They offered us coffee and checked if all what we needed was provided. They even left us extra clean towels on the table outside the apartment while we were away. We got a good night sleep on the comfy clean beds

Parking is possible to find in the area for free, but it depends if you are lucky. We stayed 2 nights, and parked car once 50 meters from the apartment and other 3 times about 300-350 meters from it

What a great little haven in Batumi. A nondescript entrance hides this little clean, quiet hotel from the busy outside. Close to most sites, close to food, shops and bars. Comfortable rooms with aircon and fridge.

Extremely friendly owners ( Georgian or Russian, but also a little English), quite and peaceful backyard with many plants and a relaxing common area outside. Rooms simple, but absolutely sufficient

Ac, refrigerator and hair dryer, water boiler, plates, glasses were provided. At night when it was raining we sat outside the apartment in the beautiful semi garden and enjoyed every minute of it

Peace and quit place. Rooms are very clean, not so expansive in the old part of Batumi. You can go everywhere by foot from this place. The host is very pleasant and always wiling to help

Very good location, close to the center and the sea. The room is relatively clean, cleaning on request, which was not a problem for us, but an advantage, but they did not change bed linen, only towels

The staff is good, at the reception Inga and Nadia could always prompt on all issues of moving around the city. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, the neighbors did not disturb, safe accommodation

Not far along the same street there is a famous cafe "Laguna", where they cook delicious khachapuri and more. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again on my next visit

Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Entrance to the cafe from the street, the food is good

I really don’t recommend a room with windows to the street, the traffic is busy even at night, it’s impossible to sleep, there are no breakfasts, it makes no sense to take a room with breakfast, and in general it’s tasteless in the cafe below, khinkali look more like cheap overcooked dumplings, almost everyone’s dough has torn, the broth is out

It's located in the hyper-center of old Batumi surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants. It's extremely clean, everything and everywhere is cleaned on a daily basis, they even iron the sheets

Great location. Very close to the park and the beach. You can meet lovely people and the hostel atmosphere is very peaceful. Safe and convenient for solo travelers as well as friend groups.

It is in a very comfortable location, I stayed on the first floor and there are bunk beds for 8 people in the room. The location is extremely perfect, right next to the square.

I wouldn't say they get the best facilities, but they offer something far more valuable: incredibly kind and nice staff that makes the place feel cozy like home

Pool is nice, staff as well. Just there is no elevator, to the six floor you have to take some exercises.

Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time! It overlooks the beach, which is a stone's throw away from the house and you can hear the waves from the rooms, even with the occasional passing trains, which adds to the places charm

This is a great place! They have hotel rooms and cheaper guest rooms. The host of the hotel is a great man that is ready to help you, to give advice, arrange transfer to another city, airport,whatever

It's even good for taking short walks in nature just outside the gates. Very cooperative and hospitable family who runs the place. The indoor was super clean and comfortable

This hotel is exactly what we’ve looked for: nice butique hotel with the cozy atmosphere, clean and well equipped rooms, two pools (one with brilliant Batumi panorama to enjoy sunset at), perfect service and great food (prepared on demand using fresh ingridients)

At the bottom, a 5-minute drive, the best beach of the coast is under the Botanical Garden. There is a cool cafe right by the mountain with delicious and inexpensive cuisine. Not Anapa))) everything is very worthy

We were very lucky to get to this place, where an hour before our arrival in Batumi there were 2 free rooms for 2 families. The atmosphere is beyond words, everything is chilled, a decent bar, good cuisine

My advice to the owners: there is no need to make meals included in the future (a separate restaurant is being designed now), I consider this custom menu format to be the best)

This hotel is perfed for chill and relax, but also great base to explore city of Batumi. Cheap commuting by Bolt makes it ideal location away from city traffic and noise

Beautiful point of view for sea. Very nice and helpful owners (whole family). You can eat there a breakfast or lunch. We used public transport mostly

The blanket offered was also more like a thin bed sheet, and, upon request of a proper blanket, we received nothing but another thin bed sheet

Within the room, you do get a cabinet to store your clothing and items, and, obviously, a bathroom. The bathroom is pretty clean and offers the amenities needed, however do note that there is no bidet installed

My experience at Prime Hotel was mostly pleasant. To start with, the rooms are clean enough. You get a smart TV (which is pretty cool), a mini-fridge, an AC and an electric kettle

Do note that the things included in the breakfast were due to my request of only Halal food being included; you might have a greater collection of items to eat if said request was not mentioned

Its a small hotel situated in the last floor of a mall. The staff are nice and the rooms are great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was good as well. They have a huge pool and a gym.

The main advantage is the swimming pool at the above floor! The staff is lovely! However, the room cannot be considered more tha OK. The main problem was the smell of smoke.

I’m not impressed with this hotel, room was clean but there was everything old. Swimming pool was ok, breakfast was good. For 65lari for night it’s ok.

Stayed for a night and arrived at 4am. Staff was super nice and allowed us to stay 1 hour after check out. Super clean hotel Very central location and lots of shops around

I totally disagree with (Richard Bellman), it's normal for any building projects under constructions to be dusty at the first phases!! But now, the outcome is gorgeous! All clean and well constructed

There are 2 swimming pools, a barbeque place, 2 places to eat outside and Alexander is currently working on the sauna

Parking near the hotel is almost impossible - a narrow street with an abundance of various objects, and therefore the cars are almost on top of each other

The room has a very comfortable bed with a good mattress. And go to the beach not far through a beautiful park with a lake 👌
