I was there for more than a week vacationing with my family. Excellent service from the hotel staff. Rooms are cleaned regularly, breakfast is good and the menu is cycled regularly. Very good service also at breakfast

Good location as there are nice eat outs, supermarket, and also small shops around the hotel which is very convenient e. if you want to purchase fruits / snacks / accessories etc

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for a week during my visit. Receptionists were always being helpful and rooms were always cleaned. It’s such a well designed, clean and comfortable hotel in an average area.

Not everyone stays at a hotel just to relax some may have mobility issues, be elderly, or have a disability, and expecting them to come down for essentials like food or medicine isn’t really ideal

One thing that was a bit disappointing is that guests have to go downstairs to collect deliveries. It would be more convenient if delivery drivers were allowed to bring items up to the room

Well, I love the place.Perfect if u are going to a Dhow Cruise I think its only 10 mins walked to the place. Secondly, the staffs are friendly & accomodating..The buffet breakfast was good..

Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, perfect for 4 people and had stunning views over JBR and the sea — waking up to that skyline and beach every morning was just incredible

We did pay extra for the 4 bed apartment with sea view however we didn’t get the Dubai eye in our view as promised which was a let down, we could see part of the sea and another building as our view

Staff is amazing and we had an issue with a shower leaking and staff was up in under 5 minutes- asides that excellent service by staff upon check in especially the lady who checked us in morning of the 18th of July- she deserves some credit for giving us a great first impression of this hotel

It is the best place to stay in JBR area, you are walking distance from multiple restaurants, the promenade and the vibe of the area is just amazing! We booked a 4 BHK apartment, the view from living hall was mesmerising and rooms were very spacious and clean

They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and holding our bags both before check-in and after we checked out, which was a huge help all whilst allowing us to use the gym showers to freshen up and rest

I really enjoyed staying at Sonder, the staff was helpful, welcoming and incredibly accommodating at all times! Sonder has an amazing beach and pool directly out front, with good music and amazing service

The sand on the floor wasn't removed, and it wasn't vacuumed. Also, cleaning took a very long time; on some days, the room wasn't cleaned even by 4 PM. Aside from that, the hotel is excellent

The hotel was good but we had problems with the wifi its not working in iphone 17 i dont know why they dont fix this problem its so bad the first room the bed was not comfortable and too many bed springs hurting our backs we changed room the bed was good and the ac was bad its too weak

The hotel provides good service, but there is a lack of maintenance in the rooms and washrooms, it feels more like a lodge

It's fine .. it's says u can check in at after 12 but we ended checking in at 1 pm .. the rest is fine

The washrooms are not in good condition, with stains on the floors, and it seems like there has been no maintenance for years. Overall, the location is good and the food was very tasty

the hotel is very old which is understandable but the AC , bedsheets and towels have to be replaced with new ones as they have holes and their colors have changed from white to off white. that’s the old sad part of it

We didn't have a balcony, but we had a beautiful view of the bay! The room has everything listed in the description. Large refrigerator, iron, dryer, dishes, toaster and kettle, safe, and washing machine

The dishes (pots and frying pans) should be updated. Leave an adapter for electrical outlets in the room; the one we asked for at reception was no longer safe; it didn't always work and sparks flew

There's also an iron and ironing board. There are no European outlets, so you'll need an adapter. There's a hairdryer, but no outlet near the mirror, which is inconvenient

Thank you to the hotel for a comfortable stay in Dubai! Pros: Marina location, a beautiful bay, high-rise buildings, 10 minutes to the beach and Blue Waters with its Ferris wheel, and drone shows in the sky in the evenings

The hotel is also close to tram and metro stops! The manager at reception offers great leisure packages, including tickets to museums and amusement parks, and shuttle services

A variety of cafes and restaurants to suit every taste. Marina Mall is 15 minutes away, and the supermarket has ready-made meals and everything you need

Cool but breakfast can be improved

The toilets are clean but I felt its high they upgraded the furnishing. But overall its a great option for a short stay or a change over. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 nights

The hotel is 10 min away from metro situation, the stuff are kind and welcoming in a good day. However, there is a room for improvement when it comes to the bathroom hygiene.
