I had a wonderful experience at Batumi Palm Hotel. The owner, George, and the management team, Henry and Inga, were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay

This is the finest hotel in the city, as I experience a sense of comfort and familiarity here. The interior is both cozy and aesthetically pleasing.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Batumi Palm Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was excellent, impeccably cleaned every day, and offered an absolutely stunning sea view, perfect for watching sunsets

The pool was pristine and even had a water massage corner. It was a peaceful spot with great music. The sea was just a few meters away from the hotel, making it easy to take refreshing swims

This is a lovely hotel in a great setting with fantastic sea views. Our room was clean and modern with its own balcony facing the sea. The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area

I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts

Nice rooms, incredible view, great hosts, great restaurant area where the complimentary breakfast is served. 5 min walking distance to the botanical garden. I was very happy with the price as well

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos

My 3 time in Batumi in Georgia i recommend for ever one. food, games stuf manager Rüstem bey, was very profesional friendly honest other stuff was all good too, views of my rooms all was good views

Breakfast doesn’t have much options.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp

However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean

selling of the toilet dirty, management was don’t want to solve the bathroom water leak The Hotel far from city center, have to take taxi to the center of the city. Dog barking in close room couldn’t sleep

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

Normal hotel Clean hotel, and family یه هتل معمولی و‌خوب برای گرجستان که خانوادگی اداره میشه هتل به نسبت تمیز پر از ایرانی😄 در مرکز‌ شهر واقع شده، جاش خوبه، میتونید خیلی از ممان ها رو‌ویاده برید، نوشیدنی داخل هتل هست صبحانه میده فقط ناهار و شام ندارد، صبحانه هم فقط پنیر وکره و تخم مرغ ، میوه و یکی دو مدل غذای گرجی

The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. This hotel is not accept credit card

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner

The hotel is beautiful and it is located close to the public beach. it takes few minutes to go there, but you should across a boulevard and it might be dangerous for some people

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around

Nice location of the hotel, seaview rooms should be booked. Room is basic, they don't get cleaned on daily basis though and you must ask for fresh towels even

- Breakfast is moderately disgusting: hair found in eggs, breakfast choices close to zero. - Cleaning lady took away the used towels without leaving fresh ones. The boys at the reception deserve ovations

The placement of the hotel is incredible!! You have direct view to the Black Sea and the sun set is incredible

The working staff is very friendly and always ready to help. At breakfast, the dishes are often repeated and there is not much choice, although there are good days when everything is delicious

The AC worked well and helped dry things out a bit. Breakfast was included and very nice. In the morning before I had to leave, I took a walk on the beach, as it's right across the street

Perfect location for a last night in Batumi if you have an early flight. 5 min walk to the airport. Spacious rooms, a pool, good reception. Wi-Fi is breaking up on the floors, plus no restaurant in the hotel.

Seconds later, someone came to me and said, “I am the hotel manager and I am giving you a room. ” It turned out to me that it is a business. They rent rooms and rent them to guests without a contract 👎

Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room

We chosen this place for it location, but comes out it is so cozy, frienly anf "feels like a home " place

A delicious and hearty Breakfast, friendly owners. There is a free Shuttle service and an early check in (if rooms available nalichii), close to the sea. No colorful appearance (surrounded by Soviet high-rises)

I recommend Eurasia hotel for a stay in Batumi. Very clean and quiet, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. At a reasonable price. Manager is very considerable and helpful. Next time I'll stay at that hotel.

Location is well, 5 minutes walking from the sea.New boulevard is nearby. Rooms are clean, stuff friendly, very good atmosphere. Highly recommended

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

After long day and journey, I can stay at hotel lounge and enjoying with coffee and sweets alone, and my family were inside rooms.

We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

with good dishes and professional personal team with good manager GIORGI , thanks a lot guys, I will neccesarily come again here ,on next summer

We stayed there two nights. We like it that there’s very quiet place and not so far from the city. But every taxi drivers didn’t find there easily 😅😅 I don’t know why... Anyway thanks for hotel service.
