Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

Hello We were 4 nights in this hotel with my family in a big suite including two big rooms. The suite was very clean and fantastic and nice located in front of Black sea on the last floor having two nice balconies

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms feel spacious. One thing to note is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator; it has three floors. Still, I highly recommend it.

If there's a disco on the beach, you'll have to sleep with the windows closed, but fortunately, that's only on weekends. It's a decent hotel, good location
