Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations

The hotel breakfast was a little busy though but the hotel managed to cater for the amount of people coming for breakfast. When you leave the dining hall there is also a casino in the hotel which was excited to go to

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor

Excellent downtown location, within walking distance to all attractions. There's a bus stop for line 10 nearby, which gets you to the airport, train station, and botanical garden.

The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms feel spacious. One thing to note is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator; it has three floors. Still, I highly recommend it.
