Location proximity was good, service was excellent, rooms were nice. Breakfast was a little dull could have been better.

Shurook was a great helper and super polite and sweet, also all the people at valet were super helpful, also the room services were fantastic, rooms are super clean and smells the best, also the breakfast was super healthy and delicious, I definitely recommend this place 100%, also the location is great and everything you need is great, also the cigar lounge was nice and always well organized

The hotel location is convenient, right next to the metro station. The room was spacious and clean, though the duvet was a bit too thick, and a microwave would have been a nice addition. The staff provided good service

My stay at Rose Rayhaan was amazing. Loved the customer support, and the facilities were great. The pool was well kept, I loved that there was a microwave and the food provided in the restaurant was good.

Nice rooms. There are floors for smokers. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the window is good. The pool is small but clean. There is a Hammam and sauna near the sports hall.

Yes Hotel is in great location. always used GSM 5G instead of Hotel internet. Breakfast has good variety however quality was ok. I had to cancel my breakfast in the hotel and went outside

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's built right above a shopping mall, so dining and shopping are super convenient at any time

There's also a Carrefour nearby, which is great for picking up souvenirs. The hotel environment is also excellent; it's an established five-star hotel with a very comfortable swimming pool, including a kids' pool

The shower drain was clogged, and the overhead shower had very low water pressure. Housekeeping was inconsistent; on the first day, they didn't restock the water, and on the second, no coffee or tea bags were provided
