We had another wonderful stay at VOGO Grand Hotel as a couple—this was actually our second time here because our first experience was so good

The room had a damp smell, and I don't understand why they don't allow windows to be opened for ventilation. However, there are many lovely cats around, which is great

While we appreciate their diligence, if a guest is sleeping and has put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, and even if housekeeping doesn't knock, customer service still calls the guest to ask if they'd like their room cleaned

They also accommodated my late check-out request without any hassle or drama, which is rare in many places. So far, this is one of the few hotels where customer requests are handled efficiently without much issue

The whole point of the DND sign is *not* to be disturbed, yet I still receive a call! Despite this, we appreciate their consistent dedication, and we look forward to staying with them again soon, God willing

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable

It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for

It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. A lot of different food options

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good

The room was a bit small, and I felt it wasn't worth 2000 a night, but then again, it's peak season, so all hotels are expensive. The bathtub drain was broken at first, and it took over half an hour to fix it

The location was great, it was clean, the breakfasy was good, the high top restaurant was also very nice and the view of burj khalifa was great from the restaurant.

Great for short business trips, just a 5-minute walk from the airport and close to the light rail station. Conveniently, it's also near my client's company.

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons
