Visited The First Collection Marina with my family in November. We had a great experience with excellent hospitality. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location is very good, making it easy to access nearby places

But they deliver it as soon as you asked which have a plus point. The buffet has so many good options and the sport bar is a nice touch. Overall is great! The area is walkable and many good restaurants around

The reception service from Ayo and Carmeline, and their manager (whose name I don't recall), was excellent. The hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast, treated me very well

This place has exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I had the warmest impressions from Henok. He is so welcoming and helping me the first I'm out from the taxi

Just a few minutes from the Marina promenade, which is a great boulevard with lots of restaurants and cozy places to sit. Incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful

The room view was beautiful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend it for families

The overall environment of this hotel is quite good. While it can't compare to ultra-luxury options, it's still very impressive! The service was excellent

The hotel’s restaurant and the Iftar buffet offered good food quality overall, but the variety of dishes was somewhat limited. More importantly, during the dinner buffet, the orange juice ran out

While understandable, a five-star hotel usually trains staff to handle such situations more confidently and proactively. In terms of cleanliness and facilities, the hotel definitely meets five-star standards

The staff were warm and welcoming, proactively helping with luggage and delivering it to the room. This level of attentiveness is exactly what you would expect from a five-star hotel

In summary, the hardware, facilities, and overall environment are very close to five-star level, but service details and attentiveness still need improvement

Excellent hotel, in an excellent location. Beautiful pool on the 3rd floor. Quite nice territory and a good beach. There are also disadvantages - there is construction near the pool on the street

The hotel is not new, but the rooms are in good condition. We had a club room with lounge access, and the staff was excellent

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr

The Reception & Concierge team were top notch and I always got my queries to Guest Services team resolved by Christcentia who understood, followed up and addressed my requests to the support teams

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites IFC in July and August, and while the hotel itself is wonderful—with excellent facilities, a great gym, and a relaxing pool—it was the people who truly made my stay unforgettable

Clean hotel, good wifi, not a wide selection of food but good breakfast, good service. Location is Near metro station, pharmacy , supermarket and several eateries. Overall is a very good service apartment

I don’t know their names, but the team at the Charlie Lane restaurant on the first floor also provided excellent service throughout my stay

Good location, just 2 minutes walk to the Financial center station. But, the lift service and the room key system are very troublesome

Carrefour is about 10-min walk, and there is a very nice restaurant called Sansation DIFC, about 10-min walk from the hotel that serves very good Mediterranean food at a reasonable price

Best hotel bargain. You can use the beach from the Hilton Resort. There is a bridge connecting both hotels. The room was big and perfect!

I book this hotel stay for my mom and brother. They really enjoy the stay and the srrvice staffs are very friendly. We are especially in awe because they have really big swimming pool that is overlooking the beach

Located within Palm Jumeirah, the sea view was beautiful. The windows could be slightly opened, allowing me to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the room

This place is perfect for a hotel-staycation, especially with its private beach! It's a bit far out in Jumeirah, making it tricky to get Karims (ride-shares) and a bit inconvenient to go into the city often.

Staying here was a really great experience. No complaints at all.

Stayed for four nights in December, in a Deluxe Room on the 9th floor. Room was big, clean and comfy and bathroom was huge with walk-in rain shower. Decent balcony with AMAZING views of the Marina

I have to say the breakfast is wonderful especially the egg selection. Lunch and dinner are nice too. Meeting rooms are excellent for team sessions, with a wonderful spread of snacks during break time

We used the Club Lounge a few times in the evenings and it’s excellent for breakfast (table service and really quiet!). The hotel is excellent and in a cracking location on the Marina…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic 7 day stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina by IHG. We stayed in Room 3002, a spacious and very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a longer stay

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Marina, with the tram just across the road and easy walking access to JBR Beach, Marina Mall and many restaurants

Excellent location, decent breakfasts, and good service. I deducted a star for the renovations and the long waits for the elevator. Don't bother with a sea view, as it's completely blocked by towers

The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit

Room service came to clean our room twice and in both times didn’t clean the bathroom properly. The hotel location is not the best because you can walk anywhere really.

There is a mall that is located nearby to the hotel with a good grocery store. The breakfast services went above and beyond what was expected. The cleaning services in particular did an excellent job cleaning our room

The suite was incredibly spacious, and the hotel breakfast was excellent.

Review Pros: Very good location. Dubai Mall is about a 15-minute walk at a relaxed pace. Cons: You have to request almost everything separately (toothpaste, toothbrushes, even a hair dryer)

My stay at Carlton was absolutely wonderful! Rooms were great, people working there were very kind and helpful with bags. It was no sounds from outside either

I had a wonderful stay at the W Mina Seyahi. The room was incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail in every aspect. The facilities are excellent, with an impressive gym, swimming pool and exclusive beach area

We are Privelee members (family of 4) so came for the first time today to use the pool and beach. It was a Saturday afternoon we arrived, exceptionally busy (UK mid term break). It was busy, but a lovely atmosphere

The guys found us 4 loungers very quickly, fresh towels and complimentary cold water straight away. Anything we requested was no trouble, came quickly, and always checked up. Aziz was really friendly and kind

Nadik, Moses and Bamsi all served us with a smile! I didn’t get the names of the guys carrying out the food from the kitchen, but I can tell you all the food arrived hot, complete, neat and tidy
