We were very lucky to get to this place, where an hour before our arrival in Batumi there were 2 free rooms for 2 families. The atmosphere is beyond words, everything is chilled, a decent bar, good cuisine. The hospitable owners of the hotel and their team listened to all our requests. And the views!!! Photos are not transmitted, of course. At the bottom, a 5-minute drive, the best beach of the coast...

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in several years of traveling the globe as a digital nomad. First of all, the food is excellent, both in quantity and in quality. Secondly, my room was clean and the wifi was very fast. Finally, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting Batumi.

The Hotel is in perfect location with free booking and free cancelling. The hotel is small, the rooms are very clean. Elevator is available. I didn't need breakfast, the staff reduced the price of the hotel. 100 Gel for 1 day, this is very affordable. The entrance to the Hotel is temporary narrow, due to temporary maintenance.

Its a small hotel situated in the last floor of a mall. The staff are nice and the rooms are great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was good as well. They have a huge pool and a gym.

Stayed for a night and arrived at 4am. Staff was super nice and allowed us to stay 1 hour after check out. Super clean hotel Very central location and lots of shops around

Great and very friendly little hotel, away from the crowds, yet within easy walking distance to the old town and the boulevard. The owner George is a very sunny and outgoing person and made me feel welcome from the start. Good value for money.

I was blessed to stay in that hotel. Everything was great including shower head and balcony with view. Only disadvantage of my room was car noise from the road in daytime (no cars at night), but ear plugs helped.

Nice bright hotel at good prices. We stayed two nights in different rooms. Both are bright, clean and tidy. Air conditioning, TV, pilot curtains, good mattresses and pillows. The apartments are small, cozy, next to the sea, a balcony and a great view. The room where we stayed was not very well cleaned and the toilet has a slight smell of sewage, which is quickly aired out, but it is still unpleasant. In general, for two - the norms. Tight for a family.

Rooms are nice, staff is like everywhere else in Georgia without a smile, the hotel has zero ambiance. It's very clinical same with the bar, not inviting at all.

The only positive thing is the location next to the shopping center and all the good restaurants. There was no cleaning for 2 days, the breakfasts were absolutely useless. Everything was withered as if it had been cut the day before yesterday.

The kitchens are equipped with everything you need, including microwaves. The grounds are lush and furnished with sun loungers. There's a large gazebo with a barbecue.
