Very nice, cozy hotel in the old part of Batumi, in walking distance from all sightseeings, attractions, shops, pharmacies etc. Clean, modern rooms with air conditioning and balconies. Very attentive and helpful staff. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel with home style food and affordable prices. The best stay for me in Batumi so far.

Great little hotel located close to the bus station in Batumi. The rooms are clean and come with balconies. While the place about a five-seven minute walk from the center of town, there is a supermarket very close and the hotel itself sells beer and other refreshments.

A modern guesthouse with great and friendly owners, 4 minutes from the sea, very clean and quiet, air conditioning. And this cute little green house stopped by to greet us. I highly recommend this place.

Spent four nights at this hotel. Room was quite big . Consisted of a living room and a double bed room .Air condition was located in the "living room" . There was also a little terrace in which the engine of the A/C was located so it was not covinient. There was no lights beside beds and there was a problem with the shower pipe which was fixed later. Also the frige did not work and had to be replaced...

Everything was very good, only one problem, no elevator, but stuff help to pick up baggage on the third floor

I really recommend this place. Beautiful point of view for sea. Very nice and helpful owners (whole family). You can eat there a breakfast or lunch. We used public transport mostly. Bus line No. 10 goes to the centre, fish market and at airport (the stop bus is around 25 minutes from hotel). Bolt costs around 10 lari to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy

We were very lucky to get to this place, where an hour before our arrival in Batumi there were 2 free rooms for 2 families. The atmosphere is beyond words, everything is chilled, a decent bar, good cuisine. The hospitable owners of the hotel and their team listened to all our requests. And the views!!! The Hotel is in perfect location with free booking and free cancelling. The hotel is small, the rooms are very clean. Elevator is available. I didn't need breakfast, the staff reduced the price of the hotel. 100 Gel for 1 day, this is very affordable. The entrance to the Hotel is temporary narrow, due to temporary maintenance.

Stayed here and had a wonderful experience! The price are very reasonable, and the owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and flexible. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

It's the best place in the Batumi, first of all it has a good location becouse is near to sea(about 5 minute by foot), city centre, malls, airports and other nececcery place, also there are very comfortable rooms with all tecnique, i advice all that visit to Belugo. it is the best place to relax!

The main advantage is the swimming pool at the above floor! The staff is lovely! However, the room cannot be considered more tha OK. The main problem was the smell of smoke.

The hotel offers a reasonable rate for a great location. The hotel is convencional as it is in a mall. The staff is friendly. The manager Salome is very knowledgeable and very kind.

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

The only positive thing is the location next to the shopping center and all the good restaurants. There was no cleaning for 2 days, the breakfasts were absolutely useless. Everything was withered as if it had been cut the day before yesterday.

A great place for a stay. Close to the sea (15 minute walk) and to the grocery shop (3 minute walk). The hosts were really kind and helpful. There are shared kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors. The hotel is dog-friendly! The only disadvantage is poor sound insulation. Better bring your earplugs.

Nice place in Adlia,Batumi. Close to New Boulevard square. Airport in 5 minutes. A quiet family place with a friendly attitude at any time of the year. you will come back here again and again.
