Our stay in Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul had been more than pleasant. It was AWESOME! We first booked for 3 nights then came back for another 2 nights. I guess that expressed the quality of our experience

The floor was dirty and one of the towels too. My room was very small. The location is great and the view from the breakfast is very nice.

Olcay that made our stay easier and more delightful, best location just next to Istiklal street, diverse and delicious breakfast with Bosporus view, with jazz music playing at the front door that gives a cozy vibe every time you enter the hotel, and a cafe just next to the hotel that runs late till after midnight

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, and the street next to the hotel is flat which makes it very comfortable

It is not too big and has a small wellness area with Sauna, Hamam, steam bath and pool. Be aware to bring a swim hat when you want to use the pool. The room was also nice, a bit dated but still clean

The treatment and how they cooperate is totally unacceptable and they speak in a rudely manner, besides that we booked the hotel room and when we reached there they made us wait till 4pm exactly even though the room was ready moving on housekeeping kept entering rooms without permission even though the do not disturb sign was there no privacy whatsoeve, the door was broken and they just told us to...

First I loved the customer service they have provided especially Selvi, Alp, Mevlvt, Emircan, and Omar. They went above and beyond to make sure our family is well taken care of

Overall a good experience.Clean rooms,basic amenities.Near to Taksim Square 5 minutes walking distance. Not many options for breakfast, which was the same every day. The internet is bad!

Lastly their service sucks - they give 1 half liter water bottle per day - but on the second day itself we had to ask for it. A fresh bottle was not put in our room. We also had to ask for coffee sachets on second day

Worse , even their phone on the bedside doesn’t work. They told us that they don’t have a spare phone - which speaks volumes about their basic service and amenities

everyone’s connected to ‎WhatsApp and concierge even checked in on us after sending us off to the Asian side to see if we needed anything else. Rooms are perfect, and the hotel is impeccable

Hotel and room were sparkling clean. Our room was well maintained, beds and pillows were comfortable. They clean the room daily. Their pool was big enough and clean. Location was literally dope and amazing.

Delightfully located just off a busy street, so road noises are minimal, but you still have access to plenty of shops; there is an air conditioned, clean mall in sight distance that has a wonderful Turkish market daily on the bottom floor

Well, to be honest, Im surprisingly happy!!! It's definitely not the best hotel. nor the best service (this is something to work on). but for 25 dollars a night, I would say they are definitely doing good

A very nice little hotel, in a quiet street; off the main road. Great transport links, and lovely nearby restaurants. The hotel staff are always so helpful, heated pool and spa, which is not common in hotels of this size

Reception is warm with hospitality. We arrived very early. They accepted early check-in and free coffee. Good location near Sirkeci train and Mamaray station. The room is clean. Good for couples to stay.
