Nice staff, very clean, good water pressure, slippers, shampoo, gel, soap, smart TV + satellite TV, helped to print boarding, looked after things as they checked out, room cleaning is present, air conditioning. There is an iron at the reception. On the downside - a little monotonous breakfasts and the absence of mosquito nets on the windows (it is better to buy a fumigator). A bit far from the center...

This is the finest hotel in the city, as I experience a sense of comfort and familiarity here. The interior is both cozy and aesthetically pleasing.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in September 2024. Everything was really great. The rooms were very clean and tidied up daily. The breakfast was high quality and diverse. The staff were completely respectful and polite. The only downside was that a cup of tea or coffee was expensive.

Memory hotel in Batumi is located in a Turkish mahalla. Nearby there are Georgian and Turkish restaurants. Also 200 meters from the hotel there is a store Lc Waikiki, which is very convenient for buying things. Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino, cable car - all within walking distance. The hotel staff is not particularly disturbing. I recommend.

It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Parking at Batumi is a big problem...

I loved the stay. Nice rooms, incredible view, great hosts, great restaurant area where the complimentary breakfast is served. 5 min walking distance to the botanical garden. I was very happy with the price as well. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos. You can trust the owners - they a good and attentive people. Beach, Batumi are easy accessible with both public transport or affordable taxi services.

Arriving by bicycle. I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts. (new restaurant opening in a week's time 4 July 2024)

Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Although I was concerned about the number of industrial buildings surrounding the hotel, the convenient location, close to the bus station, marshrutka stop, and vegetable market, was excellent. My 3 time in Batumi in Georgia i recommend for ever one.. food, games stuf manager Rüstem bey, was very profesional friendly honest other stuff was all good too, views of my rooms all was good views. When you need help Veronica and customer help desk work profesional. Location is perfect walking distance almost everwhere . New years i will be here again

I only found Poker cash game in this casino , they had 1 active table of 5/5 $ min buy-in 300$ , mostly slot machines , few table games , staff speak english and there is a small bar and open buffet , I enjoyed my time 2-3hours of playing roulette and recommend it comparing to other casinos in Batumi

Good value for money. Not exquisite high-end property, but Service is good. What is most important, room was neat, reception was 24/7. Amenities were provided, that was nice addition.

A nice family run hotel that has everything a big brand new hotel would offer, but has a warm touch. The rooms were complete and impeccable. The parking was good. The front desk service was good. The breakfast room is big & beautiful with music videos, and it is a colorful varied full buffet breakfast, the only two comments I would make are 1) there are no made-to-order omelettes, waffles, or pancakes...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms have a great AC which was important as it was really hot outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mamuka. The food could be a bit more diverse, for example, cornflakes would be a nice option for kids’ breakfast. The location is great, very convenient.

Batumi is a mix of modern and historical architecture and infrastructure and Tsereteli Palace hotel embodies this charm. My third floor room by the elevator was spacious with a nook and a renovated bathroom including a shattaf. A very average place to sleep. Clean but bad neighborhood. Stayed only one night for 7$.

We lived here nelely. Paid a penny, although the conditions were not luxury. But this did not bother me much, since we only spent the night here. The owners are just super, hospitable, helpful, kind. I just left this morning, and by evening I miss. So used to them in a week. I hope to return to Batumi and specifically to the Palma 1-1 hotel
