The service was excellent; it was the only hotel I felt had good service. It's conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.

The location is very good - the center, the beach, the boulevard, many cafes, bars and restaurants are nearby. The only drawback is the view from the windows onto old, untidy buildings. The room had everything I needed. Cleaning was done every day. The staff deserves the highest praise.

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

Everything is beautiful and clean I like everything about this place

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.

I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. They love to be friendly and kindly. If you need to feel yourself comfortable this is best place in this price range.10+ from me

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. We had a twin-bed room on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the Square and the Black Sea in the background. The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Monarch Hotel!

The advertised free parking was not available, so we had to park on the street in a paid zone.

The location is excellent, in the center of old Batumi. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts are not very varied, but acceptable for this level of hotel. Disliked: the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress was good, but there was no hair conditioner in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady for one.

The location is great, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. We only stayed in Batumi for one night and had a train the next day. The breakfast wasn't very good, and overall, it wasn't great value for money. Don't expect a hotel experience; it's an apartment.

When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. It's a very nice place with central location. Easy to get around, there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They give you a lot of touristical information about where to go sightseeing and what to eat. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We rested in this ABSOLUTELY wonderful hotel with a large company (6 people) in July. The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, everything works.
