The rooftop pool is beautiful

Location is perfect, just in front of shoreline and access to private hotel beach. Lots of eateries around and long 2-3km walkway which is quite comfortable for morning exercises

Moreover restaurant on the 1st floor serves one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen

A special mention to the breakfast buffet — great variety, delicious spread, and live counters that add a nice touch. The pool and fitness center are well-equipped for unwinding after a tiring day.

The location is excellent just a few minutes to the metro station making it convenient to get around Dubai. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options

The staff especially receptionist (Musha) and concierge was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Dubai

Stay was very good. They gave us free upgrade as well, so overall, it would be very good if you're looking for a family stay option

Pool area is nice. I got a suite and it was very spacious. However the kitchen had no cutlery and plates/pans. The Aircon temperature was also not adjustable. Had a nice balcony.

The butler arranged messages and happy hour for us. Service: Quite good, they responded to all our requests. There are many animals, mostly peacocks, and you can generally touch them

I stayed in a room with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa. The view was even better than I expected, and I could see the laser show and the projections on the building perfectly from my room at night.

I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade by Ms Kath, which made my stay extra comfortable

As 4 star hotel it is just accepted stay the main point need to enhanced is :, Food taste quality it is really not that good it is less than accepted

They even upgraded us from a standard room to sea view, which was a lovely surprise. The pool faces the sea, and the private beach is clean and relaxing

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall

I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room

We were unfortunate enough to be here when gulf War was on and the staff were very good and calm. We were also put up till our flight free of charge for bed and breakfast Not a lot to do if stuck in the hotel

Nice hotel in the new city, not far from the Insurance market station. The check-in at 1030pm took a bit longer. The room is facing the avenue, and can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. No AC/exhaust in the bathroom

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. This property is attached to the Nakheel mall which is nice so you can get all sorts of basic essentials without having to hop in a taxi

The service staff were all very enthusiastic and the driver was also very nice. The hotel provided a dedicated vehicle to take you to kyma Beach. It was a wonderful experience

Also nearby upstairs (not part of the property but yet still attached to it) is an amazing restaurant called sushi samba and the legendary aura sky pool
