stayed in normal room and suite room. Normal room was very tight whereas suite was understandably bigger. Clean and comfortable pillows and mattress. Shower facilities were good, pressure and drainage was good

I appreciate the front office extending my stay for an aadditional 2 hours due to my flights delay. Again overall good location, clean, well kept facility and a good base for you to explore Istanbul

Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning , apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows

Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 2-10 minute walk from each of them

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, every corner of the property is spotless, creating a refreshing and comfortable environment

What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Nayef Hussam at the reception. He was incredibly polite, professional, and always eager to help, making my experience even more enjoyable

The lady on the front desk helped us find the laundry service - she called several businesses close to the hotel to make sure they are open, how much they would charge and how quickly will they be able to return our clothes (we stayed only 3 days right around New Year’s Eve)

Room size is a bit smaller than what appears in photos. Otherwise the hotel is very clean. It has an ideal location in Istanbul, very close to public transport stations and also to the lively area of Galata and Taksim.

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem! I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists

We booked a hotel for one night for a transit stop from Esenler Bus Station. The location was excellent: close to the train station and the metro. Breakfast was complimentary and substantial.

The hotel is located right next to the bus station, but the room was surprisingly quiet! It was clean, and the staff were polite. Good value for money.

Hello, I am from Gabon, a small Central African country. I recommend Rox Hotel as a place to stay during your trip in Istanbul. It is a secure, pleasant and quite place to stay during your vacation or medical trip

Besides, you have shopping centres around on a 5 minutes walking distance, the metrobus is also nearby if you wish to go around. However, you can order a taxi from the reception. The room service is fast and correct

I recently stayed at the Rox Hotel in Istanbul for a hair transplant and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. My flight landed at 1:00 AM and by the time I reached the hotel it was past 2:00 AM

Cons: The room is a bit cramped for three people; you can hear the neighbors and the street very well, not from the other side of the wall, but from the hallway. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's tasty

What we didn’t like so much: We were excited about the so called “spa” included, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a spa. It’s a freezing cold plunge pool, with a STINKY sauna and steam room

Great location near restaurants, tram stop and shops. All the main attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc) are walking distance away

The restaurant/bar on the top floor has great views of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara

It was convenient to have a fridge (but careful as things already in the fridge cost money if consumed) and the room was made daily. The breakfast was good as well as there were lots of options and generally good tasting

We also had an issue with ordering a taxi through the hotel, as they booked us a taxi to the wrong airport. It’s a good price but I would just make it very clear which airport you need to go to with the hotel

Overall: I would recommend to stay here for the cleanliness, and good location to shops, public transport and big attractions. The breakfast was also convenient and tasty!

Disappointed with our stay as the swimming pool was out of service, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. We looked forward to enjoying the pool, but it was unavailable when we tried to use it

I preferred to stay in the one with the demolition noise- which they seemed to think was fine as the noise would stop at 6pm. They also told me the sauna was chargeable and swimming pool free

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, Bilal an aged man on reception at night always giving us recommendations, and Bircan (Berdjan) the elegant lady during the day is always helpful and her english is good

The breakfasts are great and the stuff there never stop working during the service. I must mention chef Sinan who always walk around and ask us if there is something needed in the breakfast

It's the best position ever; you can see the sunrise through your window, as well as the Marmara Sea. I would recommend you to choose this hotel (5th floor:))
