Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around

The hotel was quite good overall, but the only drawback was the lack of a washing machine. The meals were okay; I'd opted for the meal plan, and both the service and ambiance were decent

The restaurant within the hotel is superb, with a great, extensive collection of dining options. The best part is the room service staff

Not sure if there is an airport shuttle as on our arrival we took e hailing as there were not reply from the hotel despite several messages. However on our departure they provide us as shuttle bus to airport

The brunch was nice and enjoyable, wide variety and good quality food. The service was great, Sakuni was so sweet and was always there to ask us if we needed anything. The kids were entertained as well

I recently stayed at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish

The value for money is also excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The transportation is very convenient, and it only takes about ten minutes to get anywhere

We stayed 4 nights at the Crown Plaza Jumeirah. The gym, sauna and pool are good. We had only one issue and it has nothing to do with hotel or staff

Besides that, the hotel is excellent for short and long stay. I'll definitely stay there againn

it's just kids in the morning were making noise in the morning running around and playing in the halfway for 40 minutes. I understand it was Christmas time and a lot of people came to the UAE from West Asia

I spend around 80 nights a year with IHG hotels. I visit Dubai every year and usually stay at different IHG properties, but my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah was truly one of the most memorable

I am a resident of Dubai and stay here for staycations. The location is perfect - next to great shops, restaurants, and one of the best low key beaches in Dubai. The rooms are clean and fresh and all have nice views

Extended my stay to enjoy the beach and the food! Their buffet is nice and staff is very accomodating. It’s so relaxing that this weekend, I didn’t even think of opening my laptop 😅

I stayed at Rove La Mer and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I have tried almost all the Rove hotels in Dubai, and this one is by far the worst. It does not meet the same high standards as the others

The staff were very good, but the noise was just terrible. I asked the guy who helped me switch rooms if no one else complained, and he said some people like to sleep with noise. 😓 The pool was heated and comfortable

The rooms were generally good, but it was incredibly noisy, making it completely unsuitable for a business trip. Every night, I could hear loud club music

The service at Somerset’s bar is unmatched! We were attended by Ansiva Vaz who was attentive, ensuring we had everything without being overbearing. She offered great suggestions and made the whole experience special

What a delightful Christmas lunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel – The Fountain! From the moment we arrived, the festive décor, cheerful atmosphere, and beautifully arranged buffet set the perfect holiday mood

The spread was generous and impressive, featuring delicious Christmas classics alongside a wonderful selection of international dishes — everything was fresh, flavorful, and indulgent

And another funny little detail – the pillowcases are different, like grandma's at her dacha :))) Everything else is fine. The view from the window is simply gorgeous. The bed is comfortable and good

To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and sweets, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing

I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning

We had to ask for water at reception. They always fly past your floor. The water in the pool is so cold that you don't really want to go in. Small hand towels were only provided upon check-in

Then they were removed and never brought back. Maybe it was my imagination (but it wasn't), but the bed linen wasn't changed in 6 nights

It's a nice quiet spacious hotel with a comfortable bed, only pillows are a little soft for me. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are very good with a variety of dishes. Aircon & wifi connection are great

The facilities and hygiene are good, and you can see the Burj Khalifa in the distance.

We arrived three hours before check in time but the agent at desk said, the rooms are ready so why not check in now? We we so pleased because we were exhausted and needed to rest

The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive

We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining

There's a good, clean beach, and three restaurants on the ground floor. I really didn't like the breakfast; it was repetitive and not tasty. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel for a long time

In room 1309 (partial sea view), if the TV or other noise sources were off, I could hear the elevator shaft (I assume that's what was making the noise), but this sound usually wasn't present at night

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

Wonderful 3 night stay at Taj. Exceeded my expectations. Lovely hotel and facilities. Sraff could not have been more friendly. Loved the pool area and eloquent elephant bar. You can walk to dubai mall in around 20 mins.

A big shout-out as well to the housekeeping team for their impeccable service and attention to detail. Every corner of the room was spotless, and the thoughtful little gestures did not go unnoticed

However, I must admit, the hotel is still good, and the grounds are excellent

- Unauthorized people somehow get onto the beach and comfortably set up their belongings on the sand in front of the sunbeds (some even brazenly use the sunbeds themselves)

This is a beach hotel, and it's inconvenient for guests to rush to breakfast and try to finish eating by 11:00 AM (by the way, they start clearing the food at 11)

This is because there are nearby restaurants, particularly a Greek restaurant directly opposite the building, and a couple of bars to the side of the rooms

The security didn't seem to react much on the occasions I observed. - If your room faces the bay and 'Venice,' be prepared for music every day until 2 AM

- In my opinion, the food at the hotel's restaurants is mediocre and expensive (2 samsas, 2 manty, a tomato salad, and 2 beers cost 400+ dirhams)

We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness. A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave

It's a smaller hotel, and the breakfast options are more Western-focused, which makes it a good fit for business travelers

Across the road is Dubai Creek, where you can take a mini-cruise or a boat to the other side and take a stroll through the old town

The staff are great but the water temperature in the bathroom is not stable even though the maintenance man tried to fix it. The room a bit old. But overall good experience

View is great, beach view and you can see blue water. One thing that make me suprise is the dental kit. Dental kit is mandatory amenities, so you need to call house keeping whenever you need it everyday.

There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back

A clean, cozy hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

It's noisy even with the windows closed; you can hear people partying at night and construction workers during the day. But on the flip side, everything is really close by

I had a long wait to check in because only one staff member was working, and after a long journey, you just want to get to your room quickly
