We dined at Molerite in Bansko, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both the food and the service fell short of expectations. the quality did not quite match the price.i higly recommend for seeking other alternatives.they also demand commission for paying with credit card

Coming from Singapore , we had an amazing experience dining at Molerite . The owners brought us for a beautiful tour of their home made wines and cellar. Food was amazing children had a great experience highly recommend for a very unique experience fr and good quality food.

Very stylish and authentic restaurant! Traditional Bulgarian food served in cosy atmosphere accompanied by Bulgarian folklore music. The meals are huge and are seasoned with traditional Bulgarian spices! They also have a great variety of wines from their own wine cellar! I visit this place every time I am in Bansko!

About the restaurant, food was nice, but when it came to payment price for wine was twice higher than it should, when we asked about it same bottles disappeared from shelves just like manager from restaurant, there was no wine visible with price they demanded or even close. Shame

I made reservations in advance just to get to the restaurant and to see it’s closed. No one notified me when I booked or after. Service needs improvement in a big way!

Food was very good and the personal was friendly. Toilets were clean and had toilet paper... which is not often the case in Bulgaria :).

The staff was nice, the food was fine, the wine was good. But they had a large, loud Turkish group there that monopolized the atmosphere. We had to substitute two dishes because the kitchen didn't have them, and the replacement pork dish was overcooked. We were able to move to another room a bit removed from the group and the ambience was much nicer.

The best food we had in Bansko so far.
The ingredients are the real thing, and you can feel for sure that they actually prepare and cook everything locally.
The decor is traditional but not kitsch.
The service is perfect.
To summarize, this is a real restaurant that respect itself.

Before dinner the owner promised a discount if we sit a certain table on the first floor (strange, but we did it). After dinner he told us that he cannot do a discount because nobody do it in Bansko 🤦 We did a second try next day and got free desert. Bit also there was a confusing situation. I ordered soup and chili powder for it. They brought three marinated chili baby-peppers (~30 grams) and included it into a bill (3 euro - more expensive that soup). I don't recommend. It's twice more expensive that any simple cafe. And has same prices that fancy restaurants on the main street have, but its location is far from ski lifts and main streets.
