Good coffee & cakes in a lobby cafe. Prices are a bit high but the location, cozyness and service offered really worth it. You may find some interesting books in the lobby library and take some rest and read
I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

The photo shows the view from the window - and this is the main advantage of this hotel, it is in the very center!!! The room had everything you need, it is clean, a balcony in the French style
Coffee is brewed in a thermos! Only black tea, and hot water is only from a thermos! The food included boiled eggs, sausages, omelets (or fried eggs), pasta, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, lettuce, sliced ham (about 10 slices, and if you run out, you have to wait for them to bring more if you want it), and low-quality cheese
